Very shortly upon arriving at Himmel’s I was greeted by one of the employees who took me to look at various native plants according to my wishlist. Joey was exceptionally knowledgeable and never pushy about trying to sell me anything. I honestly felt more like I was at an arboretum taking a tour because he gave me so many interesting bits of information. It was fascinating. I felt heard and seen and comfortable. Right then I knew I would be giving all of my business to this local nursery instead of the local hardware type stores that I had in the past. I also ended up getting a bulk dirt delivery which was so quick and efficient and so much cheaper than all of those bags of soil I had purchased in the past. I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with other team member and they were all very kind, including the owner, Elizabeth.By the way, my plants are beautiful, and I have so many butterflies and bees enjoying them. And I’m thoroughly enjoying my orange hummingbird mint that wasn’t in stock when I first went, but Joey was able to tell me when it should be in (he did this from memory-and he was right!)

I am so pleased with the service I received today. I have been scouting out good firewood and found Himmels. I am very pleased that I did! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly employee who helped me find what I needed. In the time it took me to pay, a gentleman was ready to help me load the wood into my car. This employee was also very friendly and, with his help, my car was loaded quickly and I was on my way. The price was fair for both the quality and quantity of what I received. I will happily recommend Himmels to friends and family for all landscaping needs. Thank you!

We love Himmel's so much. It's a fantastic atmosphere and there's always someone around who's so pleasant and willing to help you find what you need. A few weeks ago, we visited to pick out our yearly pumpkins and we were had the best time with the Fall activities and chatting with the wonderful people who work there. Ty was especially helpful and we will always return.

My visit last Friday was great. This was my second visit the first time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is very informative, helpful, and patient. This time I had the pleasure of meeting with Ty who was very helpful because I honestly had no clue what I was doing. Ty gave me creative ideas to decorate my front yard for the fall.

Good selection of plants and mulch. We were able to drive my pickup straight in and have scoops of soil loaded straight into the bed. They also accommodated a large last minute order for soil. And we got a cute little brass piglet for the garden.

This place is beyond amazing... I have struggles the past two weeks trying do do my back yard from start to finish. I had so many people over charging me for the job to get don’t. Then I found this place. The owner is the nicest person I have ever met!!! She was so helpful in so many ways. Laid everything out for me straight forward as I had no clue on what to do. Her team is amazing and they have excellent customer service! 10/10 recommend this place. They are amazing and I will be returning for any future projects!! Thank you guys so so much! Truly an amazing business you guys have.

I stopped by Himmel's yesterday looking for a specific plant. I was helped by Ty and Madelyn. Madelyn was not actually working, she just happened to be there and was still willing to help. She walked me from one end of the property to the other showing me not one but four different kinds of the plant I was looking for. Ty was very friendly and gave me a lot of good plant knowledge. Despite the heat, Ty also walked with me to the end of the property to show me rock. He was very patient and very helpful. I have ordered mulch which was delivered next day and just ordered some rock which will be here tomorrow. Helpful staff and next day delivery for a very reasonable charge you can't ask for much more.

I am so happy with my experience here, staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The parking lot is a bit dicey getting in and out of, but the prices are competitive and they even deliver locally for a very reasonable fee. I will definitely be coming back! I’ve already gotten several compliments on my new plum tree 😃

I had gone to Himmels for the first time looking for a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I’ve been back 3 times since to buy garden supplies for myself. I asked a lot of questions about which plants do best in certain conditions and gained invaluable knowledge. Every single person I encountered there was super friendly and helpful- especially Rudy! They have made a customer for life!

Himmels just did a large landscape design at my home and it looks awesome! I dealt directly with Elizabeth and she was a real pleasure to work with. In fact the entire staff was super friendly and detail oriented. What I like the most about this experience is they stand behind their workmanship. As some plants grew in they just didnt look right. When I called back Elizabeth was quick to respond and addressed the issue. This is rare in today's world. To put it simply... Himmels cares about their customers and I appreciate that. I highly recommend them. If you're looking for something as small as a potted plant or as large as a full yard design, look no farther!

Always beautiful plants and wonderful service! I was so happy to meet Rudy yesterday, he gave me gardening tips that I never knew and made some great recommendations. When I was paying he took everything to my car for me, you can tell he cares about the customers, and really enjoys his job which make the shopping experience so pleasant and personable. This was my first time at Himmel's, and it was a great experience! Ty was super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect plants for my garden. He carried everything to my car and loaded it for me. And he even let my daughter pet the chickens and goats in the back, which made her day! I never thought she'd say that her favorite part of the day was going to the garden center with me, but today it was! These guys are great, and clearly care a lot about what they do!

I had such a fantastic experience with Himmel’s! Yesterday evening I sent an email about having some soil and compost delivered this week. Today I spoke with Elizabeth was a gem! She took my payment by phone and the soil was delivered SAME DAY. Like two hours later! Elizabeth was so professional and helpful! She even gave me some nice pointers on creating a good soil pH as well as a great deal on earthworm castings! I’m forever grateful. Best believe me when I say, this is my new go-to garden center!

Very attentive & reasonable prices. They usually have seasonal packages with a good variety of items. Large carts available to fill up and will assist if needed. Small location with limited parking but will be back because of the people & overall atmosphere.

I visited this location in need of professional help for my front and back yard. I was greeted with great service and warm welcoming. Elizabeth took her time and helped me create the most beautiful set up for my yard. By far the best service I’ve ever had. As I drove by the garden center, I noticed these beautiful zinnias planted by the store gate. I was instantly reminded of my dear mother who loved zinnias and always planted them in her yard. I tried to plant some in her memory this year but didn't have much luck. I went into the store and asked if I could pick some of these lovely zinnias in her memory. I offered to pay what ever was asked. I was given a shiny pair of scissors and was told I could pick what I wanted and there was no charge. What a gift I was given!! We just left Himmels and had a great experience like usual. It's my go-to in the area for gorgeous (and even native) plants! Lots of variety of flowers, fruits, herbs, veggies, trees . You name it. Ty was such an awesome help getting our plants and helping us order rocks for delivery that we will be back soon to fill in the rest of our new garden. Thanks for all the help!!
