I don't know what they even do at this pharmacy? I can never get my refills....tech indicates refill has been submitted. Then I wait three days and hear nothing. Call back and I'm told same thing, it's been ordered ma'am. But after three weeks of my monthly med I'm now in next month. And it's like this EVERY TIME. I think my 5 yo could do better. It's terrible. They are not helpful and just say what they want to get you put of their face. Pharmacist needs to be better at this location. Whoever it is IS TERRIBLE. He/she needs to be better. This pharmacy is embarrassing.

I wish I could give 0 star. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had to send my brother to pick up my medication as I wasn’t feeling good. They told me I had to pay $70 for one of my meds. I asked my brother what the med’s name was. Since he was picking up 3 meds, he wasnt sure which was the one costing $70. When he came back home, I looked at my meds and saw that it was for Clindamycin but I was told by my doc not to use it. So I hurried up and went to return the med. I understand it was 7:50pm when I reached there. There were two registers open.When the customer in one register left, i went there. The lady working in the front made her face, closed the other register and told me they were only opening one register , and brought the lady in the other register where i was standing. I waited. When my turn came it was 7:56pm. I told them I was there to return my med. She said , “Right on time.” She had her little bag in and was ready to leave. Then she asked me if I had a receipt. Unfortunately I forgot the receipt at home. She told me she knew that my brother just got them 5 mins ago. I asked them if a picture would work, they said i have to have a physical receipt. Then I said her if I can come back tomorrow but she told me I had to return it the same day. I requested her if I can go home and come back as I only live 3 mins away but she said they were closing. Basically she told me she cant help me at all. She cant work with a picture, she doesnt want to stay 2 mins more after her shift and I cant even return it the next day as she told me it has to be within the same day. What makes me sad is as a healthcare worker you wouldnt even want to stay 2 mins late to help a patient, and the faces you make because you are there 5 mins before the closing doesnt help anyone. I think that our job , as a healthcare worker, is to help someone passionately no matter what their race, timing or complications are. I really think this pharmacy needs a better pharm technician to deal with customers.

The Kingsford lighter fluid was on clearance for $3.99 since the fall of 2023. On February 3, I wanted to buy 6 of them but was told no I could get only one because the price was incorrect in the system. So I ask the manager outright that you are not going to honor the price that on the shelf? She said yes, I am not going to honor that price because it is a seasonal item. The same clearance rack had sunscreen on sale, which by the logic shouldn't be on sale, but it is as well. She and the sale associates began to blame Walgreens headquarters that don't tell them when clearance prices changed. It does not matter! The customer sees the price on the shelf and is not getting what is advertised!! This manager at Walgreens at 1510 Reisterstown Road is VERY dishonest and is misleading the public on what is being advertised. Then she says ok, I give you one for $3.99 but not 6. That's ridiculous because all of them are $3.99 AS ADVERTISED!! Be very careful about going to this Walgreens.UPDATE: I called Walgreens HQ, who forward my complaint to the store. The assistant manager on duty today, 2/6, called me and resolved my complaint. Thank you!

Horrible. Sent me out 4 times. Kept my diabetic mother fresh from the hospital 4 hours back and forth waiting for prescription. These people are unsmart, unprofessional and uncaring.Do not go! Please!

This my first time getting my prescription send to this location because it was closer if I had known this would’ve took this long to get my prescription I would’ve stayed at my previous location that a little farther but at least it was worth the ride First time I call and was on the hold for 37 min.no one pick up So I drove to the location and I was the second person in line Lordy I stood in line for 27 min. Until another worker came out and waited on me I wish I could give less then one star Praying for professional service come back

I wish I could give this walgreens 0 stars.I called about getting my photo taken for my passport. 10 minutes later, I come in and was told they cannot take my photo for another hour (however, turns out the photographer wouldn't be there for 2 hours - glad I didn't stay). When I asked if I could just take my own and print them, I was told yes. So, I took my own photo and tried to print at the instore kiosk but did not have the correct 2x2 size available. After talking to another 2 employees, I was sassily told they were unable to print my passport photo even if I take it.Glaring miscommunication, unapproachable/rude staff. Do better.

DO NOT PLACE DELIVERY ORDER!!! You may never get your items and you'll spend countless hours trying to get your money back. Walgreens will blame Door Dash; and you'll go in circles. Door Dash will make excuses. Save time and money and go pick up your items! I never received my items and now trying to get my money back.

RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS PHARMACY !!! This place is horrible. I have never dealt with a pharmacy more incompetent than this one. I have no idea who hired this staff and said they were qualified to run a pharmacy. They are slow filling prescriptions and then your medicine is never ready when they tell you it is. Everyone who works in this pharmacy should be fired including the so called Pharmacist!!!!! They are rude and totally unprofessional!! I should not say everyone Jarrett is awesome!!!!! He is the only one that works there that is polite and really smart.

The pharmacy never answers their phones. This is the second time I have had a script sent into this pharmacy and it takes 7+ hours to be filled. I had to reach out to their front end customer service, who then has to pass me onto the pharmacy. When the man in the pharmacy picked up, he was extremely rude, told me my stuff would be ready in 30 minutes, and then hung up the phone without a response from me. Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy.

We had a very difficult time finding medication for our daughter at our normal store and there was a lot of hoops to jump through and the Pikesville store came through for us. The pharmacist on staff at the time was absolutely fantastic and I can't be more grateful for how professional and kind she was.

The store is weird. Usually walgreens are well kept with friendly over achieving employees. Certainly not the case here. They cant sell cigarettes which doesn't bother me but its weird they have a wall of cigarettes but signs saying they cant sell. I did a photo order and got an email that it was cancelled. No reason why. Just cancelled. and walgreens did not save all the resizing i did on 98 photos so i will have to start all over again. Garbage

Ask for help from a Pharmacy Tech Absolutely no one in line just told the product was a few isles down on the left hand side she was doing something on the computer act as though I was disturbing her. To top it off finally found my items and went to pay for them the cashier was very serious and not speak nor after paying for everything did not say a word. This is validated because the lady before said "have a good one" same cashier no response. This is what they are hiring these days!

I called the Walgreens that I usually go to to refill my prescription, this is the second time they didn’t have it so I called the Pikesville location and a woman named Anscia answered the phone in the pharmacy who was so helpful Omg! I didn’t know nor have I ever experienced anyone at the pharmacy offer to check the other stores for me, refill it for me & cancel my prescription with the pharmacy that didn’t have it! Wow I didn’t know Walgreens had it in them until today, I was about to change pharmacies but Anscia made me stay! Great customer service!!!

The store itself is fine! But people that work there (cash register) is a different story! LolI walked up to the cash register to pay, and the girl was on FaceTime with someone (having conversation) I sad "Hello! How are you" no reply!! Really?? How professional is this to talk to someone ON THE SPEAKER PHONE while working with customers??I don't need to listen to your personal conversation!!

Took an hour and 20 minutes to answer a phone call for a prescription refill. When the person did answer the phone they acted as if they would rather be somewhere else and rush to get off the phone. Then managed to mess up the prescription itself.

I would give Walgreens (Pikesville, MD) 3 stars but I have been on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 mins. I am still on hold for the pharmacy as I am typing this. I am very aware of the challenges that COVID-19 has presented and I would like to see Walgreens be a little more proactive in assisting their customer (more than one pharmacy tech on duty).I am person in my mid-30s and have the time to wait on hold, however, if this was the level of service my grandparents/senior citizens received, I would be completely outraged.I called from a different telephone line and spoke with the Store Manager. She was very polite and indicated that there are issues with their telephone systems. I am pleased that Justine was able to address my concerns.Walgreens, please do better. Your customers appreciate you and you should appreciate them.

We went for a passport photo and checked online before, it said the photo area was open until 10pm. Got there at 8:55pm and after 10 minutes waiting finally someone asked us what we needed. She said the photo area is closed, is open until 9pm. So we said ok but we have been here 10 minutes waiting, she said then the person in charge of the photos left already.Seems to be a big disconnect between the website and the store hours. Staff could’ve been nicer

Here I was, just had some minor oral surgery. I needed four prescriptions: a steroid to start taking within the hour, prescription strength ib profin, a z pack antibiotic and chloresepic spray. My dental office called the pharmacy in advance to start the time sensitive process.I arrive at the pharmacy. First girl, completely incompetent, doesn't seem to know what she's doing, not sure why she even works there. Passes me to the second girl, she takes the prescriptions asks if I want to wait or come back, I need them now so wait, she says thirty minutes. Ok, great, still enough time and I can get home and take them and start icing before the local anesthetic wears off.Ten minutes of waiting, get called up to go over my insurance. She can't seem to figure out the plan id. Calls the wrong number, goes through the whole phone tree. I find the right number for her, now she's able to get what she needs. Ok, go back and sit down.One hour later, I go up to find out what is going on now that I'm way behind in my prescribed care directions. First girl goes back and he 'just finished' putting it together. I ask for a receipt to submit to my HSA. Girl stares at me like I have three heads. Ten minutes later, after multiple printer reboots and getting the other girl, finally get a receipt.Only go here if you don't actually care about your health and well being.

Absolutely the slowest most inconvenient pharmacy on Reisterstown Road, and that’s saying a lot. Medication is never ready when they tell you to pick it up by, and they close the whole thing down in the middle of the day. They are all about the profit not the patient. Disgusting to make someone with a knee replacement wait for their medications 4 hours after they said it would be ready. I wish I could give 0 stars

Today I went into Walgreens to pick up my FedEx package. I had to use the restroom and it was extremely filthy. Here its COVID-19 and they claim to be providing cleaning at night and during the day on the website. Evidently the stores aren't participating with what the website says.

I would not recommend to come at this store anyone. Here you will fined no professionals who won't be able to help or assist in any manner. I ordered the photos online to print from this store using my Walgreens account. When I got here they told me they can't print photos from the web. I finally (no one recommended this) using my own idea tryed to login to my account through photo-kiosk and ordered the print again. After all half of fotos are cuted and looks ugly! Thank you guys, never cone back again and tell all my friends to try something else but not your service!

Terrible service! I have used them for years. Over the last 2 years the service has gone down and the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. In addition to their rudeness, they are bad at their job. I have been given the wrong prescription numerous times.
