So my man buys me a dishwasher. It's on backorder for a month and then we pay for them to install it and take our old one away. They finally got here and then they just lay down the dishwasher and don't do anything yo. Not cool.

Very poor customer service. Purchased mulch and was told an employee would load the car at the designated loading zone. NO such thing, yes there was a loading zone and yes there was plenty of mulch, but no employee. Another person getting two pallets of mulch was told to report to the loading zone and an employee would load with a forklift. This customer advised us that the cashier said the employee gets off at 3:00 pm and it was 2:57 pm. So it came down to self service. Not sure how the other customer was going to get 2 pallets without a forklift or employee on his trailer. Luckily we only purchased 6 bags. My wife ended up loading them since I am temporarily disabled and couldn't help. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident, but I've never received good customer service from the Pocomoke store. Last time I loaded a ton of bricks while 3 employees stood around joking with the cashier. Not happy with this store, I guess Lowe's or Home Depot in Salisbury will get my next purchases.

We purchased over $700.of pressure treated lumber. Not one Lowe's employee offered to help load the 2 carts in the store or help load them into our truck. The cashier was nice. Otherwise we received no service.

Just wanted to add to my review called the Lowe's owner phone number and left a review with them also have never heard anything back from them and that was a week ago they also never asked for my phone number or email so that could be why. Had to pay 192.01 to get my mower back even though it wasn't working. Lost my husband two weeks after I wrote the original review. Anyway had a friend pick it up for me and stopped at his house and he said looked at it and within 15 minutes it was running boy they really looked at it well for the money it cost me. Would be nice if Lowe's contacted me at all.Went and bought a zero turn arien'sOn 6/21/22 almost 4,000.00Convince us to get extended warranty for almost 400.00 1yr later mower running fine just checked oil mower dies in the yard no smoke so sputter just stopped. Call to have fixed and all of a sudden only electrical issues covered three weeks later they say the motor is shot because of no oil be. We will never go to another Lowe's again and don't buy the extended warranty it's a scam. I know it wasn't the oil because we had just checked it less than five minutes before that. If it doesn't run after a year it's an inferior product.

"This is the nearest location from my home, so we always run for things we need at this location, we all know that you can't get everything in one place at all the time, but still we always have some confidence and expectations on this type of giant chain like Lowe's , they should put some more effective effort to reach customers expectations! and we believe they'll....F.I

I live in onancock va Eastern shore which is about an hour away from any Lowe's store. I learned to check availability, price, and call before making a trip. I noticed the Norfolk store sold asphalt patch for $18 while Pocomock was $23 and Salisbury $21 so i called Pocomock store and asked if they matched the $18 of Norfolk and I was told yes and they had the 12 bags I required. I was also told to check in at the service desk when arriving to secure price match. When I arrived the lady at the service desk said they don't match Norfolk and would not Honor my phone call conversation. As i stated Lowe's is an hour away so I requested conversation with the manager to reimburse me for gas and time. I did not have the name of the lady I talked to on the phone a couple hours earlier but evidently she was around the corner and overheard us talking, stepped forward and told the other lady she had asked Scott the manager and he said yes to the match during the phone call. The lady waiting on me insisted I was not going to get the match. Another manager approved the match and the lady waiting on me reluctantly gave me the price. As i paid with my pro card she guiltly smiled gave me my receipt. I noticed it did not have my 5% discount and questioned her, she laughed and said you don't get that because of the match discount. I walked away disgusted with her attitude. After loading the patch, I thought about it some more and went back to the same lady, told her it was wrong I should get the 5% explaining first they matched thier own store, its not like I matched a competitor, 2nd I have bought sale items or discounted items before and the 5% still applied, the 5% was because I used the Lowe's card. She again refused to budge as she stood there gitty. I asked for a manager, one came over, I believe he heard the conversation because he immediately started the process of getting me the 5% credit, he barely spoke as he was applying the credit mostly because the other lady was badgering him that I should not get the credit or the match. He finally walked to another computer away from her to finish the process.I realize Lowe's can't match every store and at the end I received the correct pricing but when I make a mistake I own up.The last manager told me there are changes made in the computer system and its hard to keep up with all of them. He told me they don't match Norfolk and I was mistakenly told they do, yet Salisbury Lowe's was cheaper too, of which he was surprised.This incident just makes me disappointed in Pocomock mainly the lady who just insisted on not doing what was right and laughing about itThe sign said Customer Service!!

Beware of Lowes so called warranty, I have a friend who bought a new zeroturn mower and while using it one day the mower just shut down and engine wouldn't turn over so they called Lowes and had it picked up back in October. Lowes told them it was going to need a new engine around $2500 that wasn't covered under warranty because they ran it out of oil. Oil was full when it was picked up by Lowes. So I went and picked it up, put oil back in it since Lowes must have drained it, and had it running in less than 15 minutes. There was Not a thing wrong with the engine. What I did find was a large stick stuck in the drive belt that had locked everything up. Now if their so-called mechanic would have looked a little harder, they would have seen the problem 3 months ago and not have a very pissed off customer who would never do business with Lowes again.

Purchased Kobalt Quiet Tech compressor that is advertised as quieter than most its size. It is. Worked right out of the box. No leaks of any kind. Putting it to the test with a number of projects my smaller compressor couldn't handle. Quiet tech started to leak around the pressure gauges. Called warranty folks and they recommended returning compressor for another one since replacement parts were hard to get due to Covid19 restrictions etc. Night unit back to Lowe's and picked up another unit.

I recently had a big problem with a major appliance order and I was so upset about it and felt strongly that Lowe's needed to make it right. Thankfully I got in touch with Tracy Mason the Assistant Manager who listened to me, took action and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to her Lowe's made it right! I really appreciate her excellent customer service.

Love going to Lowe's just wish there were more associates to help in each department or at least cross trained to help you when you have a question or looking for something. You have to walk around forever to find a floor associate to assist you. Paint counter associate was very knowledgeable. He was polite as well. We bought a dryer and were impressed it will be delivered the next day.

Customer service is abysmal. Can't even put in a phone number. Then tells Customer to go to Customer service to have them fix the issue. Reported to a "manager " who couldn't have cared less. Go to Tractor Supply. This particular Lowes has incompetent employees who response is to inconvenience customer. Retrain or release the incompetent ones. Clean up this store. Terrible experienceFollow up from July 14 @ 1130.This Lowes is definitely consistent. Can't get a military discount applied - again! Asks for all information AGAIN. Left in disgust without purchasing items and went to Tractor Supply. I will send a note to Regional/Corporate offices. This Lowes is without a doubt the worst in my over 35 years of doing business. Revamp from top to bottom. Avoid until resolved.

Every employee there is rude & needs to be fired or re-trained. The lady in paint, the guy who helps with appliances mgr of millwork. The elderly lady in checkout. All rude & doesn’t appreciate customers money. I’m not window shopping. I was prepared to spend 3k on a stove & refrigerator as well as other items. Won’t be coming back. Came home to a bad well pressure switch. Ran to Lowe's. In and out in 20 min. Ended up with a small ac for a warm hallway. Staff very helpful with finding what I needed.

Steven was super helpful! We have been working on a flower bed yard project and have made multiple lowes trips. Every time steven was there ready to assist with a smile on his face! He even loaded our pallets with the forklift very smoothly and effectively! Highly recommend this lowes awesome and helpful staff

I am so disappointed with this Lowe's I brought 25 bags of mulch over the phone then called back against my better judgement and paid $79.00 to have them delivered with instructions for the driver to place the order in the back of the house, so what did they do but drop a pallet of mulch in the center of my yard. I have called several times today to have them come move this but one came, I spoke to a Kevin Batten who keep me on the phone over 1/2 hour never coming back to the phone only when I called back he rudely told me someone would be here today which didn't happen. I called back again and have waited the rest of the day for a call back from the assistant manager this also never happened and the pallet is still sitting in the middle of my yard at 11:51pm and I called this morning at 7:30am. What a disgrace that this store is allowed to take your money and not provide the service you pay for.NEVER AGAIN. You should think twice before trusting Lowe's to do the right thing and provide good customer service.🤬😡😠

Place an order for deck wood and drywall, driver was very nice and was not his fault but they sent the wrong size drywall. They rescheduled to come out the following day waited around all day never showed got a text saying saying they would be here the next day still no show. I would suggest that everyone should go to Home Depot they would never treat you this way they don’t know what they’re doing no one can give you a straight answer the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been in in my whole life, and good luck talking to a manager they’re never there. I’m going to try to call corporate and see if that gets me anymore because this is just unacceptable.

Whoever runs their delivery department should be fired. We have used them for 3 years now building a house and not ONCE have they gotten a delivery right. Not ONCE have they delivered at the time and date they were supposed to. They've delivered $5,000 worth of weather sensitive material (insulation, lights, lauan) in the rain, an hour before the delivery window, to a house we don't even live at yet. All of it was ruined and moldy. They will not call you before delivery, they will not change a delivery date in their system when they confirmed they have. The incompetence has set us back months, having to wait for materials when they deliver them ruined and unusable, especially while we are having supply chain issues.

I went there to purchase carpeting and appliances! The carpeting associate was very accommodating and helpful! I then went to the appliance section I encountered a very nice make associate who asked if I needed help, which I did not because I was just looking at me options. So I came across a scratch and dent and asked another associate who approached me if they would be willing to take $200 off. She in turn asked another employee who approached us and this female had an immediate attitude. She acted as if I were not deserving or could not afford this certain type of fridge, which was almost funny. So She said that the manager would not take any more money off and I told her that she did not know unless she called him, which she acted as if she did not want to do. Finally she called him, and the make associate approached me again about dive discounted stainless steel fridges that were on sale, so my husband went with him and I stayed there and listened to the conversation that the female associate with the attitude had with the manager. Bottom line, he left it up to her. When she hung up the phone with him she began to lie to me about the things that the manager said but I heard the entire conversation, that's how loud the conversation was. I told her today she was lying, not to say anything to me and that I didn't want to do business with her! I then found my husband and make associate, and long story short, we ended up buying 2 stainless steel refrigerators, a deep freezer, and our carpeting for the price of the one fridge, and I might add, they were better! I also found out that that female associate did not when work in the appliance department!!!!!. She did hang around, however, to see what we brought!!!! People often look at your color and assume things and they never know who they are dealing with. But, we were very happy with the male associate who assisted us, as well as our purchase!

They don't have absolutely everything but it is a well stocked store. The Sales associates are very willing to help find what you are looking for.They are also very pet friendly which really helps me train my therapy dog.Really glad they are in my community.
