The pharmacy is understaffed. I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes before I can pick up a prescription. I've tried calling them numerous times, and it's usually very hard to get through to anyone. The drive up pharmacy is convenient, but there's always 1 staff member switching off between the cars and the people in the store, so it takes time.

Of the pharmacies in the area this is the best. They are easy to work with and generally pretty quick about filling prescriptions. Many of the techs are awesome

Poor service here!! Always understaffed with ridiculously long wait times! Only find satisfaction when the young lady with red hair works. I try to put in refills on the phone but does not work. I haven’t been getting my refills done on time! Wouldn’t recommend this store

The exact same thing happened to me! I am 57 years old...uncaring, arrogant management. There was a silver lining, however. Feeling extremely ill, I walked across the lot to a neighboring supermarket. I was able to get the same "age-restricted" cough medicine for a fraction of Rite Aid's price without hassle. I am so glad that I did not transfer my prescription business to this store! It is really stupid for these store employees (in this case a supervisor) to be rude, arrogant and/or subtly hostile to much needed customers, considering that this company just recently filed for bankruptcy protection! I had been coming to this pharmacy for close to a decade. Something must have changed in the management or the people that staff the pharmacy. Twice in a row medications I had ordered to be delivered were never delivered, once they delivered a wrong person's medicine to me (which I had to drive back to the pharmacy to return it to them). Today they had a new pharmacist who, together with the pharmacy tech were very rude and kept on speaking over me. Very disappointed, I plan to tell my friends to switch to a different pharmacy instead.

The person checking me out was rude. She said I couldn't buy cold medicine because it's age restricted even though I'm 24. I'm obviously sick too with a mask and everything. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Don't come hereEdit: I saw the response from the owner and wanted to clarify and say the lady did not just ask for my date of birth. She refused to sell me the cold medicine. I don't mind being carded, but being told I'm not old enough to buy medicine for myself is humiliating.

The pharmacy staff have no idea what they’re doing. No one seems qualified so I transferred my pharmacy to CVS. 20 minutes after I told my doctor to cancel with riteaid the prescriptions that I’ve been waiting for (for riteaid to fill) were filled and ready to pick up at CVS…. Important prescriptions too…. save yourself wasted time and take your business literally anywhere else.To add, this riteaid doesn’t contact you when your prescriptions are ready either, you just have to assume that after a certain amount of hours passed from them receiving your prescription from your doctor (which is confirmed by the doctor that they’ve been sent over) that it will be ready. When I showed up around 5pm (the same day my doctor put the prescription through) I was told I missed my opportunity to pick up a prescription because by the time I got there the “truck” had already left. Then for the remainder of the week was told to “call back after 3 pm to see if the truck came again”. Like what in the world?!? Thank god my life doesn’t depend on a prescription because I wouldn’t be getting it here. Get a grip and hire better staff.

Pharmacy is great; their front end needs ALOT of training. There’s this heavy set security guard who follows you around. I understand that that is her job but this lady literally followed me to every isle.. at least be subtle. I ended up buying over 100 dollars worth of merchandise along with my medication however she will checked my bag before leaving. I tried to catch her name but the woman wasn’t wearing a name tag.... another thing all employees should wear. I’m fact none of the front end staff was wearing.... Ive been with Rite Aid for over 10 years; I absolutely don’t think I’ll spend my hard work earned money here.... serves Rite Aid right hat they’re closing locations... hope Walgreens takes over and fired this no good for nothing

The pharmacy is run very poorly. They even gave my prescription to another customer who returned it thankfully. On another occasion I paid for a prescription and was never given the medication. The pharmacy assistants are incompetent and rude and ask questions that are irrelevant to picking up a prescription. If I've given you the coorect identifying information to pick up my prescription that's all they need to ask. I will be transferring my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I've had enough of their mistakes and poor customer service.

You would think with signs all over about wearing masks right now that the employees would wear theirs properly, no?!! The security guard wasn't wearing his properly, and he was standing near the checkout talking to a lady who was eating and drinking! And when she was done, she didn't put her mask that was hanging on her chin back on. People are going into Rite Aid for medication. Especially elderly people. If the employees can't follow protocol, that's a serious problem.

I went to pick up my prescription a week ago only to get told that my insurance hadn't kicked in yet. Today I go to pick it up, only to get told that they don't take my insurance. Basically, I was misinformed and my time was wasted, because the pharmacy has no idea what they are doing.

They are the worst. My mother is a senior citizen. They sent her half of her medicine. Then one day she comes home to find a prescription package on her door which she DID NOT order. On top of that after calling Rite Aid, the driver who left the medicine said that my mother told him he could sign for the medicine (WHO DOES THAT). Only people trying to take advantage of senior citizens. Then to add insult to injury they went into her account and charged her $37.69 for the unauthorized medicine. BEWARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS. I filed a complaint at HHS.gov. The pharmacist was also suppose to call my mother about the matter and never called. One of the worst.

This store has the WORSE customer service I've ever experienced.This past Wednesday night, I went in to purchase a scarf. However, I ended up buying a few snacks and a drink. When I walked in, the cashier greeted me. I replied with a "Hey, how are you doing? And her response was, "tired so hurry up". At that point I brushed it off but when I got to counter to cash out, it got worse. She rung up my items an I swiped my card but forgot my pin code. So she says, "It's always people like you that come in when it's time to go home" by now I'm offended because I didn't understand what "people lile me meant" this can be miscontrued as race etc. So I asked if I could re-enter my pin. So she says it's up to you. Then she starts talking to another co-worker and says; "It's her holding up the line" I was furious at this moment!!!!Needless to say I'll never shop at rite aid again. Customer service was terrible. I will be filing a complaint with the headquarters as well. If I were you, I would take my money elsewhere!!!!!

They are the absolute worst. One time they couldn't find my prescription because they had dropped it on the floor. Another time they had no record of me ever dropping it off but mysteriously found it the next day...today I dropped it off at 20:am and said I'd be back in an hr to pick up. I showed up at 2pm. At first they said they didn't have it...then they found it and said they're working on it. I'm done. Crispy

I've been calling this pharmacy on and off all day. They only answered one time, spoke very rudely to me and hung up while I was in the middle of a question. They are the only rite aid in the area that has my child's medication so here I am trying to get it filled.

Use the drive thru for picking up prescriptions. Inside they may lie to you that it's ready but keep you waiting a few more minutes.
