I love this nursery! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The plants are reasonably priced and this place is packed full of gorgeous plants, succulents and cacti! They’ve got planters, seasonal decor and everything you’ll need to take good care of your garden.

I would have rated this location a 5 ⭐ from my first couple visits and interactions but this last visit was appalling. Becky took care of me the first couple times and made sure all my questions were taken care of or she found the answers for me if she didn't have them. I have a bad back and she made sure I was helped with loading. The last time I went I wasn't greeted or approached once and was there for a long while trying to pick a tree. I walked through all the plant sections and found the tree I wanted (weeping cherry) but it looked a bit off so I wanted to talk to a manager (was never called back after leaving my number). I found my plants and finally got my cart to the checkout. I wasn't sure about a couple things and was finally able to ask questions before leaving. The young girl at the checkout called someone up to help me which took a while. A rude middle aged woman finally came to "help" me and it seemed like I was interrupting her from something that was more important. She didn't have many answers and didn't seem willing or able to find them. Her physical and verbal presence around customers with the Covid restrictions needs a bit of attention in order to actually help the customers. I had my mask on and wasn't able to point out the plant I had questions about because she freaked out if I got 12' near her to try to show her and she wasn't taking in her surroundings or placements of customers and products and herself into consideration. I heard a rumor that Becky doesn't work there anymore listening to the employees while checking out. Makes me a bit sad. I hope they have a new Becky by next season. 💔💔💔

Jess, Terry, Jenna, Merideth, Joe, and the rest of the staff are always really helpful and knowledgable when I visit. I am a regular at Wentworth in PF. To the Karen who said the staff was not helpful making the comment "guessing it was too hot for them" your post was in August. Wentworth does not have air conditioning. Their greenhouses get so hot, I have felt like I was going to pass out in minutes just walking through. And yes, employees have a right to take a break if they feel like they are going to pass out from heat exhaustion in the middle of August.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection. I heard they were over priced but I see the value as my aloe plant is thriving. also bought several japanese maples to plant.

Excellent place. I could be there hours and still have to come back. The staff knows where plants are! So many gift ideas. Healthy plants. Love the water plants and features. Thought it was a small place but it's deceiving from the road driving by for three years. I could spend days there! Quality!

I love this place! They know what they are talking about and don't just try to sell you. Denise has helped use several times and never led us in the wrong direction. They also appreciate sales volume and discount a FAIR amount for bulk purchase. Great selection of plants and unique exterior furnishings.

The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, which was great since I didn't have a clue what I was actually looking for. Instead of just telling me what I needed & sending me on my way, each employee I interacted with escorted me to what I needed. On top of that the things I purchased were extremelyyyyy well priced. I was VERY impressed. I would recommend 100%!!!

They have the largest selection of plants and are extremely helpful. My garden was incredibly successful this year due to the quality and health of the plants they offer. These folks know what they're doing. Forget Lowes and Home Depot. You may spend a little more, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for!

I like the selection of plants here and the staff is very friendly. However 2 separate times now my plants I already had have gotten parasitic bugs and died because it was next to one of the new plants I purchased from here. And then new plants died as well. I know plants obviously are not going to be bug free, but there shouldn’t be parasites. Im upset because one of the plants that died I had for years, therefore somewhat attached, and it was just starting to become a tree. So its been a waste of money and time. I do enjoy visiting this place, and as mentioned before the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately after this second incident I do not think I will be returning. I suggest if you do shop here to thoroughly inspect the plants before purchasing and bringing them around your other plants.

Very knowledgeable staff. They have everything you need and don't need for yard and gardening. A bit pricey. I shop when they have sales. They do have a customer rewards program with good savings. I don't like that perinneals are not covered by a warranty if they die in the same month they were purchased.

It's your run of the mill home landscape store. Good for hobby gardeners and those looking to spruce up their yard.The greenhouses could use some love, and when planting a larger garden, seek your supplies elsewhere just for the sake of price points.

Great nursery with a wide selection of plants (trees, shrubs, herbs, vegetables, pretty much anything you want) and pots - I was looking for large plastic pots for small tropical trees and they had multiple options.

We bought our tree there for 13 years straight but the prices have gone too high. We got our tree elsewhere for far less. It's unfortunate to end that tradition but is what it is.
