I visited auntie Anne's on my way across the bridge. The place was dirty with a family of flies. Limited napkins. Pretzels bites were inconsistent either rubbery or hard. I should've received a fresh batch. Lemonade was good.

Staff is super nice and friendly! I go in frequently because it's close to where I work and have not had even 1 bad experience since I began going several times a week for the last 2½ months or so.All of their pretzels and pizzas are cooked right there on the spot so they're always fresh...they have a good system going! Every employee has been so super nice and the owners are absolutely wonderful and definitely the type of people you would want to work for! I've been to several Auntie Anne's over the years but the one in the Queenstown Outlets has the best staff and owners out of everyone I've been to! I highly recommend this location if you are in the mood for a yummy quick snack of very fresh pretzels/pretzel bites!

I’m 8 months pregnant and had a craving. I went literally a few minutes ago so during their busy time. I wanted a sweet almond pretzel and lemonade. 1) extremely chaotic in there very dirty. The manager that used to be there she never would have let it be that bad. 2) my pretzel was not even warm. If you’ve never had it they’re normally a little sweet and have crunch to it and it’s perfect. But this was doughy and tasted just like dough and was very bland. Because you’re working with dough they USED TO always have fresh food and would rotate products regularly. Now they aren’t even cooking it. Extremely disappointed in this location and won’t be going back. $10 for a lemonade. Couldn’t even eat a bite of the pretzel. And yes I did call to let them know and the guy who answered the phone said he’d make sure they cooked the food from now on. Brilliant plan.

Went specifically for the ❤ shaped 🥨 and they had none made!!! Fortunately the young man was nice and offered fresh pretzels. While waiting the cashier even offered a drink😊Great customer service.

The pretzels here were some of the best pretzels I've had in my life! We got the pepperoni pretzel while in Maryland. It was amazing! I couldn't believe how delicious it was as I took each bite! The soft and freshly baked aspect of the pretzel kept me coming back for more tastes. I couldn't understand why this item was so tasty. It had the perfect amount of salt and tenderness combined with excellent freshness and flavor from the pepperoni! I'm almost about to say it tasted better than pepperoni pizza. Anyhow, I'm glad my wife picked up this pepperoni pretzel. I'll be getting one whenever I see an Auntie Anne's.

Auntie Anne's in Queenstown outlet were great nice and warm and they were fresh. The same store in Martinsburg,WV Walmart are horrible they are not fresh what so ever plus they are hard. This outlet I only give them two stars !!!!

I scheduled an order for delivery 3-days before the delivery date. I called the day of delivery to confirm it will be delivered. I was told that they don't deliver and I need to order through DoorDash or GrubHub. I told the lady on the phone that I ordered through the Auntie Anne's website and delivery is available. She was sure that they don't deliver. I knew this was incorrect because I had a delivery a week prior. I asked to speak with a manager because it was apparent the person I was speaking with did not know. She said "Sure, I'm the shift supervisor and I'm working, and I can't get in my car to deliver your order." I could not believe the rude response. In the end, she was wrong. I order through their website and they coordinate delivery through DoorDash, not me.UPDATE: I received my order and the mini hot dog pretzel bucket was not full. MAYBE only 3/4 full, and that's a hard maybe.

The food was wonderful as always. Cashier was very polite and patient as my 11yr old son stumbled through his order. She also personally delivered our items to us while we waited outside of the restaurant for fresh pretzels.

The staff at this location were extremely professional and courteous. Both employees wore masks, and handled food according to COVID-19 food handling procedures. The pricing for the food was fair and the quality of the food was phenomenal. Keep up the excellent work guys; and look out for a positive customer satisfaction survey being sent straight to corporate

Whoever the 2 white males are who worked on 12/13/22 at 4:20pm: I wasn’t given any time to look at the menu. The person who “helped” me left without giving me my food, passed the task to someone else who did not greet me whatsoever and when I asked for cheese he rolled his eyes, told me it was extra which I paid for and then THREW THE CHEESE DOWN and walked away huffing and puffing without another word said and no receipt given to me. I was already in a bad mood so I just left without causing a scene. That is terrible

The customer service was splotchy. The cashier wasn't paying attention to the line and was just taking people in random order. Then when advised about it she rolled her eyes. However, showed pleasantries when it was my turn to order. The pizza pretzel was delicious however the pretzel bites weren't. They tasted like they were made yesterday despite being told they were fresh. I cancelled the bites and kept the pizza.

There were five employees standing around and at least another in the back. My friend and I ordered pretzel bites and a lemonade. The cashier asked if we wanted cheese. Yes. We get the order and there's no cheese. He asks for the cheese and they charge him for it. The lemonade isn't full and missing over an inch of liquid from the top. I ask about it and he asks about refills. They say they refill but there's another charge. The pretzel bites were burnt. All around, awful.The only saving grace was some cute birds we got to feed by the tables.

While I love Auntie Anne's pretzels and while this location does a great job, I wish they had a larger area for when lines start to form. They can wrap outside the door and around the corner. This isn't good for business on those hour days, raining days, cold days and/or snowy days.

Nasty chemical taste in diet coke and pretzel overcooked. Can't get taste out of my mouth, glad I only took one sip. Drove off before tasting, won't fo that again.
