I was being threaten by a random old lady customer for "taking her parking space" she started cussing me out in the parking lot and threatening me. I don't say a word and go inside and get what I need as Im in there I see the young mixed cart pusher guy with the poofy hair walking with her through out the store, I was thinking he was calming her down or something.I eventually go outside and just ask him what she said and he said, she said "I was rude." I told him I didnt even say anything and she was the one threatening me. He said that she was "justified in feeling that way" I replied "shes justified in threatening me?" and he said he didnt want to get in the middle of things and told me I was in the wrong! My blinker was on as well and the parking spot was on the side of my vehicle.----I go in to talk to the manager and she was very understanding and it helped me grasp this situation. 3 stars until the cart guy isnt there anymore because Im pretty sure hyping up an a mad old lady isn't in his job description. I miss the older gentleman with the hat.-----Id imagine if that lady wasn't so frail and old she would've put some action behind her words but she is all talk and her makeup was trash.

Great customer service! I lost my wallet awhile back and Amber returned it when she saw me in the store. I truly appreciate her taking the time to find me again. I appreciate a store that cares about its customers that way.

Greenbacks is my "Go To" grocery store! I love the many options of foods! I use to live alone, and I found that a lot of the foods, would be packaged for those who aren't feeding an Army! Now that I live with family, I end up buying more food, while still saving money! Love That Store!

I go here sometime for things I can't get anywhere else, This is the only place you can get any regional items in one place. The staff is nice and helpful. Some prices are a little high but what isn't! The bakery is excellent.

The store is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. I got these two delicious doughnuts at 6 in the morning on a Friday and even then the staff was lovely. The store also always has such a nice arrangement of items and such a range.

I love this grocery store. I go out of my way and pass a couple other grocery stores, but it I worth it! The selection of pre-made meals is awesome and great for lunch during the week. They have a nice deli department and a great selection of salads, alot of them store made. They have a good selection of seafood and a nice meat section. The crab pretzels are to die for. The store is always clean, stocked and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. I just ordered a cake from their bakery and it looked great and tasted great! They have a nice selection of baked goods and are always fresh. I have visited 2 other locations and still like this 1 best.

Cashiers are horrible. They don’t say hello. I thanked him when he gave me the receipt and he said nothing. He was to busy throwing stuff at the other cashier. I said “you’re welcome and have a good night “. He laughed at me. It’s basically a mom and pop of Pasadena so customer service is key because prices are high, so something needs us to shop there.

They worked hard to make store nice and clean. As long time customer of lauer's supermarket, I can say it is more managed store. Only three star from me for employee, they need train employee more. Some of the employee; lauer's to now I never found politeness inside of them. They change store name or sell(I don't know) they change store setting, worker dress and color but never change their attitude. I am sorry for some nice ladies but some of them really need to pay attention to serve nicely.

Still a great store for all of your food needs please remember to bring your own bags or you may purchase some at the store. They also offer delivery to your home. Great staff with new arrivals being trained. Decent prices and should have all you're looking for! Happy soon to be Easter!

I was surprisingly pleased with this place because they have a lot of local Baltimore brands. Dangerously delicious pies, Vacarro's, Michele's granola, Taharka, among others. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the price to compare on all of the price tags is almost useless in this store. Soy sauce for example, one option was comparable in ounces, another in quarts, and another in gallons. It makes it very difficult to comparison shop when you have to pull out a calculator to understand which one is the best value.

Very disappointed, my 77 year old grandfather is a regular customer, went to the seafood counter today the guy working there was in the back talking to someone else for about ten minutes no help so he pick up 2 cans of oysters put them in his cart as he was walking away told my grandfather it’s not a self serve, my grandfather apologized and explained no one was helping him, this guy got so angry and disrespectful cursing at him when my grandfather explained he was going to speak to management he said go ahead.

Uhhh. Hey, uh, Geresbeck's, can ya'll explain to me how you call this a "Peanut Butter" creme pie? There was not a hint, not a taste, not a speck, not an essence, and neither hide nor hair of peanut butter. Basically, I paid $7.99 for a "Cool Whip" pie with chocolate shavings on it and caramel drizzle.Ya'll bake like this? Ya'll are proud of this? I'm not. To say the least, I was met with tasteless disappointment. It's a no from me, dawg. I'll get my baked goods at Green Valley where my tastebuds will actually be happy. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Very poor customer service. The awful smell has finally been corrected but I still cannot accept how terrible the service is. Another woman in line told me she was happy I was reporting the poor service, she said it was horrible. A few cashiers will say hello but my last experience with a female cashier without a name badge who felt it more important to hold a full on conversation with another cashier while ignoring me as a paying customer was it for me. I tried to help her with manners and said hello, her response was to snarl hello back and then bark my total. Wow, she was extremely nasty for no reason. I shared this terrible experience with the manager Troy who was nice and said he would let the other general manager know. The right thing to do would have been to address her then and there. Who knows, they may all be friends. They won't have to worry about me shopping there anymore, I am done. My husband and I spend too much money there to be treated with such unconcern or care.We have options!

Make sure you go to the bakery while you're in the store. Because of the people that work behind the counter are very nice. They help me out with a birthday cake for my daughter very awesome job guys thank you so much. I can't remember the young lady's name. That was working and help me out with my cake but she's awesome and she deserves A raise.

I love this store. All of the employees are so friendly. The cashier's are great, everybody at the bakery is always so nice and cheerful, the cart attendant always says hello and makes you feel welcome, everyone in the back at the deli and meat department are always helpful and polite. It's just a really nice store overall. I wish I could compliment every employee that works there because they all do a great job, the shelves are always neat and the place is always clean. Super well managed store, everyone there should be proud. They do an excellent job.

Great sales/ produce section and they carry some things you can't find everywhere which draws me back to the store when I'm in the area. The bakery however is constantly putting stale even moldy product out for sale! When I lived nearby I would constantly return bakery goods that were bad. I've even found mold on items. I happened to be in the area yesterday and they got me again! This time a stale pumpkin pie! I took one bite and tossed the whole thing in the trash! I live an hour away now so I'm not returning it. Where is the Health Dept! Do they ever check their set up? This is a normal experience at this store and I eventually stopped shopping there all together. Consider yourself warned if you do shop there. Don't just check dates, inspect the product. The pie I bought yesterday had a future sell by date but had already gone bad. Their freezer section is a whole other review and just as bad!

More accurate would be 3.5 stars I suppose, basically the same as it was before they changed names. They have everything you would expect from a local grocery store and their prices are reasonable. Bakery has some nice items as well as their seafood and deli. No complaints aside from the fact EVERYTHING is more expensive now but the grocery store isn't the culprit here.

This is a great store. I wouldn't normally go to this location but I close needed stuff for dinner so we stopped in and I was amazed. It was clean. Lots of products. They even have a coffee bar. I will definitely be back.

When you first walk into the store the smells is overwhelmingly bad. We don’t buy fruit and veggies here as they are always rotten and disgusting with fruit flies flying everywhere. The food here is severely overpriced. I can go to Wegmans and Harris Teeter and get better prices and better product quality. The donut case is always swarming with flies. Not 1-2, I mean 30+ flies sitting all over the muffins and donuts. It’s gross! The you have the bakery section… the cakes taste disgusting! I am such a cake lover and not very picky but their cake is yuck! This store is meant for absolutely needed things last minute but I will order delivery from Walmart or elsewhere before I would fully shop here. I would be broke if I did.

Absolutely love this location! The customer service is wonderful and there's always a friendly smile to help out. They're Meat and seafood departments as well as their Deli are excellent. They always have exactly what I need. And on a bonus they now carry Pizza John pizzas!
