I called Heartfelt Florist when my grandmother passed away and described what my family wanted for casket flowers and for a floral bible stand. I was beyond pleased with the quality and thought put into the arrangement. The colors and flowers were beautiful and everything arrived fresh and on time. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I'm new to the area so I really wasn't sure which florist I could trust for my Valentine's roses delivery. Decided on Lucy's because of the positive reviews AND because "Lucy" was the name of our pet terrier. Well, I have to say I am very happy with my decision. The young lady who took my order was very nice and accommodating, pricing was reasonable, delivery was on time, and the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! In addition, the roses were healthy. They've lasted a week so far without showing any signs of wilting or dying prematurely. I've included a picture that was taken exactly one week after the roses were delivered. I'm very impressed. Flowers By Lucy is great!

Even if it's under new management, it seems care for clients does NOT exist. They have an employee that changes your order to suit herself. She delivered the arrangement as if it was from her. It showed up at 9:00. She, MY DAUGHTER is, as of today on a lung transplant list. She was sad because they couldn't put up their fake tree. I found out while having a loving conversation with MY DAUGHTER. They need fake because my daughter is allergic real pine. I sent a tree formation from pine with a note saying now you have a tree. Unfortunately the employee is my granddaughter. I'm guessing she agreed to deliver it for the business. The note was to say, now you have a tree. Keep me on your deck so no allergens get in. When she showed up at night on Christmas eve it was changed to a Holly arrangement because Kayla didn't read the card or she didn't care because by showing up late it made the gift appear to be from her.They have decided that since I'm related I do not have to right to complain. As of now, because I'm tired of Kayla changing my orders and her mother, my dying daughter, tells her it's ok that I have no option but to write this review.This young lady needs to be shown that all clients should be treated the same. Her mother, my daughter has now removed me from her life because I dared to tell the truth about a very spoiled 25 year old.I don't care about kaylas feelings because she stole the meaning of my gift. This very same young lady had a husband with covid. Kayla wasn't sure if she had it. They showed up for Christmas with NO MASK. I could not stay and watch my daughter risk covid so I claimed I had a stomach ache and left. I got a horrible call from my daughter who's dying that I hurt kaylas feelings. Kayla hurt my feelings by risking her mothers life. Her mother cares more for kaylas feelings than she does her own life. At kaylas wedding, her father had to tell her if she did NOT apologize to me he would not be in her wedding. She did apologize and I'm so proud of her dad, Mike. However, the disrespect allowed by her mother continues. I now order all my floral needs from another place to make sure I get the (JOKE) HEARTFELT live I intended without a fight within the familyEach time I try to love MY DAUGHTER until her death Kayla steps in and does multiple things to risk her mom. Her mom doesn't want to be sick so she fakes it for Kayla allowing her to make any selfish choice she wants. Now she has a baby. I tried to get her to understand since she has a child, would she want someone doing this to her baby? She just stares like a two year old who can't function.A few months ago my grandson called me because his mom, my daughter Is suffering compression fractures. I'm two hours away. I called an ambulance and stayed on the phone until it arrived than I raced to the home to be with the family. My daughter was admitted for failure to have ability to care for herself. This was the only time I was allowed to touch her baby who is my first great grandchild. Had it not been for this family emergency I'd not have seen the baby.This story is going to keep going. I'm going to add text messages next to prove the hateful disrespect of this employeeThey will act as if I'm a crazy person. My daughter can't care for herself due to multiple powerful drugs. They are oxi in multiple forms, morphine, and fetynol. My daughter can't think clearly but Kayla is fully capable. My daughter crashed her car trying to drive. I tried to speak with Kayla about how she can actually help and instead she lies and does only what she wants no matter how sick her mother is because what Kayla wants Kayla gets at the expense of everyone even her mother, MY DAUGHTER. ..... I DO NOT want her fired but I do want her to understand she made a horrible selfish decision with my order. This event has fractured our family. I'll post text messages later today to show the complete disrespect. I'll show that this issue under the control of Kayla caused horrific pain in this

I was so thrilled with the beautiful arrangement that was sent to a friend of mine who just had surgery. I live in Kansas, and my friend in Maryland. My friend LOVES tea, so when I saw this teacup, I knew that she would love this arrangement. I was a bit nervous not being able to see work in person, but when I called, they were so helpful and even delivered same day. Two years ago Flowers by Lucy provided the flowers for my brother’s funeral and I neglected to write a review. I want to say those flower arrangements brought such peace and tranquility during a difficult time. My mom still talks about the flowers to this day (actually mentioned them this morning) and says it is what the gates to heaven must have near them. The care and attention given was second to none. Thank you for providing comfort through your beautiful flowers.

I recently ordered a planter arrangement for a friends viewing service that I was unable to attend. While I have not personally seen the arrangement, I did receive several message from friends telling me how “BEAUTIFUL” the arrangement was and the personal touches I requested were very nice. The arrangement was one of only two that the decedents family chose to take home. I ordered the planter arrangement on the phone and had very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Lucy’s and will be a repeat customer as needed. I only wish I could’ve seen them personally.

I went to the shop totally overwhelmed after having been to two places that couldn’t give me what I wanted. I was greeted with a smile and a comforting voice as well as an “I can help you”. I ordered six plant gardens. When I picked them up they were beautifully put together with a mixture of colorful cut flowers interspersed with butterflies and an adorable bow. The best part was that they were totally affordable! I will be returning and telling everyone that Flowers by Lucy is the place to go.

I received a gorgeous arrangement from my friend made by Flowers by Lucy for my birthday a few weeks ago. I have recieved many floral arrangements in my lifetime but this arrangement was the best. I just wanted you to know how beautiful your arrangement was. I received it after my name was picked at a vodka tasting table (Van Gogh) It was perfect timing, as my mom (I am her caretaker) had just gotten home from the hospital, and it definitely added some cheer and beauty to our home. I recently had surgery and a friend sent me the Teleflora's Be Happy® Bouquet With Roses. It's been almost two weeks since I received them and they are still holding up strong, beautiful as ever! That is the longest I have ever had flowers hold up from a florist. Very impressed, and the bouquet is beautiful! Makes me smile every morning.

My sisters in law and myself went here for flowers for my father in law’s funeral. The staff were so nice, accommodating and really helped us feel comfortable during this tuff time. Everyone at Flowers by Lucy was so kind to us! They donated roses for the BAHS rose arches at graduation, and they have never turned out prettier.
