I just wanted to THANK YOU to the 2 young ladies, Tanisha and Jess, in the Prince Frederick, Maryland location.They offered to help me with my purchases. They brought them out and put them right in my car. It was so nice to have employees that really care and understand about customer service.

All staff were friendly and acknowledged my daughter and I when we approached the area they were working in.Very neat and tidy with well organized shelves and racks. It is obvious that they work hard and take pride in their store.Nice selection to choose from.Surprisingly few shoppers while we were there. If you want to avoid the lines, shop here.

This Ross is great. It is clean and organized and the employees are friendly! It was my first time going to Ross and I was hesitant because I’ve heard mixed reviews. But the location is neat and wonderful to shop at!

Store is not laid out well. There are limited sizes. And racks seem bare. So don’t think it will be there next time. The customer service is lously. I tried to return something, the employees were too busy putting items away. The line for the return area was blocked. They were unable to return it to my card, even though it was the 30th day. The store manager was not on duty, so I asked for the district managers number. When I called it was the customer service number, not the district managers number. They bait and switched me there. Once I called there were 25 people ahead of me. Do not shop here, go to TJ Max, Marshalls or just wait for Amazon.

The new Ross is VERY clean and organized. There were no clothes or anything on the floor. Who ever the store manager is, is doing a wonderful job with this store.

Not a bad place to shop only thing is a lot of stuff is on the floor maybe they don't have enough workers if things aren't like they used to do you go into the store with piled up with stuff and someone was behind a counter taking care of stuff or someone was on the floor that you needed help all that is gone it's just these stores are just stores you go in just to buy stuff for whatever they don't represent anything no more that's a shame other than that not bad

Went to Ross not expecting to find my shoe size. Pleasantly surprised to find fashionable wide summer sandals. Found what I needed ! Great price ! Thanks so much.

They close 30 min before closing on mai 3 2022 there closeting time is 10.00 pm but the door was closed at 9.20 and we were told they have to be out by 10.00 pm. Very disappointed to be lied to our face
