it’s actually fuxking insane how many times you can mess up the same sandwich. 3 different times i’ve ordered the southwest chipotle chicken they either put the wrong meat or no meat at all you cannot be serious. how u gonna give me a southwest chipotle CHICKEN with NO CHICKEN ??? on god this is the worst wawa on the face of the earth just stop selling sandwiches at this point

Decent and solid location. Place was clean and organized, things were mostly in stock, and there was a good amount of pump stations and options inside. The food was good, very similar to most other locations. Overall, a great Wawa - no complaints!

Worst Wawa ever. Every order I have recieved has been wrong for the last 6 months. I have ordered 2 salads with extra dressing and recieved no dressing at all both times. Sandwiches made incorrectly, drinks made incorrectly, foul language, personal conversations shared with customers as you just can not help but to overhear about last night extra curricular activities. It takes a long time to get your order so my entire lunch break is spent just waiting for my order. Even if I order delivery, it ALWAYS takes at least 15 to 20 minutes longer than every other place around prince frederick. Heads would roll out the door if I managed this place.

very disappointed. went in and ordered a GRILLED chicken salad and was given fried chicken. completely ruined my mood. if they didn’t have grilled they shouldn’t have put it on the screen and they should’ve told me and i would’ve just gotten a refund! now i’m trying to figure out how to get refunded for something i wont eat and i'm not driving 30 mins to give it back. ruined my pregnancy craving. thanks a lot! i’ll be sure to check before i leave from now on!

Sandwiches sure shrunk here. I ordered a $7 club, turkey ham, is supposed to have lettuce, tomato, onion, is the smallest bread slices ever, total rip off. Will never order sandwiches at wawa again. They made the portion so small compared to what they used to make, very unhappy

Well everything seemed cool until I asked the manager mike why people couldn’t charge their phone here while back at home it’s never been a problem from what I’ve seen, and he basically told me he hated homeless people and they were a burden on his customers and he had a business to run. I was confused as to why they spend extra money to block the homeless from being able to charge their phones? When I called corporate they said this wasn’t how they felt on the matter but haven’t heard anything about the situation in about two weeks. Guess mike still hates homeless people and thinks they are more a nuisance than actual human beings just struggling. So I guess since nothing has been done Wawa stands behind mike and his hate for homeless people. Of course the rich white area has an issue with people in need of help and refer to them as a “nuisance to my customers” instead of seeing them as actual human beings. Couldn’t wait to get back home to praise my local Wawa for all they do. So sad corporate has the same ideology as manager mike, we are all human.

I wish I could give 5 stars but everytime lately I go I to the store there are never any Peach or Rasberry half gallon teas. I stop here almost every day and night to get the half gallon teas and all of a sudden they are just gone. For the past two weeks they may have had them once. It's really a big deal when the only thing I stop there for they never have. That and please please get someone to clean the men's bathroom. That thing looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly since the store opened. Not kidding.....

I waited in a line of 10 people paid for my food 5 minutes after I paid I get called saying we don’t have your soup. I walk away to get a refund she yells out o we can’t make your meatball sandwich either. She did ask what else I wanted nothing I ordered what I wanted why don’t they take items off the screen if you don’t have them. I had to wait inline another ten minutes for a refund. I will just stop in Dunkirk next time they are always on point Management at Prince Frederick sucks!!!!!

Looked like we were at the beginning of the pandemic again. All of the deli shelves were empty except for a few bottles of water. There were no subs, fruits, eggs nothing , no hotdogs in the warmer, coffee station was a disaster. Trash cans overflowing, coffee all over,no creamers in the middle and half of the containers in the ends were almost empty. Only 2 food choices in warm food area at the counters, no pretzels and few cookies. If you want sodas or drinks, I think you are safe...those were full.

I would leave zero stars but of course it won't let you anyways me and friends went to Wawa the day before ordered what we wanted then got home everything was wrong so we went back up there last night got what we order remade and plus some soomthies anyways they made one of the drinks wrong so they gave us attitude about it then when we got our orders they lady told these people behind us "sorry for the wait I had to remake these people's orders they complain about everything" well we haven't been up to prince Frederick in awhile since the day before but yeah zero stars from us oh btw the bread for a sandwich was hard I bet it was on purpose. Never coming back good luck everyone else. I ate half of it then gave the rest to my dog but my dog wouldn't even touch it oh btw right after my boyfriend ate his food he got sick.

First, I must admit that I am a bit of a Wawa connoisseur. My wife and I make a point of stopping whenever we need a quick drink or gas, and I have eaten many of their delicious subs over the years. This Wawa has long been one of my favorites. It is conveniently located, has a large parking lot, and is always very clean. The staff is friendly, and their food prep is fast given the volume of customers they have.

I would give 5 stars, but the last couple times I got a sandwich here, they have been gipping on the portions and toppings. If I'm paying for the toppings, why suddenly do my sandwiches look skeletal? I won't be getting sandwiches here anymore unless you guys can change this. Disappointed once again over my breadful sandwich. Everything else at this location is on point, which is why I gave 4 stars. Staff is friendly, lines are fast, clean establishment, no wait for gas either.

The store is dirty, they ran out of steak, meatballs, and chicken tonight. And there was a line of 8 people at the register and when when a lady asked Tim the Manager if he could help and open a register his reply was, "You'll be alright " and kept sweeping the floor. He was completely out of line, rude and unprofessional. You need someone running that store that can actually keep it running. It is TRASH compared to the Dunkirk location.....avoid this spot if u can!

I would give wawa a better rating but this the 2nd time I've gone to get gas and the cashier has rolled their eyes at me while they're talking to another employee about personal business because I asked to get money put on a pump, which is the quickest and easiest thing I could be a customer for. Maybe they need better customer service training.

Love this Wawa, but someone needs to tell Joseph to take a shower and wear some deodorant. He works early morning (2:30-3am) and the first thing I'm greeted with on the way to work is this kid's overwhelming body odor you can smell clear across the store. Do better Wawa!

Nice enough place to stop if biking in the area. THey have most all one needs when traveling. Good choices of snacks, drinks, Prices are to be expected for a convenience store in southern Maryland. Basically clean and well staffed.

Let me first just say I love wawa! But this location is so dirty and the staff in the mornings are especially rude. I’m afraid to ask the lady making the breakfast sandwiches because she gets an attitude and is actually mad about it. Then I asked the guy making the drinks if he could help me and he was rude. Why work at wawa where you have to interact with customers and be absolutely rude about it. I won’t ever come back to this wawa

It took 10 minutes to get a bagel. I watched as they threw a pile of bagels in to get toasted, which explains why they never are. When I asked the kid if the bagel that was just sitting there was my order by the # he said I don't know. Then unwrapped it and put it in a bag. Then tried to give me someone else's food. He could tell he was pissing me off and so could the customer next to me who stepped up and said "no that's mine." The the jerk behind the counter laughs as I snatched my bagel and he says "have a nice day" in the most condescending tone. I spoke briefly with the manager, Christopher I think, and he refuses to say anything to him out in the open...meanwhile he could've at least called the boy over instead of allowing him to continue watching and laughing.

Subpar quality service and food. No one would tell customers not wearing masks to put on one or leave. This was VERY frustating as one gentleman was by the food preparation line talking to the staff.

Clean and fast service. Good food and good coffee. I prefer getting my gas here... especially if I want to grab a quick bite to go.
