You know, I thought the sour disposition of the cashiers was a coincidence. However, the pattern has emerged... I can feel the actual discomfort of the staff with particular types of customers. As if the first time someone put my money on the counter wasn't rude enough. The second time (different person). I'm done. No wawa will see another of my dollars!!!!

I go to this Wawa often…Perry Hall, MDI use the charger and get gas for my cars…. Today I ordered food and let’s say it was so wrong that I had to bring two sandwiches back into the store after picking the up after ordering it on line using the mobile app… I understand mistakes happen but you would think the manager on duty could say we are sorry and we will remake the subs…. Nope that never happen. An employee even made a comment about me and I heard her…(Stacey). The manager Marsha remade the subs but I asked her does anyone even care that I left the store and had to come back. No response. So disappointed and won’t be back if someone from Wawa doesn’t reach out to me.Parking: Parking lot is dirty

Yeah... They care far more about socializing than making food. Forgot to make my pizza when I was literally the only person in the store for 15 min. Then when I asked about it, they never said sorry or admitted it they just went to the back to make it and didn't come back out until it was done so 40 min all in all for a terrible pizza and terrible service and them trying to gaslight me about it. Just clean house and you'll start making decent product again.

This Wawa is the newest gas station in Perry Hall. It is open for business since March of 2022. So far, the price of gas is one the lowest in the area. “Regular,” “Plus,” “Premium,” “Super,” and “diesel” prices are the same for cash and credit cards. There are 16 pumps, which are new and equipped with a contactless credit card reader. Plus, there are 8 Tesla Superchargers, as well. Most importantly, this gas station is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a frequenter of this location I can no longer overlook the obvious mistreatment of customers and employees here. The management is so inconsistent. I always am overhearing staff gossiping about employees, management, and customers. I once even overheard an employee talking about managers using drugs WHILE on the job!!!!! It seems as if the higher ups at this place don't care about staff or customers at all.

Ordered southwest chicken chipotle panini. My sandwich doesn't have chicken in it. My gf thinks its funny but I was mad eating bread, tomatoes, lettuce, and sauce. One star for whoever made this panini.

Came in on 6/14/23 at 11:23, had 2 staff members working on orders while 3 others stood there and complained about how there was no pride decorations and how other stores get to decorate there store more then this one. I don’t care about your decorations stop talking and sipping on your drink and get back to work. Must be nice to get paid to complain and not work. Only nice part was The girl at the front was very nice and helpful.

I went to this location a few weeks ago at around quarter to 10pm, i waited 15-20 minutes for my meal, a humble salad. The staff seemed quite disoriented and lacked any knowledge of making said salad. I ordered a chicken strip salad with some dressing, onions and carrots. I believe there was a mixup and i was given the wrong salad. I did not notice this until after getting gas. When i came back in there was a new group of people working, they were much more friendly and insisted they remake my food. It only took another 3-4 minutes and the salad was much more presentable. I didn't get any names of the employees but they seemed much more in tune with the work cut for them. I do plan on coming back to this location, i'm just not sure how late i'll need to come in to get good service.

So I’ve been contemplating doing this for a while and I’ve decided that something needs to be said… so I’ve never actually gotten the name of the employee but I could point her out. Description: colorful hair, heavyset etc. back to my point I just can’t allow myself or anyone else to be disrespected like that again so I’m coming as a disappointed customer she is extremely disrespectful, non helpful to customers very aggressive and it’s honestly no need for it I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t have to deal with that. I loved coming to this Wawa but I will not tolerate disrespect. You guys seriously need to evaluate who you have working for you it helps a lot. So until then you’ve just lost yourself a loyal customer and I’m sending this to corporate.

Literally took 20 minutes to get a scrambled egg bowl. I was the only one in the store waiting for food. They made absolutely no effort to expedite the process. Both woman sat it the back laughing telling jokes. I come here every morning but don’t think I will come Anymore.

Tonight 3/18 @10:40pm the Wawa staff were short hand, only had 3 employees in the whole darn place and was slammed with food orders, DoorDash and walkins alike. They came out on top, handled the overload with grace abd professionalism and still got my order perfect with my little extra toppings.

Cheesesteak was dry. Fries taste like they were made 6 days ago left in the heater. Was supposed to get garlic aioli mac but they were out of all mac's. Won't be going back for food from there for sure.

Ordered something simple. 4 egg white bowls with chicken steak only.The girl in training seemed confused, stating "4 bowls?" out loud.I told her she could just use two bowls and put 2 orders in each.Once received, there were two egg whites in each but only one serving of chicken in each.When I asked the person training her if that was two servings of chicken in each and showed it to her she swiftly and dismissively told me yes, even though I know for a fact it was not, being a customer at other Wawa stores and ordering the same thing for a long time now. In hindsight, what I should have said was " this is not enough chicken" but I wasn't feeling confrontational today.Not super thrilled to go back, but I might try again. Bad first impression for a new place.Second time I came late at night and they hooked me up with a good amount so I added a star or two. Will update accordingly.Several times later and I'm done with this place. I was so excited to have a Wawa a little closer but its barely functional. I come multiple times a week after the gym to get eggs and they keep telling me they are out. Eventually one guy who wants to do his job makes me some from the back which was cool. Then the past few times no eggs again, and finally today, the last straw they tell me "no eggs at night" (in a very ignorant fashion, probably not people you want handling your food in the first place). I've been getting eggs at night for years and the only reason I come, so this is a final deal breaker. I just hope it goes under so we can fill the space with something more useful.

I’m just glad to have a Wawa near my house. The staff could use customer service training and the place could be cleaner. They do handle a large volume due to the location. There’s Tesla superchargers. Especially grateful for that!!

I would consider myself a regular at this wawa. Daily i walk in and immediately feel unwelcome when the employees sigh and roll their eyes at me and make smart comments about how “im back again”. Just makes me feel like my business is not appreciated.

I know it gets busy. I order food at 9 am and set it up to be picked up at 930 am. I get there and they haven't made my order. I asked and they looked but said they haven't made it yet and apologized for the inconvenience. Looked fully staffed for a Sunday morning with 4/5 behind the counter making orders.

DO YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT OUR NEW 12" DOUBLE DECKER CHEESE FILLED WHATEVER SANDWICH?!?! No, but I have no option to mute the forced, loud ads on the pump. Yet another horrid gas station with those pumps that blare loud ads at you, and no button on it will mute it while pumping. I repeatedly tried every button to stop that obnoxious noise. And 93 octane is ten cents more than the Rofo 30 seconds down the road, which doesn't have pump advertisements. So, no, their income for forcing those ads on you doesn't mean you get cheaper gas. Whoever approved those pumps should be forced to wake up at 4 a.m. to that every day for the rest of their miserable life.
