This location has been my go to for a while now. Not sure what’s been going on the past two months. It’s been nothing but burnt old tasting coffee and attitudes left to right. I always do mobile orders and my orders are ready quick which is nice. However the quality stops there. It used to be really nice now it’s definitely off my daily route especially my Sundays. Today was the worst I literally threw both cups of coffee away it was just terrible, didn’t even look like coffee. I’ll go to another location it’s worth the drive…. Or even Dunkin if I'm pressed for time.

I come to this Starbucks quite a few times hoping that the professionalism changes . There are a few of the team members who are amazing, However on most days the attitude of most the employees is unbelievable. I didn’t even get a “goodmorning” or “have a nice day” .. The employee simply replied “ you want your change “. I’ve worked in retail and restaurants as well no matter what day I was having I couldn’t take it out on the customers that’s the first rule you are taught in customer service. That was my last straw at this location. Management please have a conversation about the professionalism of the staff.

Terrible service, I’ve been a few times and it was fine but I just went a few minutes ago and am writing this as soon as a got home I’m so mad. I spent over $11 on two coffees. Ordered an Irish cream cold brew and a skim cafe mocha. The cup that had the cafe mocha in it was filthy and had coffee all spilled down the side and the lid on my cold brew was broken so I spilled coffee all over myself in the car when I tried to drink it. And the cold brew tastes AWFUL. Nothing like the Irish cream cold brew I’ve always gotten. Watered down burnt coffee flavored drink is what I got. What a complete waste of time and my hard earned money. I will never return to this location. Terrible.

This location was my favorite one as the staff was kind and the drinks were well made. Recently, the service has been so slow and my drinks were not even made correctly. I asked for a venti strawberry açaí with lemonade and peach juice and the barista had an attitude because he couldn’t hear me, even though I was practically yelling in the drive through. I got my drink and it had no lemonade and wasn’t even filled all the way. You would think that if they take so long to make orders they would at least make them correctly.The picture below is exactly how I received my drink.

I've encountered so many issues at this Starbucks location! Delays at the drive-thru, consistent mistakes with orders, and even when they get the order right, the taste is slightly off. Their system is extremely disorganized; I've experienced waiting at the register without assistance and, unlike other Starbucks, they don't label cups with names. This results in confusion at the pick-up counter where multiple drinks are left unidentified. This has been my most consistently disappointing experience with any Starbucks. I've yet to see a manager, but some improvements are needed, especially since these problems have been going on since the stores opening.

Had to change my review which was initially 3 stars to 1 star due to my recent experience. My partner ordered a coffee when he arrived inside. 10-15 mins passed and still no coffee. It wasnt busy, so we didn't understand why it was taking so long. 5 mins later, we ask about the coffee just to be told that it was forgotten. She even asked him his order again and still another 5 mins. The only thing I love about this Starbucks is the amount of space and seating available! It's massive in comparison to the others! But unfortunately the service isn't as great as the layout so I won't be going back.

Terrible customer service and my drink was made incorrectly . Told them my drink was wrong and they tried to tell me how it should be made. I ordered an iced chai with pumpkin spice sauce, whip, and 2 different toppings. They gave me a warm drink with espresso added, in addition one of my toppings was left off my drink. I specifically asked for non fat milk with my drink and they told me the chai is made with water, which is incorrect because they use a chai concentrate for the chai drinks. I also did NOT add espresso to my drink. Poor customer service and the baristas do not know how to properly make drinks at this location.

From what I can tell, it seems that this location needs some serious help. Everyone has an issue with each other. A couple months ago, there are two white women who work there, one with colored hair, and s shorter woman with an arrow tattoo on her wrist. I heard them complaining about their manager BIG time. Saying how Kelly doesn't have the backs of anyone except the 'black girls' in the store. I have to agree with them because other times I have been there I have heard some of the younger black girls yelling at customers and other staff members.But when I hear employees complaining about their manager, that makes me think the store needs to be gutted top to bottom and new staff brought in.I was there this past week and it seems the store keeps getting worse. My drink we wrong, but I didn't complain. I just went to another store. It is not worth the fight when the young people in charge will fight with you about an order that placed online several times and it has been right every other time except when ordering here. Last time I will order from this location.Also, please clean up the language of your staff. I also thought that Starbuck employees had to wear clothing that was appropriate for working in the store, meaning no branding on the clothes, proper shoes, no yoga pants or sweat pants. I guess the manager doesn't care?

I've been to this location multiple times as it is close to where I live, however placing an order on the app and picking it up at the drive thru has caused me trouble on more that one occasion due to my order already being placed paid for and Starbucks not having all the items I ordered. They claim a refund for unavailable items will be put back on your card, but it never happens. The likelihood of me ordering on the app and picking up at this locations is very unlikely considering the app doesn't always reflect that certain items are out of stock and the baristas/manager(s) aren't ensuring that customers are getting refunded for the items they don't have.

I was on the way to work when I was out of town and tried to stop here to get a little caffeine. Seven thirty in the morning on a Friday is a bad time. I was the 4th car back and had already waited 10 minutes. I pulled out of line and went to a competitor. As I drove past the order box some lady in a big SUV was making some crazy order for the girls at the book club... LOL. She might want to utilize ordering online next time. I did return around 4 pm on the way home to get a pick me up but didn't wait as long. When I got to the window her "people skills" were lacking and then waited at the window for my drink. The drinks aren't bad but I don't believe they are worth the prices they charge, of course I was the one that 'hose to go there.

Absolutely disrespectful, they gave me the nastiest attitude while I was there. The drinks and the food was pretty good and I had no issues with that but it was pretty slow in there and the drive through as well so I’m not sure why it took 10 minutes to get a danish and a lemon loaf. The barista Stacey was extremely rude for absolutely no reason.

I go here a lot. Not very crowded, daily enough and quiet like. I just wonder whatever happened to all Starbucks variety of flavors like(Ex. I keep showing up at various nearby locations here in Pikesville MD trying to get my regular order of maybe a dark french/houseblend cup of coffee, only to continuously hear from all cashiers, "Sorry, we don't have that anymore/we are all out". Why?Has Starbucks turned a new leaf in its famously known variety of ground coffee blends?

This place is is probably the worse Starbucks I’ve been to. The drive through isn’t working a quarter of the time, super inconvenient, pretty sure it’s not because “it’s not working”. And God forbid they get your drink wrong and you have to say something, my wife and I get attitude from the baristas every time, like incredibly rude. The whole “make the moment right mantra” was not taught here.

I usually go up to this store when I am in the Towson area and man I will say the service is pretty great. There are two sweet gals who work at the location, Amanda and Evianne, who I think are some of the best at the store. Usually in the afternoons they are there and they always do a fantastic job. I never have a problem with this store and my drinks are always to my liking. Good work team!

Hand down one the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Not only did they make my drink wrong the 1st time. I returned it and they made it wrong the 2nd time lol it’s laughable now but frustrating at the moment.. It’s annoying because the next Starbucks near by is Quarry Lake or Owing Mills. And sometimes I don’t feel like driving that far. If I have to go their I literally prepared for a hit or miss..Or get something simple I know they can’t mess up… They need to do better.. The only reason I giving 2 stars some of the barista are professional and kind. Other have attitudes for no reason.

The morning shift is understaffed, but the baristas I've encountered have been doing the best they can with pleasant attitudes... To have only 4-5 people handling drive-thru, mobile, and walk in orders is wild.When I worked at Starbucks waaay back in the day, we'd have 5 people working the floor every morning, but this was without mobile and a drive thru orders.

I went to this Starbucks yesterday and i waited about 8-10 minutes in the drive thru before going in and waiting about 10-12 minutes when i was the only customer in there. The drive thru wasn’t moving at all that is was why i decided to go inside. When i questioned was someone going to make my order(1drink) after seeing a group of girls laughing and not making drinks i was told i had to wait. Of course i went off because customer service is definitely not #1 priority. The girl who said i had to wait ( i wish i had got her name)was just walking back in forth doing absolutely NOTHING!!! I hate to say it but they need an older person in charge because that was ridiculous. Unless I’m in a bind and there are no other Starbucks around i will not be visiting here again.

I went here this morning to get coffee since my usual Starbucks is as closed. I got the usual cold brew with cream. When I took a sip it tasted nothing like I was use too. I took another sip and smelled it. It had the usual smell but the taste was sour. I’m guessing the cream was expired? Not sure but wasn’t going to chance it..

I spent over $30 on drinks and forgot to add an item to my order. When I pulled up to the window, I asked to add a sandwich to my order and was told “NO, you have to go around and get back in line!” I go to Starbucks everyday. And have never been told that. So I asked, “is this a new policy?” She said “YES!!”Smh. I always admired Starbucks for their customer service. But not this location. They need more training on customer service.

This is one of the larger Starbucks. It has a drive through that is used by majority of their customers. Inside there is a nice large seating area with big long tables as well as smaller seating areas. There are usually lines for the drive through but no lines inside the store. It's located on Reisterstown Rd so it's a convenient location. There is a ton of parking available. It's located right between the grocery store Seven Mile Market and Rite Aid.
