Awesome neighborhood pet store. Very clean friendly staff, a little pricier then your standard Petco. But great variety of treats/food. They have something most pet stores don't, a really cool spot to wash and blow dry your dogs yourself. They supply everything. Costs $10-$20 Very cool! They also offer grooming there as well and dog training. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff and a great place to take your pup for a wash. They have 3 good sized bathing bays at waist level so you don't have to bend over to wash your dog. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is due to price on certain items... Not a bargain store.

This store is deceiving because while the footprint is small, the selection is HUGE! Lots of premium pet foods to choose from at reasonable prices. The leashes/collars selection is great because they offer styles not typically found in big-name chain stores.The dog toys...wow...we found some new toys that I've not seen elsewhere. The pet bathing center is really nice, and the store is pet-friendly! Oh, and they have lots of other products (like beds, frames, mugs...general pet lover products).I highly recommend that anyone with a dog or cat check them out!

Melissa was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful with finding the right items for our dog. She even gave us some training tips to help with leash training! We will definitely continue to shop there for all of our doggie needs.

Nice staff, great selection. This place seems more geared towards dog-related stuff. They have a pretty nice program for Blue Buffalo food where you buy five over time and get the sixth bag free for free. Lots of good discounts on treats too.

Very, very helpful and friendly staff. Offers variety of quality pet foods and supplies. Has a self serve dog wash and professional grooming. If you sign up for their Pet Valu card you can save $10 each time you reach a certain point level and they also offer buy 12 bags get 1 free on certain dog food brands.

Well, they have nearly everything the large pet stores have and very helpful and friendly staff. They also offer bathing and grooming services, but since I'm just a spud, I've no use for a bath or a shave until it's time to be mashed. 🥔

Walking in I thought, this is really a nice store for all your furry family needs. Anyway, my Pup needed a trim, of which this location had availability on a Saturday afternoon. I thought .... Wow! I took my pup in asked for a trim and to not cut more than hair his hair. I returned less than two hours later to find 90% of his fur cut clean off by Christine the groomer. I could not believe she did the opposite of what I requested. She then said, I cut less than half his hair! I responded by saying, you cut all his hair. One can not tell his breed at this point. Highly, upset considering not paying for the service, even though I did! I just won’t be returning!!!!!! I wish I could upload before & after pics. my cell isn’t giving me the option to post pics.

We love the pet bath. There are aprons to keep you dry, elevated tubs to keep your back healthy, shampoo and conditioner, towels and dryers. One thing they should add is slip proof steps into the tubs. My pup has always been apprehensive on the slippery stairs. Staff is always friendly and fast.

A great place for pet supplies. We always bringbour dog Lucy there for a bath, especially after hiking in Gunpowder State Park. Friendly people, a good selection and reasonable prices. Smaller than the jumbo sized Pet Smart anx others and I like that.

Just took our Sibe, Elvis, for a bath. We used the self washing tubs. Very nice. The tubs are perfect size. The shower head was perfect and made giving him a bath a breeze. They also provide air dryers, towels, shampoo and smocks. We will be going back for sure 😊

This is the best pet store in the world. This is also their best location. My dog recently developed a food allergy and they helped me find food she could eat, I could afford and still feel good about giving her. They also let me return the unopened food

I have been bringing my 2 dogs to Pet Value for about 2 plus years once a month for a bath. Its so relaxing and the dogs love the experience. Normally finished both dogs in apprx 30 minutes. Due to cv they have made some changes to make sure its properly disinfected and by appt only...thank you.. What I do not understand is why i would need 2 appts an hour apart in order to do both dogs when it only takes 30 min for both. I think this should be re evaluated. Disappointed

Service here is unmatched elsewhere. They helped carry my dog food to the car while I had a toddler in my arms. Rewards program yields cash kickbacks. Dog wash station onsite.

They carry an obscure brand of cat food I haven't been able to find anywhere else! Very friendly, the store is always clean. Only drawback is they don't carry a ton of the brand I buy so I have to make sure to get there the day they get the delivery and stock up when I can.

The little cat ravioli catnip toys are the best toys in the world. My cats, especially 1 with special needs, goes crazy over them. I think because the catnip scent is so strong.
