Lorrie was extremely rude. Owners need to know, she was short and mean to me the entire time. She raised the price on a ring I wanted from 189, to 388. And also tried charging 389$$ for 40 pennyweight of silver.I'm a wealthy young business owner.Was willing to spend 4000.00 cash today. Ill never be back.The woman that waited on my mother was as nice as she could be.Fire lori, or divorce her if shes your wife.Utterly terrible experience.More info.Rudeness I experienced but didn't mention, Lorri literally said "the OWNER has deeper pockets than you could ever hope to" for a place with such classy items, the lack of class and customer service I experienced was despicable.ADDRESS?! You took down my address before you doubled the price of the ring I was about to buy my mother for her birthday.I was so focused on the price fluctuations in less thsn 10 minutes I forgot to see the red flags?! Why do you need MY address.It's creepy.Don't come here, and DELETE MY INFORMATION VAULT!CREEPY CREEPY PLACEStill haunted the next morning from this experience..

The owner and manager were incredibly patient and friendly while I attempted to make a jewelry selection. I learned a lot while I was there and now know that I need to save up a little more to get what she'll want. I'll definitely be back.

Very neat building. The owner has kept the charm of the previous bank and incorporated it into a fantastic store! Guys, be careful bringing your wives in, I guarantee they will find a beautiful piece of new or vintage jewelry, an antique or other piece of art. This is a wonderful addition to Pocomoke City and definitely worth a visit!

The Vault has a WOW factor when you first walk in. It was so much fun exploring the place. They had many gorgeous antiques, beautiful jewelry (I bought a ring), and items from around the world. I highly recommend this this wonderful curiosity shop!
