I usually go here instead of CVS across the street, but not anymore. Paid $50 for pictures I already picked up, my fault for not opening the folder to look at them, their fault for making a duplicate order. Had to go back and pay more for the ones I actually ordered. Nice lady working there but can’t help me return them, need to talk to Ken the manager, who’s not there. Ken works less hours than I do so I’ll never see him, left my name and number for a phone call. No phone call from Ken…

Went to this Walgreens at 6:20pm on New Years Eve with my husband. He ran in and started looking for the item he needed. Before he could, an employee started yelling at him that the store closed at 6:00. She also yelled at another customer who was trying to buy some medicine. My husband apologized and explained that he didn’t realized that the store was closed since the door was not only unlocked but wide open. The employee called him rude and continued to speak in a raised volume to him and the other customer. These employees clearly need better screening and training.

Went to Walgreens for my first COVID shot. They were really busy but very efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was helpful and friendly.

They saved the day for my daughter's prescription today. She needed her antibiotic ASAP and her regular pharmacy was out of stock. Walgreens staff made it happen for us, even at the very end of their day. I appreciate their help and they really went above and beyond for us.

Walgreens Pharmacy in Riviera Beach has become horrible! My RX was sent electronically as always every month, on Monday. Here it is Friday and the site still states Pharmacist reviewing prescription!! This isn't the first time!!! Same RX, same insurance, nothing has changed! Now I have to take MY time, and drive over there to see what the issue is! Tried calling and it's impossible to get to a live person! I've used this location for over 38 years. Think it's time for a change!!

We are encouraged to get vaccinations yet the Walgreens in Pasadena is giving my husband an hour worth of trouble to vaccinate our 13 year daughter . They wanted all of this insurance verification yet the vaccination is free ??? They are saying they can’t get verification ? If this was CVS , there would be no issues . One hour later and my daughter still not not received the vaccination .

Absolutely RIDICULOUS Pharmacy Hours for the people who live in pasadena, but work 30 minutes or more from pasadena, and have a 9-5 job! Atleast the Rivera Beach Store. They are 9-5:30 on weekdays and closed Saturday and Sunday. Why????? It is irresponsible to do this to people who have put their trust in you. How about hiring enough staff to get the job done, instead of cheaping out with a skeleton crew!? Total thumbs down from me!👎👎👎👎👎

One employee was wearing their mask below their chin. I had also called ahead to ensure they would take my passport photo. Despite that confirmation, when I got there they told me to go to a different business across the street. Don't recommend

According to the website, the pharmacy is open until 10:00 on Saturday…and it’s not. Get there, and the lady tells me to not trust the internet….it’s on your own website. Very helpful.

Looking for a magnesium for my husband. Several bottles, different add on names as .agnesium citrate. I needed magnesium oxide. Pharmacy took time to explain and find the correct one for me, plus explained the difference.

Went to Walgreens for a vaccination. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to wait long considering I was a walk in.

There ok they would not give me the correct medication I needed on 02-23-2021 and they was really rude about it and the customer is always right there was two different RX numbers I’m not happy with the pharmacy for what they did to me they told me I’m not getting the medication I had to call a different pharmacy to get the correct one not even had issues with that but they gave it to me and my doctor told me I have to use two different medications for what the problem my half and they should not be arguing with the customers and I call the corporate store and told them it was two different people I talk too person that answered the phone and the pharmacist that fills the prescription I never had a problem with them before and now I do and it was so rude how they talk to me
