I called today to order dinner for myself and my kids, and a young lady very RUDELY answered the phone and snapped, "Dominoes pizza were closed for the night!" And slam hung the phone up IMMEDIATELY. it's only 7:46pm. So as a loyal customer of theirs I feel that the girl , the tone, and just slam hanging up in my ear was VERY rude. Without even an explanation! Definitely going to avoid calling them from now on.

update - the owner called me to make this experience right. The food was much better this time around. We will continue to try them again in the hopes that the fganges hes made are working.This is the worst Dominos I have ever dealt with. I ordered and paid online. Jumped in the shower and then went to get my food. They said they called me cuz they ran out of peppers and onions. I had heard the message, but it didn't say to call or my order would be canceled. 6 Pizzas, garlic knots and tots, all paid for for a birthday party. They then lied to me saying the computer lost my order, but it would be ready in 15 minutes, after I already had waited 45. The food I got was awful. Never again

Every time I order delivery it’s never right, I ordered chicken ceaser salad with ceaser dressing, I get ranch. I order wings and the entire box itself is covered in sauce. Pizza is usually over done or under cooked. Always missing sauces I paid extra for. The app itself almost always tells me either they aren’t doing delivery or that my order is too much to pay in cash, so I almost never get to get delivery anyway. Now tonight I go to order online and get an error message, I tried again and it said the same and gave the stores number. So I call and of course like always, nobody answered. So tired of this towns poor choices in delivery service restaurants and restaurants PERIOD. Sad and pitiful.

I just stop by there at eleven o'clock today was told They do not open until twelve o'clock. I live on Tangier and have to catch a boat home at that time. The store hours say 10:30, the paddle was flipped and said open and online it days they are open. I've been there at 11:00 before and had a great experience.Yet I was denied service. Not happy and won't be back.

Great food & People however sometimes under staffed & they do make mistakes at time’s However the mistakes are a blessing at time’s because you get something different that you may not have never tried. Now for my biggest gripe is they have no dam prices on anything and that SUCKS ! If it is NOT FREE then don’t be scared to put your prices on thing’s so people that are on a budget knows what they can afford !

Fast and easy with great prices !!! And food was hot and great as always. Staff there is amazing.Vegetarian options: Choose the the toppings you want. I got mushrooms green peppers and onions. They also have plenty more to choose from.

One of the worst dominoes I’ve ever been too. They always seem to close early, the staff are extremely ignorant, the location is very shady & they always make the pizza terribly. They never cut it right, they barely put any sauce at all, way to much cheese, just a lack of effort entirely. They close early even though online they have a completely different time in which they claim they close. I will go out of my way to recommend everyone to go to another Dominoes. They purposely ignore your phone calls even though staff are in the store right next to the phone. The only way I would ever go back to Pocomoke Dominoes is if ALL of the current staff are fired and replaced with people who know how to make pizza and work efficiently instead of slacking and not knowing how to do their job.I highly recommend the Salisbury Dominoes. It’s an hour drive for me but I would rather drive an hour then to drive 10 minutes to the Pocomoke Dominoes. The Salisbury Dominoes staff are very friendly, they know how to stay open & they actually know how to make pizza correctly.Pocomoke Dominoes is terrible. Never going there again.

Little light handed on our toppings. We ordered lg pepperoni, mushroom and onion. Hardly any mushrooms. Also got tater tots with bacon/ranch. Tots were mushy. Wasn't pleased...but in a good note friendly staff and the thin crust was perfect. Should have took pictures but didn't. We live about 25 minutes from Pocomoke.

This Dominos is the best in Maryland. Their pizzas are amazing as well as the rest of their food. Service is impeccable considering it’s a small town surrounded by farm land. They are the only restaurant in Pocomoke that stays open until 10 pm when Every restaurant including McDonalds and Taco Bell close at 9 pm. Thank you Pocomoke Dominos for doing a Stellar job and keeping your community fed after everyone else shuts down

We’ve had issues the last 3 times we’ve ordered delivery. First they delivered to the wrong house. They had to remake our pizza and we got it an hour late. The next time they delivered it but the order wasn’t right. This time we had our pizza scheduled to be delivered at 7:30 and didn’t get it until an hour later after we had to call in to see where it was. When we finally got the order there were things missing. We used to never have issues but we will definitely not be ordering from here for a long time.

I ordered a cheeseburger pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The person who took my order was so sweet too! I went to pick it up and everyone there was very polite and upbeat. Thanks y'all! And this was when they were busy as well, still lovely to talk to and good pizza going out!

Apparently, Buffalo chicken pizza is the the most difficult culinary invention to prepare.. well...at least for THIS Dominos. Now, being as where this is the only Domino's on Delmarva that doesn't even offer one at all now. I guess they decided to throw in the towel. It never seemed to occur to them that Buffalo Chicken Pizza traditionally includes.. ahem...ready for it?... BUFFALO SAUCE!!!!!They also routinely forget other things too.. like when someone wants a side of ranch..or some other dipping sauce.Oh.. this is on days when they don't forget their own hours of operation. They've been known to answer the phone, just to tell potential customers that they are closed. This happened to us once and apparently other customers as well.Don't waste your money here. There are many other place to get pizza in the area, where they actually know how to make their own procuct.

Very unprofessional people working here ..... I waited over 20 mins for my online order of cinnamon twists I requested to have additional cinnamon and sugar put on it , I was told to wait an additional 5 mins for them to do this after I had done called the store immediately after placing my order . I get home after waiting all that time and they had very little of anything on them it was mostly straight bread..... Completely a waste of my money .....

Not sure of it's because of shorthandedness right now, but last two times has been disgusting. One pizza had crust not done on center...live too far out of town to take it back.Tonight had worker on phone completely rude, after being on hold for about 4 minutes. Then tried to charge $20+ for a pepperoni large which usually costs $8 and said "well you didn't ask for the coupon". Have completely lost my business.

I called Domino's around 8 p.m.to order but got no answer, so I drove over and arrived at approximately 8:15. The lighted open sign in the window was on and the printed sign stated that they were open until 10:00 p.m.; however, the door was locked. How disappointing! Maybe they have gone out of business I thought. Oh well, I guess I'll find another place to eat tonight. Hey Domino's, if you are still in business and you're not going to abide by the hours posted on your door, change the sign.

My orders have always been correct. The one time I got a pizza that wasn't completely to my satisfaction, they immediately remade it and delivered for free. The people are always nice, my food is hot and I never have to wait long for my order. Best Domino's I have ever dealt with!

hangs up on you during calls; doesn't honor coupons if you call (and they don't hang up); shuts off app so you cannot order/use your loyalty points; gets the order accurate 60% of the time. but you get a "thank you" sticker on the box."

I ate three slices of dominos pepperoni pizza. I then made proceeded to have the runs. This has happened twice now from this Pocomoke dominos. The pizza tasted fairly good, but boy oh boy it doesn’t come out right through the back end💦

Always good service and quick turnaround . Dude we had this delivery guy named Jason, and you'll never guess what he did....we jokingly wrote "Bring us milk" on comments. Guess what happened.Jason stopped at Family Dollar, picked up the milk (he even got the right 2% milk). Give this man a raise, people like this are rare.

Friday March 4th closed when I arrived at 8pm. Hours posted on store door and website state 10pm. People were inside but the front lights were off and they politely came to the door and said they were closed early and did not give a reason. The disappointment was immeasurable. Going to be a long time before I come back.

This dominos is a wonderful addition to our community and we are so lucky to have such a nice establishment. Food is always good, if there is a problem they make it right, its clean, and people are friendly. Owner gives back to the community generously. Franchise or not I always get my pizza from THIS Dominos because I want to support my local businesses! Thank you!!!
