Been boarding and using their grooming services here for my dogs for several years.In all that time my dogs have been VERY well taken care of. The grooming staff and services are always well done and the dogs are happy and look fantastic when they are done. The staff listens and does a fantastic job!The boarding services are excellent and the dogs are very well taken care of and safe in their keep.The staff is always really friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.I totally and completely recommend their services.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience boarding at Canine Country Club. Everyone is such a pleasure to communicate with and overall just an incredibly pleasant experience for us as dog owners but more importantly our dog. We have boarded at a different, very well known, name brand boarding facility in the area and we knew the moment we picked her up that she was anxious and uneasy and likely didn’t enjoy her experience. We were told she had trouble eating (she’s a major food driven dog so it was a huge surprise) which was likely due to stress and she came home with a UTI and diarrhea. With that said, we were worried about boarding her anywhere but had heard so many good things about Canine Country Club so we wanted to give them a try- we are so glad we did. This is a very well operated facility staffed with people who genuinely care so much for animals. The owner seems to live on the property which left me with great comfort knowing they were so close to the dogs and could care for them with at much more flexible hours. You don’t have to “pay” for extra play time, walks, etc. here- it’s just part of actually caring for your dog. Not to mention how reasonable the price is to begin with. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I shared this on Facebook so I thought I would share it here since my experience with them was absolutely amazing! “We took my dog Bear to Canine Country Club, Queenstown, Md!! They were amazing (I’m a helicopter dog mom with crippling anxiety). They reassured me almost every day that bear was doing just fine! They were affordable (literally half the price) and they took such good care of Bear. He didn’t come home sick, or with cuts, and actually came home a little chunky because of being treated like a little King 😂❤️ they sent pictures the first day and even posted more on Facebook and a video! Needless to say my dog was depressed when coming home and I’d like to believe that it’s because he had so much fun there. They talked so highly of Bear. I know my boy was cared for well and highly recommend them! I will ALWAYS go back after that! ☺️☺️” HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU!!

This place is apparently ran by scammers. They charged me DOUBLE for my dogs stay when I told them we would be 30 minutes late for pickup and they assured us it was “no big deal and they’d waive the fee”, but failed to mention in those cases they charge a fee AND a whole other day of boarding as another fee??? A business that operates in deceiving and gas lighting customers is sick. Don’t trust these people.

Staff are simply AMAZING! This was the first boarding experience for my Newfoundland Ovechkin. Needless to say, his 170 lb body can be quite intimidating but he is just a gentle giant.They were understanding when mommy called almost daily to check in. He formed a bond with a few of the female caretakers and he loved the extra attention. Newfoundlands = massive amounts of slobber and they made sure he stayed cleaned up.Will definitely use this boarder again in the future. The prices are INCREDIBLE plus you can add on many, many extras for your pet!!!

Today we dropped our 7 month old mini Golden doodle off for his 2nd grooming. I didn’t think he needed it so soon,but the staff recommended we come back just a month after his first grooming… sure… so that’s what we did. After being asked what we wanted for him, my wife asked to cut just a half inch because his fur wasn’t really all that long. Well that wasn’t the “right” answer for the groomer. Instead of “ok we are unable to use the guards because they aren’t that short” we were hit with “well that’s going to take a lot longer and cost you more than the eighty dollars” with the meanest attitude. I’m sorry, you asked me to come back this soon, you asked us what we wanted done… money isn’t the issue here it’s the poor tone that the groomer used and the attitude that followed. When he was done I got the call for the extra $20 charge. No big deal. I would have paid $50 just to not be scolded by a dog groomer because they didn’t want to do “extra” work. 2 stars because they did a good job. But I’ll find another place for our puppy to get groomed.

My boy has been coming here since he was a tiny pup. The staff are friendly and treating him like their own. He loves to stay here and even perks up when he hears me say the name. Without a doubt, this place can be much more expensive than other options for kenneling your dog. However, its proximity to my house and the quality they provide make the extra money worth it for mine and my puppy's peace of mind.

I have taken my dogs to Canine Country Club in Queenstown since 2002. The staff is always super friendly and I feel like they treat my dogs as they were their own pets. Their facility is always very clean and well maintained. They are very conveniently located just off Route 50. It is great place to take your dogs on the way to the beach. They have tons of open space so I know my dogs are always getting the exercise they need. I highly recommend Canine Country Club for your dog or cat.

I've lived in Stevensville 26 years, took my dog there for training, etc. I recommended the grooming services to my friend off Cox Neck Rd, nwhen. He asked for additions shorter cut to his Snaussers, he was told if he didn't like the cut, he could go somewhere else by the snippy girl with the piercings. I m so sorry he got this treatment n will not recommend until he gets an apo

Everyone was so wonderful and my pet had a great time. You can tell the team really enjoys being around and caring for animals. They even stayed open an extra 15 minutes to wait for me to return after a 10 hour drive back into town. Highly recommend!

Should have learned the first time our healthy dog up to date on shots got kennel cough twice. Just picked dog up yesterday and at the Vet today with a 105 temp.

Their groomer butchered my long hair chihuahua, even cut off all of her ear hair. She looks like a three year old went after her with hedge trimmers. AND they charged $20 more than my regular groomer. If I could I would attach pictures, its horrendous, she literally looks like someone was trying to play a sick joke by scalping her with a razor. I could have done a better job blindfolded.
