This store is supposed to be open 24/7. We just pulled up at 1040pm and the clerk refused to unlock the door. My husband said this is consistent behavior from this particular clerk.

This 7-11 is supposed to be open 24 hours. I was there last night at 11:33 pm. The man inside said they were closed. A door dasher came up to pick up an order. He wasn't let in. A young Caucasian couple came up. He didn't let them in either. Total anarchy and unreliable service! There is a better 7-11 on Reisterstown, a couple minutes South of this one.

If I could give zero stars I would. I frequent this location during the day a few times a week. I went this morning during the night around 4am and the door was locked. I dont visit this time so figured the associate was in the back or bathroom. I did the typical door pull check and waited a few minutes. When I started walking away I saw 2 associates come out. I re-approached the door where one associate came up and said they are closed. I asked oh it says online this location is 24/7. He said is was not correct they open at 5am. I told him they should update their hours online and I started to walk away and another car was turned away. A second car pulled up but she didn't leave. She proceeded to tap on the glass with her keys and was allowed in. I started to head to the store again and said your open now? And he locked the door. I said but you let them in, which he said we are only open for customers we know. I explained I come here multiple times a week which he said we are not open for you! You can go to another 7/11 down the street if you want. At which point a 3rd car had pulled up saying they do this all the time they are never open at night and judging by the other reviews going back countless months, looks like they just dont care about night time business or our concerns as we are drop a drop in their bucket so they are okay choosing which customers can come in their stores selectively by keeping their doors locked.

Forget about this place ever being open on time. Seriously been here a year now and after first six months I would skip this one and go down the road. They are as rude as they are incompetent.

The worst 7-11 I have been to in the entire world. The 2 women that are usually behind the counter are always on their phones... Sometimes have to wait a while for someone to get behind the counter.. poor selection of everything, especially hot foods.. dirty store. Have seen a homeless local bathing in the wash / mop sink.. horrible coffee... Etc.. etc.. the fountain drink / slurpee area is sticky and disgusting... Only reason I still come here is because it is on my way to work

They aren't 24 hours. Went lastnight just before midnight, the worker was over where they prep food playing with his phone. The door was locked. This has happened several times. Went back to my vehicle, I sat there for 2 or 3 minutes to see if he'd come open the door. I went to another 7-11 up the street.They also over charge for tobacco products that have prices printed on them by the manufacturer. I'm going to report that.

Out of date and broken eggs. Out of date milk. Apathetic employees. And the store smells funny, much different than others nearby. Don't bother. I am surprised this store hasn't been shut down by now.

Every time I go here, I’m always grabbing more stuff than I need. This is by far the cleanest store in the area and I’m always stopping by here. Customer service is always on point, it’s a family run store so I’m always seeing someone I recognize. Coffee is always fresh no matter what time of the day it is. There are so many options to pick from, from breakfast to dinner. My favorites are always in stock which I appreciate. I have been going here for years, I have seen the store go through some up and downs, but overall it has changed for the better.

So I just went to this 7-11, and it was closed. Maybe I am unaware or something, but aren’t all 7-11’s 24 hours? Any who, the African employee just stared at me as I’m trying to open the door. Then he just keeps looking down and playing with his phone. The hours aren’t even posted on the front door, either. This particular 7-11 needs to get it together.

They are supposed to be open 24/7. But yet they won't open the door and say that they are closed. The owner should have their franchise taken and given to someone who can abide by 7 Eleven's franchise rules. There are two guys in the store right now.

Manager is very creepy or whoever it is there. They followed us into the store and stared at us making us very uncomfortable. We do not recommend ever coming here.

I stop by here all the time and it’s always been a positive experience so not sure why there are negative reviews. The store staff are supper friendly and always helpful. This is my favorite place to stop by for some coffee, it’s always made fresh. The store is clean and great customer service.

Seriously hate this location. The slurpee machine never works and is messy and disgusting looking. The condiment bar and chilli/cheese machine for the hot dogs and nachos is always empty or low and when u ask them to fill it they act like they dont want to and you asked them to do something extremely strenuous. Needs serious work.

Came early in the am and they hid from me and the doors were locked. Not a nice way to do business when they have online they are open 24 hours and there was no sign saying why they were closed. Very frustrating!!!

I live in the neighborhood so I'm kinda a regular. They r very nice but sometimes they tend to be a little off. I'm still trying to figure out if a language barrier or just plain old stupidity.
