I arrived at Sun Outdoors Frontier Town, Berlin, MD, on May 10, 2024. This was our first camping trip of the year. When I arrived, we started setting up and hooking up hoses. I hooked the water supply up and turned the water on. Right away, I saw water pouring out of the onboard water filter. The housing that holds the water filter was cracked and broken. I also had a slide-out that needed to be fixed. I called three different mobile RV repair services. I only received a call back from WE RV. I explained my situation and was told a technician would be on their way.I could not have been happier with the service I received from WE RV. Ernie arrived promptly and was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the repairs he was making.Once Ernie completed the water filter repair, I turned the water supply on. We then started to see multiple leaks. At that point, Ernie asked if I had the motorhome winterized. I informed him that I had winterized it at an RV dealer close to my home in New Jersey, but upon closer inspection, Ernie concluded that the RV dealer that winterized the motorhome put no antifreeze in the line, and my pipes had frozen.I have already setup an appointment to take my motorhome into WE RV to have the water pipe issue and water heater fixed.In conclusion, if you use WE RV mobile service, they are very thorough and excellent to work with. I will be using WE RV for all of my future RV needs.

Took in the motorhome for mechanical issues with engine hard start and loosing power/stalling while driving. Also rear taillights working intermittently. Picked up the motorhome 3 weeks later was told the stalling issue was fixed by replacing the fuel pump. But power module for lights was cause for intermittent light issue and that would understandably have to be taken to a Ford dealer. The power module was fixed and lights works fine, however the "fixed" power/stalling issue came back 20 miles after it left WE-RV. Refuse to go back there, because Earnie treated us like we were idiots for buying a motorhome and not knowing it had issues. Also make sure you ask for a quote before they do the work. We were hit with a $2300 bill for the repairs and investigation into the light issue with no consideration that we might want to know before they pursue. I guess that's my fault though. Per Earnie "I shouldn't have bought a motorhome if I couldn't afford it".

So far this place is amazing. They are very courteous. They will be fixing my camper over the winter. ✝️Edit: got my camper back. Looks fantastic. They even found some decals I didn't think existed. Definitely would recommend!

I needed some work done over the season at Cherrystone (Sun Outdoors Cape Charles) my trailer. The work included a cleaning, replacement of some seals, and repair of corner. They did an excellent job! The pair of techs were very personable and interactive. They were professional and knowledgeable! The employees I dealt with outside the techs communicated well. They were on time and proved reliable. I definitely will reach them again and would be willing to haul my trailer from Southside VA to them. They get my recommendation and I will pass their name around to other campers. As for their competition, just don't bother calling as they don't want to DO.

I was warned about using this company & I should have listened! i bought a thermostat from them on June 12th,, it turned out that wasn't the problem,, the motherboard on the AC went. So I returned it the same week, I was told I had to wait to have it tested before a refund! I waited & called a couple of times & got the same response! Well finally July 5th I get a phone call telling me the owner is not going to refund my money! That the telephone cable on the thermostat was stripped!!!! Well caught them in that lie because when I went back in to ask "where is the cable?" I was told there is no cable in the package! Of course there isn't,, the cable is connected to the AC in the RV,, so I was lied to right out! So now I'm out $180,, I'm forced to buy something I don't need! Like I said,, I was warned about them,, they are only getting 1 star in order to post this!

I haven't used the business before, but a company truck almost hit my car twice by driving too fast at the Goose Creek gas station. I don't know if they were upset because not many spots were open and I was filling up my car, but my 2 year old son was in the car. Your employees need to drive in a safe manner no matter what. I won't be using this business based off this experience.

First I want to say there mobile service fee was $400! We ended up with a $750 bill for a toilet valve and electrical receptor on the outside of the camper. 1 hour job maybe after waiting 2 hours for him to arrive. Totally outrageous! We will never ever call them again or recommend them. I do wanna say Dave fixed the issue however in my opinion they purposefully did not tell us till the end of the job about the $400 service fee. No estimate was ever discussed, I’ve tried to call no answer and they refuse to explain there charges.

I called because of an issue on the road. We drove right in and Norman did some troubleshooting. He did a temporary fix so that we could continue to our destination. So helpful, courteous and professional. On our way back home we dropped off our camper for the permanent repair.

We needed a replacement RV power cable on a recent trip to the area. These are EXTREMELY hard to find. Extension cables and converter cables are everywhere, but a standard replacement cable is not easy to come by. After going to several big box stores in the area with no luck, we found the cable at a local shop which is a competitor to WE-RV. When we went to that shop to pick it up, in the middle of the day on Saturday, during posted hours, they were closed. We went a block down the street to WE-RV and they took care of us in five minutes. They had the cable at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed. THANK YOU!

Employees are very friendly. They helped me out with a problem on my 5th wheel. Best part is they did not try and sell any unnecessary parts or equipment and gave me multiple options to fix my problem. I would highly recommend.

Our A/C wasn't working. Called them mid-morning and Ernie came that afternoon. Found that the A/C went up. Replaced it same day and had us up and running. He was very friendly and helpful. Second review: if I could give them 6 stars I would. I was back in the area a year later with a propane problem and Ernie diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. I wish We-RV was closer to where I actually live. Original review follows: I called with short notice for an intermittent furnace issue. Because I use my RV full time and wasn’t able to leave it, they fit me in that weekend and worked the issue lickety-split (bad board). I really appreciate how they made time for me in a packed schedule, and did the proper troubleshooting to fix the real problem (I’d had it worked in before with no success). In fact I waited a few months to do this review to ensure it was really fixed this time. Ernie definitely knows his stuff. Thank you so much We-RV!!

Excellent service and pleasant to deal with. While camping last week at Castaways a fuse blew on our first day - which ran not only the radio but the refrigerator; new fuse blew as soon as it was put it in. My husband called WE-RV first thing Monday morning, they arrived when they said they would and spent about two and a half hours tracing the issue until it was resolved. Thank you for saving our vacation and being affordable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone having issues while camping in the Ocean City area.

Ernie is the best! Last year (2020) at the end of our summer camping at Tom's Cove Park in Chincoteague, we called WE-RV LLC, at the recommendation of a long-time.camper. Ernie came to our site and examined a "soft area" (water damage) in our floor. He recognized it immediately, through past experiences, described our options, and gave us a rough estimate, followed by a detailed estimate of how to permanently fix it.We made arrangements for him to pick it up in Chincoteague, fix it over the winter, and return it to our storage site in Chincoteague this spring before we returned. He did just that!We couldn't be more pleased. The work that was completed is excellent!! You could never tell the floor was even worked on (except that the damaged, spongy floor is now 'rock-hard' solid!). He even did further, protective work in case more the floor was starting to go bad, but not noticeably damaged, for the same estimate.We highly recommend WE RV and Ernie.

Went to his place of business on 13. I was looking for an estimate to replace or fix a soft floor in my fifth wheel. I had a key made and left it at the office for him just like Ernie told me to do. He said he would take a look at it in a few days. A week went by and we went home. I contacted our campground and was told , Ernie never came for the key. Weeks have gone by and he has never come to check it out or even call. Meanwhile, there are a lot of people at the campground complaining about his work and ethics. Maybe, I just got lucky. We could not have asked for better customer service! Our truck's tire fell off while pulling a camper, damaging both the truck and camper. Ernie came quickly after being called by our tow truck driver. Ernie pulled our camper to a dealership that we were having our truck towed to. He waited there with us until we got a rental car and then he offered to pull the camper to where we were staying at the KOA for us at no charge! He was kind and generous throughout the whole process.

These guys were terrific. We were on vacation and had a problem with our slideout. A tech came out that very same night. The cause of our issue was tough to pinpoint, but another tech figured it out and even rigged some other wiring for us to workaround a separate issue caused by our truck.

Disappointed is never a word that should be used when discussing RV repairs. Most people use their RV as a second home and treat it as such and expect the same from a repair company. You label yourselves as a Christian company but I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and expect the highest regard for customer satisfaction. This was not my experience at WE-RV. Choose wisely for your RV repairs and go elsewhere.

Met Ernie on the side Rt. 13 south of Salisbury md. On Memorial day we just blew a tire on our new 40ft fifth wheel. That is another story not so happy with another dealer. Started to change tire when a red Ford dually pulled up. Ask if I needed any help. Gave a hand pulling tire off. Being a Mechanic could tell he knew about trailers. Never been to their shop or met them before but will say they are classy people.

I'm so Happy I have We RV to help me with all my rv issues! After a terrible morning and a bad experience with one company, We RV came to my rescue! Norm and Mike were the best Techs! The were there to help me quickly, and as I had a clog in my Black Tank, they determined the cause, fixed the issue, realized my Black Tank lever was leaking, replaced it, had a small seep of water under commode, removed it and replaced the gasket(seal), got everything in working order, were very careful, very neat and made sure not to track any "nasty" things in my rv! They also replaced a latch in my cargo bay that had fallen off. I can't say enough good things about these guys, or this Company.
