I was on hold for 15 minutes to speak with a pharmacist and no one picked up the phone. Going in to the store just to ask a question about my prescription and then having to go back another day to actually pick up the correct prescription is very difficult for me. No one should have to do that.

It feels like the CVS in Target in Pikesville, MD is cheating me. The last few times that I've come here to pick up meds, the checkout screen asks me if I want two COVID-19 tests that will be paid by my insurance, Medicare in my case. Each time I have checked off that I wanted the tests. Then I asked the pharmacy checkout clerk where my tests are, and they tell me that they are all out of tests. It makes me wonder if CVS is charging Medicare for those tests that I sign up for but don't actually get. I'll have to write to the Inspector General of Medicare to look into this issue.Today, I went to the CVS in Target, Pikesville, MD to get a couple of prescription refills. The pharmacy was closed. It was 1:45pm. They were out to lunch, but there was no sign telling me when they planned to return from lunch, or that they were out to lunch. I just took a guess that they would return at 2pm, and they did. But no out to lunch sign? That's poor customer relations.

Do NOT call them ever they hang up on you. Then tell you that because of the prescriptions you take; policy changes ( which no one could tell me about)that I was no longer eligible for delivery. I sat on hold for an hour straight to find out that little gem. Even their 800 number, spoke to three separate people got three separate answers. I have come to the conclusion they don’t care…. The one young girl( at customer service) asked me if I was sure I wanted to miss out on my $10 reward. Because I belonged to care pass $5.00 a month so I could have delivery. Am changing pharmacies immediately after I find a way to pick up my prescriptions!!

I stayed on hold for 18 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone to discuss transferring my prescription from a Florida store to the Pikesville Maryland store. They never answered. I finally hung up and tried again.The second time I was on hold for about 5 minutes when they picked up and immediately hung up the phone.I’m done with trying to get my prescriptions filled with CVS. I’m moving all of my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I have unfortunately have had multiple repeated terrible experiences with the CVS over the last three months.A combination of incompetence, unprofessional staff, and no communication to patients has made getting my medicine the last three months a nightmare and I’ve had to deal with the withdrawals of not having my medicine on time for the last three months.switching my medicine to another pharmacy has been an extraneous tasking process that CVS somehow cannot make happen.i’m not sure about the entire company but the CVS located in Pikesville at the target is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to and I would not recommend anyone getting medicine of any importance sent there if you want to get that medicine within a reasonable amount of days.

By far the worst cvs & pikeville they don’t answer the phone ever they need more workers & the people that work there are very rule & nasty attitude is out of this world good luck with anybody using this pharmacy a str disgrace I wouldn’t even gave it one star but u got to put something thing

It’s a shame that every review is negative and true. This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. I switched over from Walgreens whom I was paying a copay and I think I’d rather pay a copay than deal with the incompetence of this place. The staff is incompetent, the customer service is horrible and they don’t care about making you run back and forth. Due to the fact a family member is diabetic, I’ve been trying to deal but they are just horrible. The staff basically lies about filling prescriptions, tells you to call but NOONE answers the phone regardless of the time of day that you call. I have literally stood in line and called the pharmacy and watched people walk past the phones when they could have easily answered. I’ve witnessed them schedule Covid vaccinations and then don’t have enough staff to help the customers. I’m trying to contact Corporate to see if anything can be done outside of outing them on social media. Considering certain patients circumstances are life or death matters, you’d think they would care a little. I try to empathize with businesses and the employees but this location SUCKS!!

Never have prescriptions filled on time, have repeatedly told me that my script is expired or not in the system despite it being sent multiple times and showing up in my CVS app. Extremely unreliable pharmacy.

The front desk staff there was polite and pleasent, but the actual pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to a different pharmacy. Didn't even bother to check the system to see which other location had meds. Would not recommend this location.

Just about the worst pharmacy in existence. I only use it because it’s the closest CVS and my insurance requires I use CVS. Unfriendly staff, horrific phone service, always takes forever.

This is the worse CVS ever. Trash all on the outside and the driveway shuts down early creating long lines inside. Going to have to find a new cvs or change to Walgreens. Just terrible service
