I like the lobby for being able to communicate with other patients family or sit off to myself if my animal needs peace and quiet. They need to either have a sign in sheet or pick a number for non-appt customers or have two for checkin and two for checkout or pickup as I stand way to long waiting for someone to recognize that I do not have my pet or I am struggling to hold her while waiting too long for acknowledgement. I like all staff but one and can only speak toward one Veterinarian that I have chosen and will keep, Tabitha Buyert.

Dr. Bowen and the staff were very empathetic and kind during a very difficult time. I have been taking my furry family to them for a long time and have always had good experiences there.

The ladies that work there are sooooooo amazing my dogs love them. They treat my dogs as their own with such great care and love and give the best advice on care tips for my pets. They are ALWAYS super friendly to me and my pets and are very affordable I've been using this vet for years.

Fantastic!!! My New Vet location hands down.. On a short notice today, with a sick puppy 🐶 they took her in and truly gave great care. She is getting better. Thanks again Doc and Vet team. Vet was short, rude and acted like I was a horrible owner when I didn't want to spend hundreds for a uncomplicated ear infection. Won't be returning

Would love to have better things to say, unfortunately I wasn’t able to ever make an appointment. When I called I was asked if it was a medical emergency or if I was checking in for appointment. I stated neither I needed to make appointment. “Ok please hold”. I hung up after 35 mins. Second call same thing, on hold for 15 mins. Third and final call same thing, hung up after 8 mins, called Dunkirk Animal Hospital answered immediately and scheduled appointment! I work in medical field. While it is important to take care of patients in office, ignoring patients on phone is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

My dog received very good care, and we were practically walk-ins as I called for an appointment about an hour in advance only. Price-wise, it was quite decent, too.
