This pharmacy is the worse. The cashier helped someone before helping the next customer because she knew the person. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a prescription that was suppose to be ready. There’s always long lines. They have the slowest cashiers. Yesterday I came in all of my prescriptions was sent in at the same time one was ready and the inhaler I was told to wait 2-3hours for it to be filled. That was ridiculous. They need to get better!

I moved in the area 6 months ago and needed a pharmacy that delivers since I don't drive so I transfer all my meds here and it took 2 weeks because they didn't get all my meds from Walgreens and I had to get my doctor to fax the rest of them so It took 2 weeks and I was out of some of my meds and thank God it wasn't a life or death medicine that I needed. They don't answer the phone, fill medication on time and sometimes I don't get my meds deliver when they say it will be deliver. This is the worst place to get your medications filled. I don't see how anyone can give 5 stars, I wish I could give them no stars and the people that did give 5 stars must be a bot and not a real person.

This place could not be run by a bunch of more incompetent employees..Wanted to get COVID-19 booster shots for myself and a family member. Went on-line and correctly filled out all needed forms INCLUDING the informed consents and submitted them. Received conformation pop-up that forms were correctly submitted.Arrived at pharmacy 30 minutes before appointment to allow plenty of time for check-in. There were two long lines. One for "pick-up prescription orders", other for "drop off prescription orders." Got in pick-up line since I was obviously NOT picking up an order. After I got to staff member, told her I was here to get my COVID-19 booster shot and previously filled out and submitted all forms on-line. She then without apology says I am in the wrong line and need to go to the one stating pick-up. (Mind you- there were NO signs posted stating "check-in here for vaccinations"). So- go to the other already long line. Get to the window- restate to lady why I am there. She then starts to ask me "what booster shot do I want" and a bunch of other questions that I previously filled out and submitted on-line. Told her this fact and she said they were having a problem with the system and gave me a bunch of papers to sign. Luckily I had made a copy of the consent form and offered to give her a copy- she said she did not need it and told me to fill out papers (So I signed them and put copy of my consent form in the packet). While waiting to be called by the pharmacist, talked to TWO other persons who happened to also mention why did they re-ask me to fill out all the paperwork when I already submitted it on-line. Oh yes- and the form the lady gave me ONLY had information to fill out if a person previously got the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, J&J not even an option to mark so I penciled it in.When the pharmacist called me in for the vaccine, told her what had happened. She mentioned that the system WAS working fine and even showed me a copy of the on-line form that I had submitted.

Most of the employees are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and bright (one was indifferent, but everyone else has been so great that she doesn't lower my rating). The wait can be a little long, but that's to be expected -- it's a busy pharmacy in a busy supermarket. In addition, they deliver. I worked in retail for about 15 years (Macy's and two family-owned stores), so I have a clear sense of what makes good customer service, and that has been my experience at this Giant pharmacy.

I was just here on today and a pharmacist got into it with I believe was a manager, the manager kept walking as the pharmacist was trying to speak to her, it was really unprofessional for this manager to have this behavior and to behave in this way in front of other staff and clients, they both were yelling at each other near the self check out area. Next a pharmacist by the name of Mai has horrible customer service, she rolls her eyes because a question is asked and just gives a blank stare when asked to repeat herself since she has a mask on is hard to hear. This scene is just ghetto they brought hood rats from the city

Long lines. Sometimes not ready when they said RX would be ready. Fail to follow directions regarding how to fill RX. Fail to pick up RXs that are faxed in. I called to check to see if my diabetes supplies were ready and the person sincerely asked me "is diabetes supplies the name of your medicine?" The pharmacists on duty are always courteous, knowledgable, and willing to help but the overall youthful staff are laughably incompetent and lack customer service professional friendliness. I am looking for a new in network pharmacy. They are pathetic.

They tell you your meds are ready when you get there they don’t even have it in the store. This has happened to me three times in one week. I am going to find another pharmacy. One of my meds they don’t keep in stock, wouldn’t you think they would keep a maintenance drug in stock.

No matter what time of day you go to pick up prescriptions at this location, be ready to stand in line, for a long period of time. The staff there appear to be working in slow motion. Based on the reviews I have read, Giant Corporate executives are not addressing the problems being reported at this Pikesville Giant Pharmacy.

Horrible service. Too busy not to make mistakes. Waiting time can take hours. They never pick up the phone when you call ahead. Wanted to lodge a formal complaint but Giants is not the same organization.

Staff members are very rude, my prescription was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, till now i haven't received my medication. No explanation why i haven't received my medication in 2days. I'm switching to another pharmacy.
