I had major surgery, and this clown would not fill the pain med because I was on an anti-anxiety med (which I have been on for 15 years due to PTSD from military.) Go somewhere else. I am not sure I have run into a more incompetent pharmacy. Multiple times when my son's prescription is supposed to be ready they do not have the medication in stock at all (multiple different medications on multiple different occasions). These are common medications. This is unacceptable and suggests this particular pharmacy is very poorly run. FYI, I am a physician.

I can't say enough about the amazing pharmacy staff at this location. I have been a customer for 11 years and have always been extremely satisfied. In the past 2 years, which due to the pandemic, drug shortages and delays, as well as insurance company unreliability have been challenging, with Laura at the helm, my experience has been unmatched. Laura, Helen, Ryan, and Abbey are hard working, professional, knowledgable, and most importantly compassionate providers. They make you feel like your questions and concerns are valid and always go above and beyond to inform and to make things easy. The level of competence, care, and family feel of this team, and location make this the only pharmacy that I trust and will use indefinitely! Great job guys!

The manager at the Pharmacy here is extremely rude and nasty. They never have the correct medications nor are they ever open it seems like. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I have tried to call the pharmacy for the past week because I was out of town and needed to have a prescription ready on my return. The pharmacy no longer answers their phone. When I returned home and went into the pharmacy and confronted the pharmacist about their not answering their phones, I was told by the female pharmacist that they are giving vaccinations every 10 minutes and don’t have the staff to answer phones because they are short staffed. This should be against the law!!

This RX has horrible hours that are NOT in the best interest of the patients. I had to use urgent care on labor day, NP called RX into Walgreens at 345 pm. RX is "temporarily " closed. Not good for sick patients that live alittle out of town.

The pharmacy staff is not only beautiful people physically but they are down right the smartest and hardest working group in the pharmacy industry. If I could clone them and put them in every business I went to.... I sometimes find myself going out of the way to buy my pharmacy needs at the phoenix location. The young man who is the pharmacist with the dark hair is the smartest and best looking man I have ever met! Do yourself a favor and bring all your pharmacy business to them, wont be sorry!

Honestly this is the best run pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I usually use the app for prescriptions but have had to call a few times and they always get me what I need very fast. The pharmacy team feels very efficient and seem to care a great deal about their work.Everything feels relaxed in the store and it’s never too busy. Register clerks are always friendly.Once I went in to pick up a photo print. It was a passport photo that I had done myself. When I told the girl there that’s what it was, she used the special cutter tool to make it the perfect size for me. That’s great service!Update: Yeesh! I gotta knock this rating down a peg. Was just treated like a criminal for trying to use a coupon. First they got the manager, then the manager’s manager, then the manager’s manager’s manager all lined up to tell me that I am wrong and the coupon I handed them was not a coupon, and that possibly I could be scamming them. I begged them for 10 minutes to just scan the dang barcode. When they finally did and I was vindicated, I get no apology just “huh, I never seen that one.” Whatever y’all…

Drive to fallston or Towson. It’s been a year since it hasn’t been some sort of drama to pick up a prescription here. They’ll text me it’s “delayed or ready” (which is it?!?) multiple times until I come in to see what is going on and it’s never ready. Expect to wait 30+ minutes on hold and not talk to the pharmacy. I’ve also been treated rudely at the front when I asked a simple question about where to pick up Covid tests when ordering online.

Takes forever to call in a prescription can no longer leave a verbal order. Picking up prescriptions takes too long not enough help no separate drop off and pick up area. The store seasonal merchandise is is lacking. Rite aid was wonderful I could buy lights for tree a jug of milk etc. Now I cannot rely on them carrying anything so I have to travel to huntvalley. Seriously thinking of transferring my prescriptions to papermill pharmacy Walgreens just poorly organized in pharmacy and the store looks empty lacking merchandise
