Staff is always very friendly and helpful when I pick up my prescriptions. Took my kids here for flu shots, and the pharmacist (Rajesh) did an amazing job with my kids. He was patient and kind and friendly with them. Best pharmacy services around.

The pharmacy department here is amazing: Miss Marsha was a life-saver tonight when I came in for meds with my fussy toddler.The product selection of gluten and dairy free foods is getting better her - now if their pricing would start getting close to being competitive it would be awesome.

Giant in Prince Frederick is my favorite grocery store in the area. Staff are always helpful and their selection of fruits and vegetables are very fresh. For anytime I've had any issue the customer service reps are extremely interested in making things right and kind at the same time. Love this store

Clean, reasonable prices, plenty of parking. My only complaint is that the produce is sub-par. ...need to check everything to make sure that it's not rotten. ...Especially any fruit that you plan to buy. Their fruit seems to be the oldest around. Most stores now seem to get fruit before it's ripe (not good), but this store seems to get fruit after it has passed it's peak (gross).

I am a hardcore Giant shopper. Giant is my grocery store. This particular Giant store, however, makes me nuts. The people who work there are good at their jobs, it's too bad management doesn't help them out. There are never any check-out lanes open. One, maybe two at the most - even when there are long lines and people with big orders struggling through those horrible self-checkouts. I don't like the self-checkouts, especially for big orders. Sorry, Giant, but you don't pay me enough to check out my own groceries (you even quit giving me credit for bringing reusable bags, so, seriously, no). I've taken to complaining regularly to the manager. This is a management problem. There are two other Giant stores in Calvert County and I rarely experience the no staffed checkout lanes problem at either of those. The Dunkirk Giant is particularly on top of it - there are always multiple lanes open and if more than a few people are standing in line or there are big orders headed to self-checkout, they open more lanes. Get it together, Prince Frederick Giant.

I ordered 5 platters for an event I was having and the tops of the platters were not secured tightly. When the deli employee put the platters in my basket he had to reapply the lids. By the time I got everything to my car, I could tell all the lids weren't secure and was afraid to drive off. I went back into the store to borrow tape from the florist to secure the lids myself. The food itself was fine, but if everything falls out on the way to the event, what good is the food? Just make sure the lids are tapped down before handing over to customers.

Found a live bug in my raspberries. Showed the produce manager who never seen anything like it. The lady at the front customer service desk was kinda rude about it and was like whatever. Gotta a refund and contacted Driscolls.For the most part employees are nice and friendly and deli dept is short staffed. One of the newer (older) ladies working the other day was short handed all she did was complain about it while waiting on customers.

Mixed up my daughter’s script of 800mg of Ibuprofen with 800mg of Gabapentin! Glad she didn’t take it!! Both pills were in the bottle. Also it was the pharmacy manager that messed it up

Growing issue with the lack of staff in the store. since they have gone over to eight self-scan Lanes as well as the hand scanners they're cutting staff especially in the evening when it is busiest. Also frequently there is no express lane. Is clear that they are trying to push customers to using self-checkout to justify the lack of staff. Will not be using it since personally I think it's job stealing if I check myself out I deserve a discount

Giant has changed. Went to buy our favorite summer coleslaw and you could see it was old. When i told the clerk what i wanted but would like fresh. She took a spoon and stired it up. And ask me what size i wanted. I said i cant believe you did that and walked away

This Giant is certainly better than some others I've visited throughout MD. The staff here are pleasant. The store is in a great location and the variety they have is pretty darn good and usually in stock! Plus they deliver via Peapod!

Good prices. The store is clean and well laid out. Very good seafood. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Produce needs to be fresher. Produce is the only items I have ever returned. A for the store. D for Produce.

I never had the problem but I can't believe how terribly this giant treats their employees. I've never seen anyone treated as terribly as I did one of the ladies they had working the desk. I will no longer shop at giant until they decide to treat their employees better

Found most things easy but was surprised at how small the selections of Gatorade powers or drinks were there. I had figured they would have a good selection during the hot summer months especially the main flavors.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Been going to this pharmacy for over two years. Called ahead like I always do to pick my prescription up. Told them I was on my way. Got a bad attitude because she said it would take a hour and a half. But I didn’t even tell her how far away I was so not sure why I got a attitude in the first place. Then when I got there there was barley anyone there and the “pharmacist” caught a attitude and made it known it the store that she couldn’t push it through till the time she said. But she also told me it could be earlier. When I talked on the phone. When I normally only wait 20 mins 30 at the most.

I love this Giant, everyone is so friendly from the dairy to produce, it is the best! Store is always clean, neat and well stocked. I would not shop anywhere else. This is a well run store.

Everyone is always pleasant and helpful here. The pharmacy staff were lifesavers the other day and quickly filled a prescription for my daughter who was very unhappy to be there with an ear infection. One of them gave my daughter a lollipop which made her bad day much better.

It's very frustrating that there is no cell phone service in this store. Many times, I want to look up a recipe, or look up how many weight watchers points something is before I buy something. It's imperative that this store keeps up with the times, because there are at least 3 other grocery stores in walking distance to this one. How can a grocery store not have this basic service? I've tried to get service on both a Verizon and AT&T phone. No luck!

Several experiences where I've had to bag my own groceries when I am watching employees just standing around. I'm spoiled by growing up with Publix, but is it really that difficult for other grocery stores to adapt to their wonderful customer service policy?

The staff is always helpful. .I prefer shopping there instead of Safeway. ..although a new Harris Teeter. Will open soon and I have shopped at the Gaithersburg Harris Teeters store .....loved it...

I often go to this giant Food Store...On my way home from work and sometimes on the way in to work....The Manager at this store ..Derek and all of the cashiers are very helpful, considerate and friendly...Duke the seafood associate is always very polite and willing to take care of my special orders even though I show up late and he is trying to clean up to leave..I always recommend this Giant to anyone who asks where they should go to shop...

I was really impressed that this Giant location had a florist working there, I told her I haven't seen a florist working in a grocery store in yrs.The plant/flower selection was plenty and thriving for a grocery store.

Giant getting better at Prince Frederick location for more healthier food. Get rid of MSG and chemical sweeteners plus STOP high fructose corn syrup. Causes obesity and is harmful to children. Eat Healthy. Giant remains better then Harris Teeter. Getting rid of chemical laced food would be 5 stars for Giant.

I work nights managers don't know how to run the store we do work for $10.75 and hour and get asked to do work that is worth at least $14 to $18 an hour they don't know how to hire anyone they just piss off all of the employees I've been here for two years and I have seen about 30 people leave just because they didn't like working here

I've been really dissatisfied the past few times I've used this pharmacy. I gotten the wrong prescription or they have just not been courteous or the wait time is crazy. This pharmacy has been becoming the one people dont want to go to in the area. I hope the services improve soon or I'll be finding another pharmacy.

Only a few people seem like they want to work there. Most the time they don't have what you want. Management is terrible. Bakery department is the only thing worth going there for.
