I really love this grocery store because the employees are always so friendly. I also get great prices and since switching from my old grocery store I save at least $25 every week on my grocery food bill. I also use the app to save more and get cash back. I'll remain a loyal customer.

It’s a hit or miss with this place to be honest… the meats don’t seem to be fully stocked when ever going here it seems like. And if you end up getting pre cut deli meats you may get slimy turkey anytime… noticed how the guy was fighting to give my mom the meats and just ended up throwing it at her where it fell down the case… but that usually wouldn’t naturally bother someone I guess. The only reason for this review was… idk who it was if it was a worker or there was just meat not put back that gave off this horrid smell as I’m loading my family’s food onto the belt… I’m pretty sure it was a worker tho… and my God you must of had flu farts or whatever. Made my eyes go completely crossed eyed. I never in my life wanna smell that ronch again… other than that they should consider self check out!!!! Or self check out carts!!!!

Food Lion is a place I go to when I'm tired of Walmart or other grocery stores. But this store seems to be clean and friendly staff. Prices are just about the same as in other places.

This is best grocery store in cecil county bar none. The deals are the best in the area, especially with soda. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of a self checkout. When it's busy the lines can back up pretty long.

10:50pm tonight was told "sorry boss were closed man" by a young male manager as I was walking into the store. So walking back to my truck watched as the same guy allowed another customer into the store. Closing time was 11:00 and yes I did cut it short, and had no problem until I saw another person allowed in when I was refused not a problem will gladly now buy from elsewhere.

Food Lion the market close to Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville I ordered two eight pieces of Fried Chicken this was my first time trying Food Lion Fried Chicken first I only ordered two eight pieces they gave us 48 pieces of chicken this is the worst chicken I've ever had in my life 51 years of living this is supposed to be the South y'all are supposed to be able to make fried chicken that is your claim to fame Fried Chicken soul food this chicken from Food Lion is so horrible it is full of uncooked balls of dough we or staying at Great Wolf Lodge we was too tired to drive back and take this horrible chicken back just despicable horrible horrible chicken the chicken is pretty battered and it has no seasoning no taste just balls of dough all up under the skin you have turned me away from Fried Chicken Food Lion just horrible I have to give a one star but you deserve a negative one

Everyone that I’ve encountered that works here is very odd. You’ll just say hello and they’ll look at you like you’re bothering them or like you have 2 heads. Customer service is not a thing. The people that stock the shelves don’t even bother to move out of the way when you’re trying to get something out off the shelves. Weird.

This Food Lion is often out of the sale meats at 5 pm when lot of people are shopping. Tonight at 5 pm there was no ground beef that was on sale. That's crazy. It wasn't like that before. This is a regular occurrence and I often go to another Food Lion now where they are fully stocked.

This store is always clean, organized, well stocked with fresh produce AND THE STAFF ARE AWESOME! They are respectful and kind and THE CASHIERS ACTUALLY RING UP YOUR GROCERIES!!! They don't just stand nearby looking at their phones.

These are the cleanest grocery stores around. You won't find anything out or place or even slightly dirty. Very refreshing to see at least one of the food chains actually take pride in their stores.

Phenomenal staff. They're always kind and helpful. Management will go above and beyond to ensure they have the products you're looking for. The shelves are always neatly stocked and on the rare occasion they're out of something, they'll give you specifics on why the product is out of stock and an approximate date when they will have it again. It is always clean and clutter free. The isles are easily accessible. Any fruit or vegetables that are no longer fresh enough to sell, they donate to Plympton Park Zoo for their animals. This Food Lion offers great value and outstanding service.

Clean and inviting, Cashiers are friendly and check out is usually quick 9 times outta 10. Even with shortages Food Lion has had most of our families grocery list with very few instances the item wasn't in store. Shop there bi- weekly with the wife and never had any issues. They have great sales on products and my wife took advantage of their shop and earn program where she used $11 shop and earn rewards towards our recent check out. So it pays to shop there literally.

Probably my favorite grocery store that I've ever frequented. Only gripe I have is every now and then scammers will lurk around in the parking lot. I know that's not in their control but I feel it's worth mentioning because the scammers can get pretty clever. Just tell customer service if you spot them and they can have the police shoo them away as their parking lot is private property.

I may be a little biased because I worked there for close to 2 years, but I'm not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that this location has the friendliest staff I've ever seen in a grocery store. Things are easy to find, and frustration free when speaking with Associates. Most pleasurable place to shop. Most, if not all Associates genuinely care about the customer and will stop what they're doing to assist. Over the work communicators, I've heard a manager ask for someone to volunteer to help someone with their groceries to their car, and multiple people volunteer to do so. Amazing place to work at, and an even more amazing store to shop at!

Large parking lot. Well laid out inside and one of the better run local Food Lions. Their produce and meats appear fresh and we'll stocked. The general cleanliness of the store is well above average for the area.

The store was great. The staff was great and friendly and helpful. The only thing is I walked out with not even enough food to cover the bottom of my basket and I paid over $100... I didn't even get anything all that expensive. It's a great store but it is ridiculously overpriced.

Get with the times they carry. Zero. Keto foods. Today they didn't even have heavy whipping cream. Never fail when I go to get a item they don't have it. Why can't u carry keto breads. Keto cereal etc.
