This is by far the best groomer my Shih Tzu Banjo has ever seen in his 9yrs, imagine that! This groomer is the only one that understands what a cute Shih Tzu cut looks like and my Banjo never comes home itchy or miserable after being groomed by her so I can tell she manages her equipment well, like having good sharp blades etc. Also very friendly staff and so loving to the dogs, the dogs run around like kids in kindergarten, of course she asked permission first, very professional. Diane is a great groomer. My dog always looks and smells so good when done. She takes the time to talk about what needs to be done and cares about my dog. Every trim has looked great, never disappointed. Highly recommended.

I call to get my medical service dog, a scottish terrier, in just for a bath and brush out, nothing else. No clipping or trimming. Being handicap and it's getting harder for me to bath him. The girl that answered the phone was very rude. She didn't give me time to talk, all she said sorry I'm booked and hung up. Now Being a retired groomer myself of 55 years of service and 76 years old. I understand that at times it gets real busy. I wanted to ask if she had a cancelation would she call me but never got the chance. I have had times when I was busy but if a new client called I would somehow try to accommodate them because it's the client's that are keeping their business open and paying the shops bills and supplies. The way I was treated will make a difference when friends and family ask me about The Grooming Shop. I will not recommend them because of how I was treated. That was uncalled for and bad for business .

They are wonderful!! My dog was in bad shape as far as being matted. They got all of the mats out and made him look wonderful once again. I had called them in the morning and they got me in the same day. Very friendly and they truly care about the animals and customer service. The best grooming place ever!!!

Great with our dog, she loves to be there. They have always done an awesome job, even able to fix what should not have been attempted at home. They have taken at short notice but an appointment is best, book early, they do fill up.

Friendly, honest, good value, good grooming. They seem to genuinely like dogs, it's not just a business. They are tucked away in such a small place that you almost don't see them. That they are always busy tells me that they have a good reputation.

I'm a truck driver from Los Angeles, and was stuck for the weekend. Took my dogs here, and the service was OUTSTANDING!! EXCELLENT service and they threw in a few extras for free. If I'm ever here again,I won't hesitate to give them a call.

Love this place !!! Highly recommend. My dog was previously cut by a groomer and became terrified to go. The Grooming shop has treated him as one of their own. He is no longer terrified to get his hair cut. I cant thank them enough. Would give 10 stars if possible.

The Grooming Shop is the only groomer in the area I will take my blind 15 year old ShiTzu - Diane always does a wonderful job on him & because my ShiTzu is a special needs dog she always tries to get him done as soon as possible - Diane also grooms my cat - again a wonderful job - call ahead for an appointment - Diane books up fast - Obviously I am not the only one who thinks the Grooming Shop is the best groomer in the area!
