Good place to deliver my appointment was 8AM but got in 6:30AM and they gave me a door right way and start unloading in 10 minutes and also they have overnight parking lots but no restroom 🚽 for drivers 😔but otherwise 4 starts!

It’s was one of the nice place to deliver to. Just pull in to parking lot you need to call them and when give a door then go to guard shack. Was in in and out in about 1hr

Onload fast, but paperwork after finish more than 1 hours you have to wait just give you back paperwork!!! It was so interesting that unloading 10 min paperwork 2 hours

Most of the time I have no issues delivering dry loads here. Guard shack is friendly and lumper crew is fairly quick.

Big, open. Overnight parking. You pull in the lot and call the phone number for instructions. Don't go up to the gate with out calling first or the guard will turn you around. Was a fairly quick unload.

I have worked in a warehouse for 7 plus years as an employee and management. I have been able to unload completely full 53 foot trailer BY HAND faster than this people are able to unload them ON A FORKLIFT that is unacceptable. I see you all keep putting the same response to bad reviews about problems like this which tells me that either the problem is not being addressed properly or the employees just don’t care. I pretty sure of the got paid by the work the did like, like drivers do, and not by the hour they would have a different attitude on this. To make matters worst they have Sysco truck that come in and get unloaded and leave within 30 mins. It’s pretty ironic how you all won’t drivers to be on time for an appointment and you turn around and waste all the time they have to unload one trailer.

Never have had a problem here.It usually takes at least 1 to 2 hours to get unloaded.Park first then check in with the guardhouse.Parking on the backside can get a little tight.

1st time here and had an excellent experience. Easy check in and out. Lots of room for docking. Plus over night parking which is a great bonus because there doesn't seem to be much around these parts for parking. Plenty of space to walk you dog too. Porta toilets in the parking area in the back by the tree line. Please respect the the customer and what they provide us and don't trash the area. Be grateful

Delivery appointment at 8:00Arrived at 21:00 , the night beforeParked on their gravel yard on the right side (overnight parking).At 6:00 ( when they open) I called to check in , after 7 min on hold they answered and assigned me a dock door right away . They unloaded me pretty fast . They called me to pay the lumper fee and waited for the papers a bit longer. At9 :30 I was done with everything.Overall it was a good experience! 👍

Store is clean enough and lots of items are available but the prices just aren't competitive with the local grocery stores. The commercial cookware and the frozen vegetables are the few good deals here.

Yes they have overnight parking and you'll need it because your clock will run out sitting in the door waiting to get unloaded ...I usually give 4 hours unloading time because i have a lot of breakdow but its been 6 hours and counting thats just ridiculous,,and nobody gives a danm,make sure you have refer fuel and food

Just another Sysco facility that treats truck drivers like a lower breed of animals. Obviously, lumper workers don't give 2 s***s about your time. Minimum of 3+ hrs of waiting time, no matter how much on time you show up for your appt...with no restrooms for drivers. I believe they have overnight parking and spacious backing at this facility which is the only reason why I gave them 2 ⭐️.They're probably gonna respond to this rating acting like they care..lol.If you can, just stay away.

My first time here, it was my second and last drop of the day I had the delivery appointment number but unfortunately the broker didn't confirm it, so I sat for 36 hour's trying to find a way to get empty so I can make it home for Thanksgiving. The receiving lady's were extra nice to squeeze me in without having an appointment. Bravo 👏

Sysco in Pocomoke City is under renovations, very tight to park due to many construction workers and heavy equipment around the loading docks, overnight parking is really good, park first and drivers check in starts a 5:30am

Unload was quick, FYI I had less than a pallet. Only 7 boxes of chicken.The process of getting your lumper fee processed and getting paperwork took 2:45hrs. Insane waste of Drivers time.

Horrible facility. Driver arrived 0730 for 0800 appt only to be refused entry and given a phone number to check in. Took nearly two hours for someone to answer, despite several 20+ min holds. Per lady at receiving, you shouldn't hang up ,ever, but keep holding until they answer as it's "faster" that way. Following those instructions you might be checked in within an hour. He was in a door at 11 am. They finished unloading at 1330, but he had to wait on his papers for another hour

Do not accept loads to this location if you value your time. They took over 5 hours to empty 6 pallets of toilet papers. Also charged me $307 for lumper fee which is outlandish.

Too bad I have to give them 1 star more then they deserve. I got there 31 minutes before my appointed delivery time. They backed me right into a dock door. Look like things were going good at that point. It took them over 5 & 1/2 hours to get me unloaded so I could leave.Miss my noon reload appointment time. So now I cannot get loaded till tomorrow.I lost $1,600 in revenue plus the load I was supposed to pick up tomorrow.Lowlifes do not care about other people.I hope a bunch of them get colon cancer and it takes 20 years for them to die.

They start receiving around 6a. Plenty of onsite parking. Given door immediately about 1hr to unload and another hr waiting on Lumper process and pprwrk. I guess everyone's situation is different.

My driver is still there, his appointment was at 9 am and he is still waiting to get the door. Now is 12:28 pm .So since I see the owner responding to the reviews. Maybe you can tell me when to expect him to be empty. The lady in receiving was rude and hang up on me. And since I see so many complaints about unloading, and promises that you will fix it. Apparently nothing has changed.

in 5 hours. only 2 pallets from the lower level...lamper fee $322...unfortunately...the office won't even deign to tell me how long I will be empty...the character is still transferring to the lamper service. like him, he has nothing to do with them. and with them you pay a lamper fee...toilet as in all companies that work with food...outside the company in the parking lot

Bad experience! Call to check in takes forewer! Company opens at 6 AM but emploee shows up at 9 AM to unload. Fast unloading but than epmloee going to breaks which takes 2-3 hours and you waiting to get your paperwork! No chance you gonna reach somebody on the phone! Unrisponsible, unprofessional poor customer service ! Don`t plan next load while you delivering there!

These people are responding to comments, like they care and they're willing to change something. If all drivers are saying the same thing, why don't they just change the system and be more driver friendly. I guess they just don't care. 3 hours so far, and still waiting for a door

I called their after 2 pm number first. They told me that I should call their daytime number at six am as their start time was that, while my appointment was at 5 am. Anyway, I called several times but the sound on the phone said that ‘’their working ours is 5 am to 4 pm and their office is closed at the moment’’ and nobody responded the calls. We do not know why their are not working in the office hours. After a while at the end they responded at 6.29 am.

This place is awesome! The facility is very easy to find, easy to get in, around and out of. The staff is very friendly, and unloading is quick and easy.Paying the lumper was very easy, and affordable.(I paid using a Comdata card over the phone)I checked in around 8am for a 9am appointment.Was put in a door right away, and within 10 minutes of paying the lumper fee and checking in at receiving they were unloading me.In and out in under 2 hours, not bad at all. I’ll happily continue to bring loads back here!

Attention Truckers: Weird and unusual way to check in. You call the # and get placed on hold for a very long time. Than someone pick's up and immediately places you on hold again. This happens a # of times. On the positive note the staff is courteous and backing into a dock is manageable for most of it's doors, plus there's a place to park on the premises while waiting.
