First, please know that I have NEVER written a negative review. I am being asked to pay for services that were not completed and I feel that this is entirely unfair. We have been customers for years and my dog has been to this location several times but due to the deteriorating services (see other reviews) my dog was so incredibly stressed out that he began to poop during services (he is 6 and has never ever pooped indoors before)so services stopped. I am thankful that they they didn’t continue but I am annoyed that I am paying for a wet smelly dog who did not get groomed! I will never be recommending or sending my animals to this business again due to the extremely rude owner. I am writing this review so that no one else has to experience what I experienced this morning. Find a business that doesn’t stress out your pet and has an owner that knows how to deal with customers in a professional manner and isn’t extremely rude.

Absolutely the greatest pet salon! I’ve taken my cocker spaniel several times and we have been extremely happy with his grooming. The staff does an amazing job and they are very knowledgeable. Will continue to take Asher here!

Took my 8 month old shitzu there. Very excited to go because I wanted her to have a great grooming experience rate two stars only because the receptionist was wonderful groomer came out gave a great consultation but once I receive my baby back, I did not receive what I asked for doing consultation, spoke with manager, did not like attitude at all. Her concern was not giving a refund, when I did not ask for a refund. Was told I was getting a ten year groomer that was a lie . Only willing to accommodate, in October but we are in July . Not able to speak with owner as requested. Not a great outcome will never go back. Let’s make it clear we were at Timonium location.

Great groomers. Lexi is very talented and caring. Timonium salon totally book so we drove out to Jacksonville MD. Almost 30 min drive but worth it. You need to plan well in advance.

Snazzy Jazzy’s is wonderful! I know our dog is in great hands there and Ellie is always very accomadating to fit her in, even last minute. Highly recommend them for dog grooming!I wanted to take a minute to update my review from a year ago. Today, snazzy jazzy Jacksonville was able to fit me in, again, last minute. The staff is so friendly and they even came out to the car to get my dog and returned her to me at the car! This was a HUGE convenience to me because it allowed me to get my dogs nail trim done while my 2 year old was with me in the car. We just love snazzy jazzy so much! Thanks for being awesome and so accommodating!

I was a little apprehensive about pulling up and going inside. Spartan reception area, but a very nice young lady waiting to take my information and check my dog in. I'm very picky on where I take my pup, but the groomer was nice, listened to my request, and did a very good job cleaning up my dogs winter coat. My dog looked and smelled nice, he actually started to follow the groomer back inside, so that tells me they treated him good.

We were very happy to hear that Ms. Paulette had returned to J'ville to open up the second location of Snazzy Jazzy. We have used her grooming services for years. All of our dogs (present and past) look amazing after their grooming. She was particularly kind to our older pug, Molly, as she was 16 and in failing health. She would make sure that when she was done that she called me to come and pick her up right away so as not to keep her in the kennel longer than necessary.

Adrienne and Paulette are the best! I've been going the Snazzy Jazzy location in Timonium for over 4 years and have always been happy with the service. I was thrilled to hear they were opening a location closer to me. The parking there is easy and I've never been disappointed with the grooming my fur baby has received there!

I travelled from Parkville Maryland. Ellie the owner is very professional, from the time I arrived and dropped of our dog to picking him up was real easy and our dog was real relaxed, she was clean and well groomed, the place was easy to find and it a great addition to the Jacksonville four corners area.

Paulette is always very responsive to appointment requests. She is also very patient, even with drama queen dogs. We are always pleased with the appearance of our small dog after her time at the spa.
