We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners recently. We did experience a problem with one of the chairs. The staff were very understanding. They sent a truck with 2 very kind employees to pick up the chair. They took it back to the store, fixed the problem, and brought it back the next day. All the employees there are great and care about their customers. Great customer service.

Purchased several major appliances in October 2022. The Refrigerator has been nothing but headaches since we got it. Over 5 service calls on the same issue. My wife called this morning to speak to a store representative about get us help and service documents. Never have I heard so much negative comments. One of the most unprofessional non customer service experiences ever!

We always find what we are looking for. We've bought from them many times and never had a problem. This trip we got a new pub table that I actually saw online but wasn't sure it they had it in the store which they did and I love it so much!!!! Also got matching night stands to replace the antique marble tops we were using and I'm extremely happy with the new night stands.

Stopped in to look for 2 reclining loveseat seats. Karly helped us and we happily purchased two lazy Boy seats. Karly was able to have them delivered the same day. Great service!!!! The delivery arrived early afternoon and they removed the existing furniture. We are very satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend working with the H&H team. Great customer service Karly!!!

My dryer stopped working. I was told I could get a replacement part at H&H and the staff was so friendly. I got the part and was on my way. I thought I fixed my dryer but it still didn't work. I went back the next day, literally like 8 minutes before they closed. Still, they were friendly and helpful. I felt so bad I know they wanted to go home, but I need my dryer. The guy in the appliance department listened to my dilemma and started to draw me a diagram on how to fix what I had did wrong. I did exactly what he told me and my dryer works now! So grateful. I'm in the market for a new sofa and will definitely be back to shop with them! An amazing group of people. Thank you!!

Had an emergency need for a garage refrigerator. Called H and H at 10:00 AM on a Saturday, bought a new one over the phone and 2 hrs later it was delivered and installed. Have had similar great service from them in the past. They will always be our first choice.

Not many details to share ,when u try to look up information about furniture AND PRICES the option I see (call for price )Now why would I want to do oof I was just looking for a price MYSELF! Online,it’s an instant turn off for me and I will never spend my money at a shop that can create a website but will purposefully exwall pricing .

We love H&H for the home town personal care we receive every time we go in. The friendly knowledgeable staff has helped us get a replacement washer in under 2 hours and get our recliner fixed under warranty. We will continue shopping at H&H especially when we upgrade our living room suit.

Most helpful staff, nice selection of furnishings and good layout of store items. Sales personnel will also seek out any specialty items that are not in stock and do their best to accommodate individual styles and taste. Delivery folks also work very hard to properly place new furniture in home and go the extra effort to make sure customer is satisfied.

I visited this store for the first time last week. What a wonderful shopping experience , I was able to walk around the store and shop without anyone bothering me. I purchased three rooms of furniture that day and it was delivered on Friday. What a wonderful group of people nice and friendly. This will be the only store I will shop at moving forward!!!
