First time at this location in Prince Frederick. This store was very clean and well organized. Checkout person was friendly. I always find nice decor for my home at Big Lots, for very reasonable prices. They have a nice variety of merchandise, both regular and seasonal.

That’s a pass for me. You now have to pay $1 to get fabric bag or 15 cent for a paper bag not strong enough or big enough to hold your items because they no longer supply regular bags🙄

Great selection and good prices! In this economy you have to shop around to make a dollar stretch and I'm happy that big lots is now in Calvert county! Big lots has been a staple in Virginia for a long time so thank you for coming to our area!

This place is TERRIBLE. I scheduled an interview and when I got there the manager wasn't ready to interview me. She said I would have to do background checks and then schedule an interview. Which makes no sense because I already had an interview scheduled. It pisses me off I spent days preparing for my interview, just to walk into an unprepared manager.

Perhaps the best Big Lots I've ever been in. The store was large and well kept. The workers were very friendly and while several asked if I needed help, they were not overbearing about it.

Cashiers are always nice, manager was nice when I was shopping he asked if he could help me. Stuff is always stocked except for make up. It's pretty bare in that isle. Other than that, it's packed full

Clean , pleanty of items and lots of unusual items to try . Cashier was friendly and helpful and quickly did her job so no one was kept waiting. Found lots of stocking stuffers and other items for children and the home..

I was in store at 8pm tonight. Cashier and customer ahead of me in line, at register, gossiped for 20 minutes after he rang all her stuff up. I was the only person in line. Cashier saw me waiting and did not stop chatting about their personal lives. Very unprofessional!

Big Lots has an interesting selection of items, like a lot of retail establishments they are having supply chain issues and there are a lot of holes on their shelves, especially for what I call staple items

Went looking for living room furniture today and OMG they have it all.sectional with matching recliner the price is unbelievable for furniture that looks like this very comfy too.with FREE THROW PILLOWS!!! I'm getting this for sure.

I have tried to reach the management at this store for a week. I've called a dozen times and been hung up on, put on hold, and told I'd get a call back (which never comes). I've gone by twice and the manager is always either on a call or on break. What is going on here Big Lots?!
