I love about 35 minutes away from the dispensary. I just LOVE this place!! Definitely worth the drive for me. The staff is always welcoming and polite. Luis especially has a great sense of humor and wonderful attitude with customers. Thank you for a great experience. I'll keep coming back.

I really enjoy this dispensary! I’ve been here quite a few times and never have any complaints. With that being said, if you’re going to make rules such as requiring pre orders after a certain time, you really need to put that on your website (somewhere besides your check in desk) so people don’t drive out of their way to get product and be met with that inconvenience. Jumping through hoops to quickly put together a pre order because it wasn’t evident this rule existed was beyond inconvenient after I spent most of my day sitting in the hospital.

The staff is nice. But, I have been sold defective vapes from there twice. And since their return policy is practically overnight I wasted a significant amount of money on a products that I got very little use from. I would NOT recommend purchasing disposable vapes, they are NOT worth the money you will spend.

I had a wonderful experience. My wait time was less than 5 minutes..my budtender was DeShawn he was such a pleasure to meet. He was helpful and very kind. Just thought he deserved a little shout out. I will definitely be back.

Employees do not answer the phone when they ask you to call back for delivery.It takes about 10 times for them to answer and to leave a voicemail if they dont pick up, they’ll claim they listen to them to access your needs. When I finally reached someone, I asked if they listen to them to help the customer, which she said they do, but she didnt and I had to repeat myself about my issue. When I was redirected, I was on hold but ended up hearing a female and male employee messing around talking about 420 instead of helping me. When I told them I could hear them they immediately put my on hold again. Eventually someone answered and was willing to help.But the delivery system needs to change. I placed my order for delivery and have to spend usually a half hour to an hour to get in contact with someone and if it isn’t before noon or when the first driver leaves, you dont even get your order or incredibly late around 4-5 pm when requesting the 12 pm drop off. I am doing everything I can to get your services and products on time but a lot of the employees do not feel the same. I called back the delivery driver and texted him, receiving nothing. Then calling the business number numerous times to only end up ignored until Ozzy picked up, who was willing to help and knows me.Customer service is lacking from negligent workers and it is exhausting to try to do delivery.They also claim oz’s are $140 so I’m expecting 25% off for the $160 oz but they claim it’s final. Even though it does not say that on the flyer and is illiterate. Unfair to consumers and I’m glad I’m not the only one as it is in other reviews too.Update: it is now noon and I didnt get a call back for my delivery order when I was told I would. I placed my delivery order last night too.

I was a bit disappointed because it said 25% off all flower, except Oz that cost 140.00. I got a Oz that cost 160.00. They wouldn't take the 25% off. It was my 1st visit there and most likely my last. They use my 1st visit card with 25% off on my one edible. Wow, I got 10.00 off my whole order. I can go to Health for Life, get 25% off everything including all oz's no matter of the cost. Plus 1st visit spend over 200.00 get 50.00 for 4 times visit at this facility. That for all medical Marijuana card holders. I be going where I can get all my discounts since I am medical.

Was so excited to see a local dispensary up and running quickly. However, my experience was anything but exciting. Upon entering the facility the staff was very welcoming and friendly and even mentioned we could review the menu together but make separate transactions in the Product room.My name was called by a shorter, older, bald man so myself, husband and friend stood to go into the Product room. Once the three of us stood, we were IMMEDIATLY met with hostility and disrespect aggressively stating how we will not be able to go into the Product room together even if we were to make separate transactions. We were even in the Product room and saw other groups doing exactly what we wanted to do - LEARN TOGETHER.I immediately left feeling DISRESPECTED.The living room owner, if this is not the culture you intend on presenting to the public, please talk to the bald, male employee working on July 8th at 4:30PM.If you're a new-comer, I highly recommend you go to a facility who will treat you with respect and make you feel valued.

Eddie helped me through my entire experience and went above and beyond to make my delivery meet the requirements and necessary items so I could get my delivery.My delivery driver Dee was polite and professional.This is my first time ever receiving a delivery, and I'm overjoyed I have chosen The living room.And remember, always tip your Budtender!

Literally the worst experience I have had at a dispensary. EVER! After having checked my ID and ask to wait in the waiting room. I sat they for 45 minutes watching countless people who showed up well after my arrival be called in. It was getting a bit ridiculous. It got to the point where employees were asking me my name because the room had filled up…emptied…filled up… and emptied while I am the only one sitting there. Finally after 4 people asked me my name was I then called to the back. Never going back again. Much better options in Baltimore than “The Living Room”… More like “THE WAITING ROOM”…

I get my items delivered since I no longer drive. Don't forget to TIP your delivery person. TLR team is excellent with organizing & setting up the delivery experience on line. You can also call them to ask questions about the products or delivery. I'd like to see Their website add more information about their specific strains. I have to research the benefits of each elsewhere to make an informed decision as to what strains will help my severe pain, fatigue & sleep issues. It often takes 5+ hours. I can never get the same strain twice if I wait 2 months + between orders. There are hundreds of strains out there for just about every condition & everyday new ones come out. Guess it's impossible to keep all in stock in 1 location. I do recommend TLR. I also recommend weighing your flower.

My man Eddie in delivery is the man! He always helps me get whatever I need situated! Due to my disability it's hard for me to get up there and sometimes I can't find what I need on the site. When I call though Eddie will always go over my points and any money saving options not on the site I might benefit from. In a world where veterans needs are constantly overlooked its nice to know there's some businesses that still care! Thanks guys!

Came here to grab a couple of clones. Caught a 20% off sale but the budtender failed to apply a first time customer discount of $25, knowing that it was my first time there. On top of that, I specifically asked for one sativa dominant and one indica dominant but was given both sativa with one mistakenly indentified to me as an indica. A little bummed but the service was quick and the fact that I could buy them to begin with made the hour trip worthwhile. I'd go up there again, now knowing what to expect as far as communication and strain knowledge.

Mixed feelings about this place.I have been greeted with kindness that disappeared once I entered the product room.I should not be made to feel as if I am inconveniencing an employee with my purchase.The 1st time Med patient card they give you is a joke,sates $10 off total purchase but for Med patients everything is already 20% off so the card is a waste of paper as they tell you it can not be used on sale items. If everything is always 20% off for Med patients then it is not a sale and is their normal price.Just seems like a gimmick and the attitude given when you use the card leaves a bad taste in your mouth.Reconsidering return trips

A wonderful family owned dispensary that is small but mightily. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Anna Sailor was a complete gem to greet me and check me in. This is the only dispensary in Maryland that I am aware of that only sells Maryland grown cannabis. I can’t recommend enough

They sold me a plant with spider mites all over it. Soon infested my home. Then refused to admit guilt after 48 hours. Disgusting business. Wash your clothes after visit I suspect the entire building is infested.

I had no idea there was a dispensary within 2 miles from my house. My budtender went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for which really was something inexpensive. I chose Sunny G which is a hybrid cross between jet fuel / tangie and an unknown male. I was gonna buy more dogecoin today but I think I'll be going back to The Living Room instead. Thank you Judy for being so attentive.

I had my first experience yesterday at The Living Room. It was awesome and so professional! I like how they have an attendant check you in as soon as you pull in for curbside. Can’t forget about their amazing flower. Not to mention the savings. I live in HarCo but this was definitely worth the drive.Edit: I had my second experience today 4/7. I was served by bud tender Rebecca. They were absolutely wonderful, made sure my points were squared away as well.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. It is so underrated it’s ridiculous. This dispensary has the best prices for ALL of the same grass the other dispensaries have. AND the staff is much friendlier. I wish I had pictures to show but I respect their privacy. 10 stars visit here NOW! Just not when I’m headed there after work. 😉Jaime and Buddha are the best workers here if you come please be sure to see them. They took great care of me.
