A few misgivings as we stood in front of what we wanted .. and had a few questions.. it took a minute . BUT that was because this one employee was helping everybody! He helped us while helping another employee on the radio and was pleasant all the way! He was customer service.

Cool store! And especially we can note the prices! They're cheaper than other stores in that region. The cashier are polite and ready to help. We always buy some food or facilities for our pets. Ready to visit it again!

What a great place. Good thing there's not one near my home or I would go broke. Great selection of all kinds of useful tools and much more heavy duty DIY supplies than your usual hardware store. If you like to fix things, you'll find something to love about Tractor Supply.

They were really helpful. Have lots of products including tools and clothes and sell chicks. Even though they dropped a box full of my baby chicks and they're kind of short staffed which is why it's 4 stars. Other than that it's a lovely place and I go there often.

Disclosure: I'm related to an employee at the TSC location I visited. When shopping, I've had positive experiences whether my family member is present or not. They offer assistance with loading vehicles when one buys larger items, which as a petite individual with weak upper body I appreciated. I also had success with live plants purchased which they get from their supplier Bonnie's. They staff are also welcoming of leashed pets accompanying shoppers.

Awesome employees! While shopping leashes for my wife's new boyfriend, TSC staff kept his kids happy by tossing peanuts so I had time to pick out a new matching dog collar for myself.

The alarm at this location goes off at all hours of the night for extended periods of time. I called to complain to the manager this morning as the alarm had been going off for 45 minutes at 5 AM. The manager proceeded to tell me “whatever” and hang up on me. This is not the response I expected from a business that’s basically our neighbor and we frequent. This is a small town and your alarm is extremely loud and echoes. This has been a continuing problem for months you need to get your alarm fixed.

I showed up at the store 30 minutes before close and was told they wouldnt refill my propane tanks because the propane was already closed. The website mentions nothing about propane being unavailable during store hours. I drove 30 minutes to get here, this was a huge inconvenience.

This tractor supply is much better than the one in Leesburg - it seems to be much more of a going concern. Shelves look well-stocked, store looks clean, and I think there were enough people there today to serve the customers. Deducting 1 * for the completely grungy bathroom, though. I think they just need to update their facilities - I don't think any amount of cleaning is going to make that look better.

I love Tractor Supply and the staff is friendly and helpful. It seems to be a company-wide problem with keeping shelves stocked. They are always short on something. The Poolesville store seems better than others though.

I don't have a tractor or a farm. It doesn't matter, because this place has everything!Bought supplies to build a compost bin, bought a dolly for moving a washing machine, bought wheels to build a wagon for my daughter, and on and on.It's got a niche, but the niche encompasses lots of my needs. Great place.

I grew up in the country in this place reminds me of the places we used to go to pick up a few things. Never run into the most knowledgeable staff at a tractor supply but you do run into very friendly staff all the time.
