My friends and I visited this location to pick out flowers to create bouquets for our Valentine’s night. We visited this location versus any other stores with an entire floral section because one of my friends specified they were just here a few days ago and they had a large selection. Which to our surprise, the buckets with the selection of individual flowers (not premade bouquets) was entirely empty. While this was frustrating, this is not the reason for my three stars. The reason I am giving three stars is because on the way in we were standing off to the side by the carts for a second and the cart employee was being creepy just standing there staring and told my friend she smells nice. Very weird

I went to this store today and it happens to be my birthday. I went here for a cake however decided to get dinner for the night. As myself and spouse are checking out, I noticed a guy circling around as well as a short white lady walking back and forth while staring. I have never felt so uncomfortable while checking out. A similar incident happened at the Weis near Middlesex. While we are checking out it’s other ppl that are also checking out however I felt we were the only ones being watched. We needed something override in order to proceed to pay. That same guy comes over and checks our list of things rang up without even saying hello or anything. Please train your staff, I thought their actions were classless, racist and very rude. Also they truly lacked customer service. Maybe if we were white the service would’ve been better. I will never shop here again.By the way the number provided by the “owner” is disconnected. Do not shop here

Have shopped here since it opened +20 (?) years ago. The store used to be decent, as far as customer service went. Has consistently gone downhill starting about 2015. A slight improvement when Rob Santoni became Mgr. But, Store mgmt is now terrible - complete lack of customer attn, attitude, enthusiasm, and priority, especially when the changed from a 24 hr store.Now, the downgrade to only having 1 or 2 Cashiers makes it beyond miserable.

Awful service!!!!! I had to call 4 times to get through to anyone. The bakery was supposed to put through an order and call me back the next day and never called back. When I finally got ahold of the manager, he made up some excuse that the girl was new and therefore that I should just understand that, after I had to call back like 4 different times and they everything called me back to check up on my order to see what I wanted. Just really poor service!!

I wish I could give 0 stars! I was shopping while waiting for my son’s doctor appointment that was in the same shopping center as Weis and he needed a wheelchair because of his sports injury and we were asked by the employee Tim if we really needed it and my son was uncomfortable and wanted to know why he asked that and my son was upset and wanted to leave because it was clear he was injured. I told the store manager Silvia and all she said was sorry. Horrible customer service and will never shop at WEIS AGAIN!!! Maybe we were asked that because we are BLACK! Weis on 9400 Scott Moore Way!!

Dissappointed that i had dealt with a rude customer associate behind the meat counter two weeks ago. I was told to call customer service 1800 number- no one answered. I left a message and no one has returned my call. You lost my family and I’s business.

I've shopped at this location for Curbside Pick- Up for the past several months. Tim is the Supervisor on the Shopping Online Desk, and every order is always packed just perfectly. If a requested item isn't available, Tim or one of his Assistants phones to suggest a replacement. The service within the Store proper is always superb as well.

I've had recent interactions with a few employees over the last 10days and they were very positive giving me a higher opinion of Weis Market overall. I still advise that you examine your receipt and keep track of shelf price. There's a large % of errors in that area all favoring Weis. I will update regularly if there are changes.

Slightly odd store layout. There self check out yells at you if you don't bag your item right away and wont let you continue until you fix it. Which can be frustrating but other than that store is pretty good with ample parking.

I'm finding a lot of foods to be expired. My son bought Hillshire farm Roast beef lunch meat July 31st. He went to make a sandwich and I looked at the expiration date which was June 9 2022. Seriously, a month and a half and it is still on the shelf. I've seen expired yogurt as well. The self check out is ridiculous, I'm spending money in your store, I'm not paid to do a cashier's job while they stand in the front of the store on their cell phone. I believe people should get an employee discount for doing other people's jobs.

This evening was awful. More than half of the self check outs were closed, and there were more than 15 people waiting in line to use the 3 that were open. There was only one girl at the regular checkout and that line was equally as long. I went to the customer service area to look for a manager and they closed at 6 PM. I could not find an on duty manager to ask what was the problem. I expect this kind of delay from the other grocery store down the street, not from you guys.

Buyer beware, don't trust the ads on the shelf. Check yo receipts. What's up with the "advertised" prices not working at checkout every single time? Or "advertised" at the normal price? Buy one get one free? Maybe! Great low Price! ( at 5 cents off). Or "must buy x quantity" that still doesn't work, leaving me with a six month supply of something at full price anyway. This sale needs x quantity, this one needs to be scanned to some app, this one just doesn't work, that one is below a completely different product on the shelf. I'm done with this store and paying full price for stuff that is incorrectly labeled or misleading fine print.

My husband and I make a special trip to the Weis in Perry Hall on Joppa Rd mostly for the meat counter.We love that there is a butcher and it's not all pre packaged meats. Marcus the manager is the most friendly guy. The people he has working with him are always friendly. They always go the extra step to make sure all the customers have what their looking for.We also want to let you know the seafood section is great. I don't think I've ever passed the counter and picked up a oder like I have at other grocerie stores. That is a real deterrent if you are ready to purchase seafood. I know that the one man's name is Ed. The other person is a very nice lady with a accent.Please express our sincere appreciation for the service.

This was our first time visiting a Weis Market (we are visiting from Seattle, WA). The store was very clean, the staff were friendly and the selections of items to shop from was great. The prices were good and we did join the "Weis Membership" to obtain the additional savings on some items that we wanted. We plan on re-visiting before we head back west.

I have shopped this location for years. The store offers a great variety and the guys in the meat department are extremely nice and helpful. However this location has the worst customer service representatives. The lady whom I have had the unfortunate luck of dealing with several times, won't even let you finish your sentence before she starts talking to you in her extremely frustrated and angry tone. Not at all professional. Unlike other stores that have staff wiping down carts between customers and handing you a clean cart, if you are lucky there's an employee sitting on a motorized seated cart with a wipe to hand you after you have already touched the cart. If you ask for a manager, you get a person that is the "acting manager" who can not make a decision or help you at all. This store used to have great employees and I enjoyed shopping here. I think Weis needs to retrain their management and put people in customer service that actually like people.

I shop at Weis for convenience reasons, but have thrown away many expired products recently (bagged snack items, dairy puddings, yogurts, and bread.) I am ok with self checkout but feel bad for people who hate it and have to.wait in long line with only one cashier.)

Really disappointed this morning, came to the store at 8:30am, went to deli and sign says open 10-7. Seriously? And the ‘precut’ deli meats area was almost empty. Moved on to bakery, no sign, but no muffins to buy singlely, only 4 packs of corn and pistachio. No thank you. What’s the point of being open early if the individual departments aren’t open ?

Very clean, well stocked store. Wonderful deli, floral and produce departments, as well as bakery. Friendly, helpful employees and manager. One area that could use improvement is the organic produce area. Prices are a bit too high which looks like it results in spoilage. Drop the prices just a little, or run weekly specials on a couple of the fresh organic items (like your competitor around the corner does) and they will definitely sell. Most importantly, remove the spoiled items from the shelf. Just looks really bad to see jacked up prices and spoiled goods sitting there. I really wanted to buy organic grapes but without the mold...🤷‍♀️🤓

This is my favorite weis. For the most part the store is always clean and well stocked. The meat department has a nice variety and always as meat with coupons on them, which I like. I really like the store brand cereal sale, when you by 3 you get each for $1.88 each. They always have this sale going, and the wheat flakes taste just like Wheaties. The only thing I say needs to be addressed is the ladies bathroom always seems to be dirty and in disarray. As well, there self checkout is the worst out of any store I've been to. It is so sensitive and will constantly stop working and need the worker to come over. Very annoying. Overall I will continue to shop at this particular weis.

My favorite place to purchase produce and fresh bakery items. The seafood, meat, deli, international, and health food sections have been GREATLY expanded and are now some of THE BEST in the area. I'd strongly encourage you to see for yourself why Weiss is a company that is ADDING STORES (i.e., when other supermarkets are going out of business).
