This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. I didn't think you couod get worse than CVS, but this Walgreens topped it. You can NEVER get through by phone. They will send you a robo-call to tell you that your prescription is ready, but when you get there, it's not ready and you have to wait. Why call then? Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!!

Avoid this pharmacy, if you show up three minutes before they’re supposed to take lunch, they are going to close right before your eyes and then say “sorry we’re closed” while they are closing the gate in front of you. If I could’ve given zero stars as an option, I would of.

Don't go here expecting the pharmacy drive through to actually have people that do their job staffed at it. I'd rate 0 but they don't let me. Shouldn't have to ring the bell 3 or 4 times for you to remember how to do your job

The pharmacy is horrible especially the drive thru they don’t even acknowledge you’ve been waiting when you’ve pressed the call bell they don’t say give us a minute or be right with you until you’ve been waiting at least 10 min. Most of them always have a attitudeAnd there will be 4-5 just standing around laughing talking not worried about the line of customers. You should always put the customers first most of us are on a busy timeframe and we have to get to work or get our children. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve been too it’s a issue every single time. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes at drive thru no one has came yet the sign says guaranteed 30 min or less so I had to leave without my family’s RX so I could make it to work!!

This pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. I wish I had read the other reviews. Prescriptions take all day to be filled, they will literally not answer the phone, and their customer communication skills in person are terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We even tried to change a prescription to another location but this walgreens pharmacy kept hanging up on the other pharmacy and therefore they couldn't take over the prescription. Yet by the time we finally went to Walgreens they still hadn't filled it. Our infant with RSV was stuck waiting extra hours due to this pharmacy. Will absolutely never be returning.

The Walgreens located at 5319 Pulaski Hwy, Perryville, MD 21903 has the absolute worse Pharmacy I have ever utilized. I have lived in 3 countries and utilized countless Pharmacies which includes the Army Pharmacies, yet this location is still the ABSOLUTE the worse. They are not open on the weekends. They are not open before the average human goes to work. They are not open when the average human goes to lunch. They are sometimes open 1 hr after the average human gets off from work. In saying that, the average human has a very small window of opportunity to get their, possible life saving, medication. THEN THERE IS TODAY!!! (See pic )They are ALWAYS "under staffed". In an economy to which some people are begging for a good job.... WALGREENS IN PERRYVILLE HIRE SOME PEOPLE!! Even if it was part time.... get someone in that building.To add to this lovely situation, the few staff members that are in attendance are very less than pleased to be working in an environment to which they are greeted by angry, frustrated patrons trying to get their medication before they close. In saying that, the staff are not the most pleasant... by far! But hey do you blame them? What kind of business would allow this to occur? People need their medication. Some people do not have the luxury of waiting nor do some people have the luxury to switch to a pharmacy that is further from their residence. Then you have a staff of people who are exhausted, angry, and frustrated and they are the ones fulfilling the medications!?!? Walgreens you need to fixed this asap. I wish I could give negative stars.

Worst pharmacy in Cecil county. Waited 20 mins in line while two employees badmouthed customers in the back while they waited for there shift to end. l arrived at 5:30 because of work employee checked to see if they had my prescription and than told me to pick it up tomorrow at 11:00 am. Not everyone can just take off to accomodate there lazyness will be changing to a different pharmacy first thing tomorrow. Anyone do your self a favor do not do business at this store.

I use Walgreens photo center at least once a month. I don’t always have problems, but when I do it’s not abnormal. Either my photos aren’t done on time, there’s an issue with the crop of the picture or the staff is just unpleasant. Today 06.09.2020, I ordered a very sentimental floating frame, that I was very excited to pick it up. My pick up time was at 10:30am, I arrived at about 10:45, I told the guy my name and he told me it wasn’t ready, he said give him about a half hour, after telling him it was supposed to ready 15 minutes ago he started working on it. He didn’t seem very pleasant or happy to help me but I kept my cool and walked around the store for a couple minutes. He put together my picture and frame in about 15 to 20 minutes. He showed me before he packaged it and it seems to look good. Towards the end of my transaction, he became more pleasant and even looked for a coupon for me, which I was very grateful for. After getting home and looking at the frame, the picture isn't centered correctly and the measurements are off. I understand things happen, but I have bad service here more than I do good. I hope someone speaks to the staff about friendliness and time management. I spend too much money on pictures to not have great service.

This is by far THE WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy isn't staffed and they aren't open convenient hours at all. I received mutiple calles that my prescriptions were ready for pick up... got there only to find the pharmacy closed at 2! On multiple occasions I have received incomplete prescriptions, short 1 or more pills. They are incompetent. I can't wait to talk to my Dr and have my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy 0 help! Called about an update for a blood pressure medication could give me no time frame as to when it would be ready. Just wanted to tell me about how many prescriptions they had. Not helpful I work in health care and I get it EVERYONE is short staffed but seriously we are talking about medication. No weekend hours, close at 6. How are working families supposed to get their meds? Will be moving all of my meds probably from walgreens all together. Very convenient but disappointing.

This pharmacy is ok when they are open, but on top of inconvenient hours (not open on weekends) they just close randomly. I stopped in at 9:30AM on a Friday, and they are closed. I'm told they will open at 2:00PM. On a Friday. When they are aren't open on weekends. They obviously do not care about customers, so save yourself the hassle, and take your business elsewhere.

It's hit or miss here. Generally, the staff is nice and helpful. However, the pharmacy has a constantly rotating staff. The pharmacists are generally difficult to deal with. I don't think I have ever had an especially kind or helpful pharmacist here. I have had pharmacists make mistakes. I have had them question me in spite of the fact that I have used them for years. Support staff is nice and it's convenient and these are the only reasons I use this pharmacy at all.

Asked for a flu shot. Rude pharmacy tech said no. Too close to pharmacist's lunch and they don't do them 30 minutes before that. And don't come back before 2:15. Pharmacist's lunch is 1:30-2:00. It was 1:10. I get the lunch. I don't get the rude response and tone of voice. She didn't even look at me. She made it clear they weren't interested in giving flu shots. All she had to say was, gee, I'm sorry. The pharmacist is about to go to lunch. Can you come back at 2:15? I'm a long term customer of this pharmacy. I'll be getting my flu shot from someone else.

Would give a zero score if possible...so I begrudgingly had to leave 1 star. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY....RUDE STAFF, HOURS HORRIBLE AND ALWAYS MESSING UP THE PRESCRIPTIONS. Switching to Rite Aid over the bridge. Ashame that I even have to go over the bridge, with Walgreens right down the road!

Wow! Let me tell you this Walgreens pharmacy is amazing. I have used the one in Abingdon for years. The last year with them was beyond awful! I can't believe they haven't been shut down. This location is complete opposite. Super friendly fast and efficient. i'll be sticking with them from here out.

I have been dealing with walgreens for about 10yrs and wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff is very nice and helpful never rude always willing to help. The manager is also very polite helpful and all staff and manager always talks to you with a smile. And. I love the drive thru to get or drop off a prescription .Thank all of you at walgreens in perryville for always going that extra mile to help me with everythingThank you Sally

Due to pharmacist shortage the pharmacy is no longer open on the weekend. That is so inconvenient for people who need their refills or new medicine orders filled. This will cause Walgreen's to lose a lot of business.

All I needed was over-the-counter allergy medication, so I wasn't in here long, but just from my 2 minute observation I could tell this was the saddest Walgreens I've ever seen. The music in the store was playing at a low volume. Plus the floor was dirty. Just an overall depressing vibe. On a happy note the cashier was friendly, but I don't plan on coming back. At least the only clean place in Perryville is the library. Lol

I called the store to see if I could get an OTC medication added to my prescription I was going to pick up via the drive thru. The manager went out of her way to find what I needed and got it to the pharmacy, so when I came thru everything was ready.

Walgreens in Perryville Maryland is the worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced with they are so bad that I have transferred my prescription to a different Pharmacy and never will return to Walgreens to use as a pharmacy again they ought to be ashamed of themselves how they treat people at that drive-thru window
