I just started visiting Trader Joe's and I'm absolutely in love. Not just with the food but with the customer service. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I was there recently and saw that they were seemingly out of honey walnut shrimp, but it looked like they were restocking certain items. I asked an employee if they had any available and not only did she go check in the back but she came out with the items that I was looking for. Just going above and beyond in terms of customer service. The food is fantastic. I have enjoyed several of their frozen foods that you then make it home. Everything has been delicious and high quality. It is on the smaller side, so you probably will need to substitute with another grocery store. But overall excellent especially if you're someone who cooks a lot.

This Trader Joe’s does what we expect a Trader Joe’s to do - have a wonderful variety of rotating seasonal items, lots of frozen goodies, and a smaller section of basics. The layout is similar to others I’ve been to and the service was truly top notch. Had some great banter with multiple employees which made the experience that much more pleasant. If you want to knock everything off your grocery list Trader Joe’s is rarely the place but if you want to get most of what you need and then buy a bunch of fun and ridiculous seasonal items, Trader Joe’s has you covered.

Trader Joe’s is a must for stocking the pantry and frig with delicious and handy treats to make an appetizer at a moment’s notice, a unique salad, a homemade pizza, and tasty chocolate bites!

I can't knock the store because of their parking lot but dealing with the chaos in that parking lot my opinion is the worst part of going. The lot and having to get on Reisterstown Road. So I try...which doesn't always happen to go during off peak hours but at Trader Joe's there are seemingly no off peak hours. Again not the store's fault. That's just me and my quirks.The prices and produce quality are always better than most of the groceries stores around the way. Lots of vegan options. Staff is always friendly.

I've had some unpleasant experiences at this location, primarily due to the demeanor of one of the employees, Abbie. Her overbearing and insufferable attitude made my visits here quite uncomfortable. In fact, I dread encountering her so much that I've started avoiding this location altogether. It's disappointing that someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to interact with customers. Hopefully, management takes action to address this issue and improve the overall experience for patrons.

I'm new to shopping at Trader Joe's. I've been to two locations, and both locations had helpful staff. I was very impressed. They walk with you to help find what u needed.

I usually like this location however on 7/27 I bought a box of southwest style chicken quesadillas. I made one and soon found out that there’s ZERO chicken in it. The inside doesn’t even look like the front of the box

Weird, I left the steak house craving something sweet but not cake sweet. Been wanting to go to trader Joe's for my favorite granola, peanut butter protein granola. I really wanted something coconut... I couldn't find anything. Seriously! I asked up front and (I hate doing this but I didn't catch his name) the young man... We'll call him said he knew of one thing and it was chocolate and coconut covered almonds. You can taste all three but what I like is the chocolate is not over powering. I am not a big chocolate person. The wafer cookie that I picked up before I found the coconut was so good. I am either a coconut or a peanut butter and I would much rather have them without chocolate but if I have toooo.

The best grocery store! Not just regular supermarket.Here i can find absolutely everything: fresh vegetables and fruits, freshly baked bread and healthy food. I drink tea and at this store I found huge selection of teas and sweets)Always nice,always clean,always good service👌

This trader joes has the best staff! I received help from an employee named Julia and she made me feel so welcome especially since she spoke both English and Spanish. They also have a wide variety of cultural dishes and ingredients!

My favorite grocery store. I love variety of cheeses and frozen veggies. They used to have tres leche cake which unfortunately is no longer available. If you have a sweet tooth I recommend to try their chocolate. Service is fast

Trader Joe's continues to be one of the best places to shop, especially with the inflation factor. Great prices, good quality and fast,friendly service throughout the store and at the checkout counter. I like talking with Michael for good advice on products and the fact that we both enjoy bird watching. I am there at least once a week and always happy with a good deal!

I’m almost 60 yrs old and visited this place after my son bought me some frozen dinners. I had never known they sell this variety of foods. I’m up to date on many things but assumed this place sold only vegan food and camping equipment🤣🤣

I hate to compare TJ’s locations, but overall, because of parking, patrons, and popularity, I think Pikesvile TJ’s is the best Baltimore area location.Parking. Ah yes, the age old issue that plagues all TJ’s. This location has a couple bottlenecks, but overall there is plenty of space, especially if you have legs that work and don’t mind walking.Patrons. This location does skew a tad older, but everyone is overall very nice. They mostly want to get their stuff and get out.Popularity. We all root for the underdog, right? This location clearly doesn’t have as many people going to it, which is my biggest reason for going here. Today I was there doing some last-minute holiday shopping, and it was a breeze. One mom did try to put her stuff in my cart, but she quickly realized that I was not her daughter.All in all, this is all I ask out of any store- ease and convenience. Pikesville TJ’s- you’re my #1.
