I brought my 9 week old puppy here because he was throwing up and had terrible diarrhea. We had Dr Reynolds’s she gave him fluids and described us with many different types of antibiotics mind you he wasn’t running a fever or nothing she tried to say that it was because of the meat diet and Bully Max food we were feeding him which is one of the best foods to give your dog and I been feeding him the all meat diet and Bully Max since I got him at 6 weeks old, and even now continue to feed him after 4 weeks and he was fine before and is fine now, it wasn’t the food. He had worms and once we got him de wormed he stopped throwing up and pooping so much. We made another appointment to get his shots, we wanted to get all his shots at once come back and do it again like it’s supposed to be she said “it’s not good to give him more than 3 shots, we can schedule you for another appointment to get the rest next week” trying to make it where I came back to spend more money and even though we were there for shots they made me pay for an Exam he never even got. After telling her Salisbury Animal Hospital will give him all his shots at once, that’s when she decided to give him all his shots at once, and even after proving that his food wasn’t the cause of him being sick she tried to argue with me on how it is bad for dogs pacifically puppies, saying that it’s not giving them the calcium they need so they take it from there own bones, that’s why u give them more stuff to give them that calcium how do you think dogs survived before people took them in. She is money driven worst place ever!!

The vets, Dr. Hickman and Dr. Reed, are phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly and treat my cats like their own pets. Compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nervous "Momma" and called with questions. They took their time to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. The facility is spotless. Every area very clean and sterile. Definitely a 5- star clinic.

Ordinarily, I cannot complain about the vets. Dr. Reed and the other vets and techs have been wonderful in the last 2 years we have brought our dog here. Today I was charged $55 for a nail trim for my golden because she was squirmy. (Your description). She's a dog! Each time she comes here she gets her nails cut, but today it took 3 staff to cut her nails. Outrageous. Consider informing the owner before you restrain my dog as next time she will be fearful of you all.

I drove two hours for my dogs ( Tucker ) teeth surgery. After Easton veterinarian overdosed my boy. I went there for a wellness checkup and rabies shot and they at Easton Veterinarian gave him three year shots all at the same time. They overdosed him and it costed me $606.60. Them had the nerve to think I was going to let them do surgery on my boy Tucker. Hell no! I waited until Somerset Regional Hospital opened back up in Princess Anne MD. Their price was quite lower than the Easton Veterinarian. Like $500.00 difference. I would rather take a long drive back to the place I was born & raised and to a veterinarian that doesn’t push meds or anything else that’s knot required.I and Tucker have found the best veterinarian on the eastern shore. The whole experience as I walked threw those doors was a very friendly place. With employees that love their jobs. That means a lot. I highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome veterinarian to go to Somerset Regional Animal Hospital. It’s should have a ten star rating. I won’t take Tucker no where else. Check them out. There prices are very reasonable. The staff & Doctor are so on point. They answered all my concerns before leaving the office. I just have so much respect for how caring everyone is.Thank You, Julie & Tucker

There is no way to thank the staff enough!! During the most difficult time for my family, they allowed us to come in, showed us compassion and ❤️ in the last moments for our Biscuit. All Dogs should taste chocolate before they go to Heaven will forever be the sweetest memory to us. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our tearful 💕 hearts!!

Very Educated on Pet Care! Dr. Noble knew things on my dog of 7 years I had No idea of. He was very thorough on explaining causes of certain problems I was unaware of. The Staff was Fantastic as well. Could'nt beat the Service I felt was given.

Only had 2 of our 3 dogs in so far,friendly staff,vets know what they are doing only problem I see so far is pricing, a quote for dental work came out at around 4500.00 and our other vet came in at 2200.00,so looks like our summer vet will do the dental work

They are amazing people had to put one of our fur babies to rest and they were amazing made it as easy as they could. I love the fact that they treat you like family and cared about my babies. If I could get them a zero star I would. I’m not sure when this veterinarian turn into a hospital, but they are no hospital! My house burned down Friday. My cat had smoke inhalation Salisbury animal Hospital was closed traveled all the way to Sommerset regional animal Hospital walked in the door with my cat ….as other people was walking through the door with their animals. And was turned away my cat was just treated by the ambulance for smoking inhalation and this supposed to be animal hospital. Turned my cat away! I am beside myself I feel that they should remove that hospital name that they have and what grants are coming to them. As they were taken scheduled patients, they are no hospital. They turned away my cat with smoke inhalation ! As I said, that’s great the lady behind the counter throws her hands up like I did something wrong 😳🤬😭

Had been going to a different vet in the area for 10 years, but their practice hired a vet who I felt was inadequate, so I figured I'd give Somerset a try. I really like the vets at Somerset, BUT I do not like the staff "I don't care" attitude. I practically begged them to treat my cat who I felt was in need of urgent care - losing weight quickly. This type of urgent care needed happened twice - and in both instances they gave me an appointment 2-3 weeks away and basically said take it or leave it or go to the emergency vet clinic, when I explained the cat would probably die by then. I ended up calling my previous vet - who got them in the next day in both instances. One of them did die before his scheduled appointment at Somerset. IMO, they didn't care enough to even attempt to accommodate and treat a seriously ill pet.They also will not work with Chewy on prescription medications and required me to drive to their clinic just to pick up a written prescription - at great inconvenience for me - but they don't care. Never going back to Somerset and will stay with my former vet clinic.

This place is amazing.. The staff is very friendly helpful and accommodating.You can tell that they really care, one of the few places that has that aspect in this day and age. If you ever had a question in your mind about this place being the best. Don't they are the best and will take great care with your pets. You will not be disappointed. I just wish that I had found out about them sooner.

We drive all the way from Ocean Pines just to come to this Vet. Great service! They love our dog. Had surgery to remove a tumor from our dogs hind leg and the surgery went perfectly. They were there every step of the recovery process as well even saw our dog to check up on the wound recovery and didn't charge for the visit. Can't say enough good things.

Dr. Noble and Dr. Reed are excellent. They have great bedside manner and keep the client informed of what procedures they are doing. They also keep you in the loop about cost as you go. I highly suggest seeing them.Dr. Hopkins on the other hand doesn’t have bedside manner. She also vaguely states what procedures she will be doing and doesn’t go into pricing at all. She is clearly just about the money and will do everything she can to get it. We just had a surprise x-ray charge and didn’t even know the animal had an x-ray until it was time to check out and pay. I will not see her again!
