Not even sure where to start! I brought in 3 rings, one was my moms name the other two belonged to each of my grandmothers. I asked if a custom piece could be made using the stones from all three rings. My husbands wedding band included stones and my ring turned out so beautifully. They originally quoted 3 weeks, the excited personality I have asked for 2 weeks. They completed it in 2.5 weeks and 5 phones calls from my fiancé, because of me. They are gorgeous!! About 10 days after wearing my ring I had a fluke accident and lost one of the stones. I took it back and they fixed it and replaced the stone for me! I can’t thank everyone enough for the kindness and understanding! I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

I highly recommend Pikesville Jewelry Designs! Long story short, I was having issues with the diamonds coming loose over and over again after 5 years of having my engagement ring and wedding band. When I brought my rings in, Junior took a look and immediately noticed several things wrong with the settings. He was very understanding about my concerns, and allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to feel confident. We talked through the options, and when he told me the quote for redesigning and resetting my rings, I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonable it was! They emailed me the designs before starting the work, so the communication was great. The final product is even better than I pictured! The jeweler also explained the ring design in person when I picked it up, which I appreciated because I love to understand what is done and why! I would trust them with any of my jewelry in the future.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! First class service every step of the way.I worked with Ami and his wife Patty for few years now. I had few pieces of jewelry that needed to be fixed and few pieces that I didn’t wear. I made an appointment with Amilcar. I wanted to come on here and leave a review because Pikesville Jewelry Design just made my whole month! I went there after reading the reviews. My wedding ring came in to big and did not fit me but the design made it complicated to resize. I only have three weeks to the wedding so I was nervous. I was assisted by Micheal. He was very polite and really made me feel confident about the job getting done in time. Not only did they surprise me by finishing it in less then an hour but they did an amazing job. You seriously can’t even tell it’s been worked on! Thank you so much 😊 Highly recommended!!!

As a Black woman I did not feel welcomed as a customer. I rang the bell for entry and was ignored. After a customer held up her hands in a “I wish I could help” gesture one of the workers sauntered over to the buzzer to open the door. Once inside I was again ignored. The same white woman customer who gestured gave me sympathetic glances, but I had enough and just left.

Amielxar is an amazing down to earth Senor. He will fix any issue you have with your items you bring him. 3 jewelers and 2 Laser Welders. Plus casting laser cutting. There's NO Limit to this mans talent. I would recommend him if your in the area.

Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. A number of years ago I had bought my wife A 18 carat gold Bizantine styled ring with some small precious gemstone chips set in it And I have long looked for bracelet to match the style of the ring. I was unable to find one that matched it decently. Here they were able to build us a piece from the ground up. They took us on a tour of the shop where they make Their jewelry by hand with clearly highly skilled artisans assisted by the latest in computer technology in the field of jewelry making as well. Our final piece is gorgeous! The staff was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. I found the pricing to be very fair and reasonable. You will not leave there disappointed.

I was referred to Pikesville Jewelry Designs by a co-worker. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a jeweler. I’ve always gone to a jeweler attached to a mall or one I hear about on the radio. Those places are like buying a used car, you always walk out feeling like you got taken. Not at Pikesville Jewelery Designs!! Amilcar sat down with me and his diamond broker and helped me choose the perfect diamond for my fiancé’s engagement ring. I showed him some pictures of what I wanted and he assured me he would create something special. He handcrafted her ring with beautiful precision and it came out better than I could have imagined at well below the price I expected.My fiancé and I decided to get married much quicker than originally planned. I texted Amilcar and he created a matching wedding band within a couple weeks!!The ladies at the front desk were always very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
