Come to this location very rarely. Only because it’s very unprofessional. I am constantly followed by someone. Also the attitude to grab a pack of tobacco products is such a task for them to do. I don’t understand why you open if you don’t want to make money. Now the new thing is they put a bag on the counter and after you pay they walk off. Almost like self checkout with an attitude. No more chances for me. Good luck to those who try.

I have been here several times and compared to other 7-11 stores this ones not great. For starters there are never any 1/4 hotdogs on the grill but the grill. The pizza is days old and not edible. The soda machine doesn't work. I decided on doing a review this go around as the cashier didn't seem to care. On a plus side the location is great for a quick stop.

The store itself is fine, and provides what it should, as most 7-11 stores do.The employees, however, are largely joyless, and humorless. They seem disinterested in interacting with the customers or even acknowledging greetings or polite comments such as "Thanks". It detracts from the experience and makes one less inclined to visit as it gives the impression that you are a burden.

In a world of poorly run convenience stores this stands out as a great example of how not to manage a business. The receipts never print at the pump, the workers constantly have in their ear buds, 3 employees with one actually doing something, they had something that was either an action movie scene or simulated gun battle playing so loud in the store the clerk and I needed to yell at each other so I could complete the transaction. I recommend you drive another mile to get your Slurpee on Rt4 or better yet go to Wawa.

Wanted some Hot Dogs, chilli was very watery. Employee checked it, bag was amost empty. She tried it then claimed "it isn't that bad" I left without purchacing anything.

I wouldn't eat here if I were you, they have ROACHES and the food looks like its been sitting for days. It's always messy when I come in in the morning and there's never anything stocked. This is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to. If I could rate lower, I would. It's already the worst rated 7-Eleven in the Prince Frederick area. Spend your money elsewhere.

This 7-Eleven is always clean and the shelves and refrigerators are very well-stocked, and whether I go there at nighttime or daytime the staff is always helpful and in a good mood, I go there a lot to meet up with my boss before work and we get coffee donuts and snacks and I've always had a great experience there

I don't typically review 711, but this location has an excellent employee, Tom. He was extremely helpful and efficient. I have never had such great customer service at a 711.

Messy. No lids for Big Gulps. Only one flavor Slurpee was available. Cashier very lackadaisical. I'd drive on.

Please if anyone uses their bank card to shop at this store please be careful. Some try to purchase from this store using my card info. I try calling the store to have this issue resolved only for the person who answered the phone to hang up on me. When I tried calling back they didn’t answer instead it went to voicemail.
