The store was immaculately clean and well organized. I won’t stop anywhere else between Reagan National and the Southern Delaware Shore.

Rolled up desperately needing a screwdriver for car repair. They didn't sell any, and when I asked the cashier, to make sure I wasn't missing anything, he ran all over the store until he had gotten me multiple from closets/behind counters that I could borrow 😭 he was so helpful and kind, and made sure I was good to go and got it all fixed before I left (but not in a condescending man way at all). And then on top of that they had Otterbein's cookies 😍 So grateful!!

I heard so much about the Royal Farms fried chicken!! One of my girls like it!! The chicken skin has a kick of spicy. The mashed potato is made with real potato - I can taste the potato. The ladies here are very polite and nice. I saw some unique items, and picked up a bag of New Orleans chips and hot chocolate bomb. Can't wait to try them out. The ladies bathroom was ok... watch for dirty seats and some flies.

Once upon a time, in a small town nestled between rolling hills, there was a royal farms gas station. It stood solitary, a beacon of hope for weary travelers and locals alike. One fateful day, a man rushed into the station, his face contorted in discomfort. His urgent need was undeniable, for his stomach churned with the wrath of a thousand storms.He bolted towards the bathroom, his footsteps echoing through the empty aisles. With trembling hands, he pushed open the door, only to be greeted by a sight that made his heart sink. There, upon the dispenser, hung a solitary square of toilet paper, as thin as a whisper in the wind.Ignoring the precarious situation, he dashed towards the toilet, barely making it in time before his body unleashed a torrent of chaos. The bathroom became a battleground, a symphony of unpleasant sounds and odors.With the ordeal finally over, the man looked around, his heart heavy with dread. He knew what awaited him: the daunting task of cleaning up the aftermath. With a resigned sigh, he reached for the lone square of toilet paper, his only lifeline in a sea of despair.As he began the arduous task of cleaning, he couldn't help but reflect on the fragility of life and the absurdity of his predicament. But amidst the chaos and the mess, he found a strange sense of resilience, a determination to conquer whatever challenges life threw his way.And so, with the last square of toilet paper in hand, the man emerged from the gas station bathroom, a survivor of his own personal ordeal. Though his journey was far from over, he walked away with a newfound appreciation for the simple comforts of life and the strength that lies within us all. Please fill your toilet paper next time so travelers don't have to suffer :(

Gas prices are good, competitive with other stations in the area. This Royal Farms has a "Fresh Kitchen" with decent food, as well as a convenience store. The gas station is big and has a spacious parking lot. The only downside is the pumps are a little dirty and the trash cans were full, letting off a disgusting smell.

Normally I'm a huge fan of ROFO and their famously delicious fried chicken, this ROFO however ran out of chicken when last I went. Not only did they run out of chicken after I placed my order and paid, they were a little rude about how to proceed with making things right. We managed to work out an alternative order but C'mon man....just a man trying to get some fried chicken. Great selection of Bang though.

I recently visited this Royal Farms and, overall, my experience was quite positive. However, I must admit that there were a few aspects that warranted some attention. While I typically hesitate to leave less than a 5-star review, I feel compelled to address the unclean restrooms, which unfortunately tainted the otherwise enjoyable visit.upon entering the restroom, I was disappointed to find that it appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in several days. The floors, toilet and sink were dirty, one hand dryer did not work and there was an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. This aspect greatly affected my overall impression of the establishment.Maintaining clean and hygienic facilities is essential, not only for the comfort and satisfaction of customers but also for ensuring a positive brand image. I understand that the busyness of a 24/7 operation can make cleanliness challenging, but regular and thorough maintenance of restrooms is essential for customer satisfaction.I believe that with some attention to the restroom maintenance, Royal Farms can provide an exceptional experience across all aspects and earn a well-deserved 5-star rating from its customers.

Clean, friendly, and the pumps all worked and looked taken care of. Cashiers worked efficiently to get customers checked out, but still friendly. Just passing through, during "chicken palooza" So peace, love, and chicken!!!

Food is not hot or tasty in fact very salty. You don't get to see whatyou already paid for; the bag is just given to you even if you tell the guy you want fresh.

Food is trash. Like everything you order taste like some dirt from the ground. Royal Farms makes McDonald's food taste like 5 star cuisine.It doesn't help everything is over priced to begin with. Other items in the store are always .30 cents or more than other competitors. Wish there were more options on the way home when a kid decides they have to go to the bathroom. Now that I think of it their bathrooms aren't even that nice either.

Used rest rooms today & 2 days ago visited the same facility. Parking lot, restrooms & floor dirty. Needs a serious cleaning. Cashier polite. Bought gas-window cleaning containers empty at all pumps.

Extremely dirty. Bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months. No paper towels and Toilet paper only in 1 stall. The staff didn't seem too concerned when I told them. The trash cans outside were over flowing with trash and the first pump we went to didn't work. Not the average Royal Farms experience.

It was a nice and convenient stop on my way down to the beach The guy on the register named Tyron was really nice too. He was very paitent with me fumbling through my bags to find my rewards card. He even helped me figure out how to redeem multiple items at once. Great Guy Great Service

I believe this might be the friendliest store in the entire chain. Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful especially in the mornings. Royal Farms is always good, but this one seems to be the best.

This store has one of the dirtiest bathrooms around, if the bathrooms are that dirty what are you eating?? The flies were everywhere also. The employees didn’t seem to even care. Gross 🤮 we won’t stop here again.

I'm really glad they built a Royal Farms here. The gas station across the street had some really small, nasty bathrooms. It's a great stop for drinks, snacks, and a bathroom break after you get through the Bay Bridge traffic. Plus, the chicken here is really good for a convenience store.

EVERYTHING is disgusting. Dozens and dozens of dead flies everywhere and live ones landing in the food. The service was slow since they were talking to each other and wouldn't call out the order numbers. Every surface area was coated in grease there were sticky puddles of soda on the floor and of course the bathrooms had to match the mess.

By far the worst Royal farms on the shore. Chicken never fresh. Staff can be rude. No more QA rd royals for me. Update just came here to cash in my lottery ticket and had the rudest cashier ever. Then try to back up her rudeness by inviting her store manager to condone her Behavior. Unfortunately Sharon didn’t come over but knows all about her employee and her lack of customer service. This is a joke a Royal farms store why is it still here

They are constantly out of everything. The drink station never has lids or cups. They have had one broken ice dispenser and each time ibenquire I am informed, 'it comes outta the managers bonus'. The restrooms are never maintained and look very dirty. I commute and stop here almost every day because it's a rural ate and the next closest convenience store is 20 min away

By far the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in 2 months.The white sinks were a brown with generous layer of filth. The top of the urinal has at least a 1/8 of dirt and grim with urine stains all over them. I didn’t wash my hands as I’m sure they’d get dirtier that way.That doesn’t give me confidence as to The cleanliness of the food.

They ruined the coffee by putting in these new machines that make terrible coffee! The marketing geniuses that sold Royal Farms this idea to save on labor costs have forgotten that people actually want to have good coffee and not the disaster that these machines make! It doesn’t even taste like coffee. How can someone screw up coffee???The maker of the machines that Royal Farms at this location just installed did just that.

Good store. Stopped in for some fried chicken and was quickly served. When there weren't enough breasts they willingly supplemented with thighs and wings. The chicken was delicious too. Clean store as well

My 4 year old son and I both got food poisoning from here last night. Our food order was wrong and there were only TWO people ordering as it was late in the evening. My son had a simple ham, mayonnaise and cheese sandwich and I had an egg croisant where they added SPICY chicken (which I did not eat aside from 1 bite). Gave us 2 of these even though I ordered 2 of the "healthy" breakfast sandwiches. The croissant was rubbery, the egg and tomato were mushy. My son woke up from being completely asleep about 7.5 hours later throwing up and I experienced terrible stomach cramps within an hour after and still have them now 7.5 hours later. After seeing all of the horrible reviews and now remembering we came here 2 weeks ago and couldn't use their bathroom changing stations due to how dirty they were, we will never be coming back and will be making management aware. This is unacceptable and whomever owns this store needs to be more aware of the quality of food and cleanliness, or else a health inspection is in order.
