Wow! That is one word to really describe market maven. I have zero complaints. I come on a Thursday, and I am flooded with a crazy amount of people. I automatically think, "wow, this store has so many people because it must be amazing". I walked around the produce section, and I had trouble finding the bell peppers, but I didn't tell anyone because I thought I could find it myself. While I was looking, a man named Abdi I think came up to me and asked if I needed help. Even though A. it was busy, and B. I didn't even ask him for help, he just somehow knew. And, on top of all of that, he was the friendliest and happiest guy I have ever met. Whoever the manager is, please this man needs a huge raise. I was already happier than I came in. Then I go to the bakery. The bakery dudes were listening to their music, and it was one of the nicest pieces I've ever heard. On par with Mozart and Bach. Seriously. I would literally go to Market Maven to listen to their delightful music, true works of art. Anway's, the bakers were all baking in front of me, so I could tell it was all fresh from the start, but wow when you take a bite of their warm, moist, heimish challah, or one of their gooey, chocolate rugalach, you just can't get enough. It makes your mind dance like it was listening to their music. Wow. Then I went to go get meat. I don't know why, but this steak was literally the nicest steak ever. I asked a man over there who looked like he worked there how to season and grill this steak, and I could tell he was busy, so I felt a bit bad, but he took his time and effort to explain what to do. I feel like Gordan Ramsey because of him. All of these guys are so friendly. And that steak was the best steak I have ever had. Then I go to dairy, and all the dates were all extremely fresh and amazing. Finally, I go stand on line to go to check out, and it was again, really busy, so the lines were a bit slow, which is understandable. But a man with a long orange beard who I learned later is the manager came up and offered to check out for me. This was obviously not his job, and managers (I assume) are very busy and don't have time to do this, but not the manager with the long orange beard. Not him. He cares about his costumers, which is sadly a rare trait. The entire time he was so friendly, making small talk with me the entire time. This man again deserves the biggest raise ever. Finally, I walk out of their feeling like a king. I can't wait to come back to the friendliest, cleanest, cheapest, and wow-factor store ever. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Market Maven has amazing deals, especially on meat and chicken. I came in looking to buy in bulk, and everyone was extremely helpful. From the manager, to the cashier, to the people working in the store.If you're looking for good prices, and amazing service, I would recommend coming to shop here.

this place is not cheap but when it comes to the food it's great.very clean and a good variety of meat, fish, salads and other good stuff.I still don't understand why a single pepper costs $4, a pinaple $5 and a Coke $2.good place if you don't mind the pricew

Its a nice market with reasonable prices, but the cashiers are extremely rude and unpleasant. Perhaps the owners do not realize that dealing with rude cashiers makes one not want to return to the store.

Don’t shop at this store.. they are completely infested with rats, service is horrid, cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional, I saw a mouse running from their front across towards produce. Brought it up to the manager who just shrugged it off!!Bought produce was over charged as the cashier didn’t know the right codes, their deli was over cooked burnt and tasted horrible, over seasoned. Their meat from the meat department went bad on me within 2 days of purchasing it ended up ruining my whole holiday as I didn’t have anything to serve guests. Attempt to get ahold of the store by phone to no Avail. Extremely rude and unprofessional store.

Your quiches are absolutely delicious. Can you please consider making smaller size ones for those who don't need the very large ones? The deluxe tuna salad is also quite yummy. A little less mayo would be appreciated.Thank you!

We stopped on Sunday to get some food from the take out counter for our drive. Worst , old food I have ever had. Most needed to be thrown out. Chicken tenders were so hard and dry. Inedible food from this filthy store. They also had a weird sign on the restroom door I have posted below.

Been there for the first time. I was overcharged. One additional item that I didn't buy and one other item was charged twice. There were couple of instances1. The lady in service desk who was serving, at her screen I could see an item "peach" listed from a previous customer. When I asked her why you are charging me for this she answered no you are not being charged. Amount is reflected as 0. So I trusted.2. I bought a 16 Oz soda and lol it was charging me 7.99.. I clicked that right away and she changed the price to 2.493. At the time of final payment may be by mistake she hit card instead cash at register and she got panicked so she left counter to ask help to her colleague.3. Meanwhile I was going through the receipt where I found charged for 9 items while I had only bought 8. And also was double charged for one item.They refunded me so i wont count that as their kindness because I hadn't left the store and brought the issue right away so they has no choice to but to refund.My main concern over here is did they did that mistake on purpose or was it just an error? Usually I never tally my receipts but today I did. So I just want to aware everyone please do check and tally your receipts. Your extra penny is also yours hard earned money. Better to donate to one in needy's rather being overcharged.Note: I consent all above my words are true and correct as I do also have all the evidences and receipts.

First of all the other people comments about NY and Bmore is not that serious when it comes to food becauseit is similar region wise. Second, when I first when to this store early 2023 they had 18" large brick over pies and couples month later around June I went there for my pizza fix and they don't have it anymore. Even over items I was looking they are out of stock or discontinued. I was very disappointed, so Market Maven are going to bring those large brick oven pies again? I am a big eater and that 12" personal does not work for me it's like having 1 slice or two. Also, are you stocking more of the varieties of Nutrament? Please, bring back the 18" large pies I need my pizza fix lol

Best kosher store south of NY.Great selection, great prices, great service.New deli is fresh and delicious, love the sushi, the bakery is to die for, fresh meat and poultry section is very high end yet still most affordable in the area.They have wide selection of regular and specialty items (like glutenfree, and natural kosher options) . Dairy section is immaculate.Friendly cashiers.And overall a great shopping experience!I absolutely love this store!

My favorite kosher supermarket in baltimore.. This is my go to for the rare and imported items that you won't find in other stores. They regularly have sales on specialty items, and their meat is the freshest. It's definitely worth the extra money for good quality control

I really do like Market Maven a lot compared to 7-Mile Market, especially when it comes to the price and quality of their Kosher meat selections. They beat them hands down. I come here for my Shabbos meat selections every week. Being a smaller store they cannot always carry all the same items, but some are here that 7-Mile doesn’t carry and has self space for so I also come here. The staff is always friendly.

UPDATE: NEW OWNERS. My review below was from when it was Seasons. Prices are much better! Their sushi and bakery are still top notch! Their cooked food is SO good, but a bit pricey. They have amazing specials!! It's still too expensive to buy everything there but their meat/poultry is really well priced and their special items make it worth it to go there! It also truly a pleasure to walk into the store. It's clean, smells good, and everything is very inviting. ISeasons Review: Okay. There was a LOT of hype. And truthfully, I love walking in there. It is CLEAN, smells good, and the staff is really really friendly, available, helpful etc. I give it a "4" and not a "5" because it is not affordable to do ALL the shopping there. But there are some great selling points:The parking lot IS annoying and difficult to get in and out of (when there are a lot of cars). But if you go when its not busy, its pretty convenient.The bakery is really the selling point here. Delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. Other bakeries in town do not compare.The meat prices are really good. I have not had any bad experience with their meal/poultry products.I do not buy everything here, only the bakery and meat/poultry. The rest of the stuff is more expensive than other stores and not worth it to me.I have not tried any of the cooked/prepared food (except for sushi) but heard it is amazing!

I was honestly surprised how empty it was considering how awesome it is. In house sushi bar, fresh pizza, & a wide selection of kosher foods, right next door. I couldn’t ask for more. There is an excellent selection of brisket & other delicious meat choices. And when they see they are getting busy, more people quickly come to open additional registers. I got in and out much faster than I anticipated on a Sunday morning.If I had any complaints, it would be the convoluted exit in the parking lot. That I definitely didn’t appreciate, but who knows, maybe they will fix that.Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a place I will be returning to again and again.

Delicious bakery and deli. The butcher has the freshest kosher cute in town for the best prices and they have great sales too. Speak to the butcher if you can't find what your looking for and they will gladly assist you. Also, the lines are not long so you can be in and out of the store quickly.

Spotlessly clean. A very good selection of food. We found products there we have never seen before. Their prices I think are a little bit lower then what I have seen in Baltimore. You can also get fresh made sushi made on the premises. All the products they sell are kosher

I’m changing my review since visiting this store again. (I was here once when it was Seasons). The staff were very friendly and nice. The store is really clean and pretty. Great selection of kosher food, including meat 🥩. I went here on a Sunday evening and it seemed fairly busy. Overall, a very good experience!

A great supermarket. Family Friendly. We were greeted upon arrival with a smile, not a scowl. The staff were pleasant and took the time to explain what Kosher was in the meat department. That was an amazing experience for my children and I. We plan to shop here on a regular basis. The prices are right and the produce/products are excellent!

Amazing selection of kosher meats at great prices. We love the fresh dairy pastries from the bakery. The prices for produce are very reasonable, and produce on special is downright cheap but still excellent quality. Stellar customer service as well. When he saw me holding my fussy baby, the customer service representative unloaded my cart at the cash register and put my bags in the trunk while I settled my baby. Highly recommended!!

Parking is convenient and close to the store. The staff are friendly and can tell you where things are with ease. There are many kosher products that are hard to find elsewhere. And the produce looks delightful. The store itself feels bright and clean. I enjoyed the experience of shopping there.

I wanted to share a more elaborate review of Seasons. I had opportunity to try some off their prepared foods. The hot food bar serves really good Chinese food. The deli bar has some incredible options that are out of this world with flavor. The fresh meat and chicken prices are competitive or way lower than competitors. Meat quality is good. I suggest you try this place out and see if you can do almost all of your shopping here.

Had a travel delay and had to stay over in Baltimore with a long impending flight. They had a great fresh selection. I was able to buy whatever food I needed under one roof. The managers were friendly and very helpful and accommodating . Thank you.
