Purchased a storm door for $346 Home Depot contractor installers who did a POOR JOB with the installation…Door purchased in Aug2023… Had to be ordered for color..Ordered deliver in Sept2023… Door installed Oct 10,2023…incorrectly…photos taken when I came home from work and saw this ….. So as of today 11/30/23… I have this storm door that does not catch when closing, so the wind takes it and bangs it to the outside rails, and bends it even more,,a gap at the top… and moved the door plates at the bottom for wheelchair accessible for my son … which their installers told me he did touch the bottom… but got pics before and after …THIS IS POOR Awful SERVICE… and now they have a NEW SYSTEM…but they don’t know how to REFUND ME $231 BACK!!!

This was the fastest and most efficient place of ever gone to have tires. They did a great job and the place was well-maintained. There were no screwdrivers and loose tools everywhere the yard was swept up and just very nice atmosphere and I'd go there again.

I love my all in one it was easy to set up easy to use,and i don't have to wake up to wet clothes left in the washer life changer. I only have 1 problem it went on sale after I bought it, and that really sucks I could have saved some money

Finding wooden pegs was like pulling teeth. The associates, who tried to assist, were not as knowledgeable as I would've expected. I finally found what I needed after 25 min of searching the store.

Service is usually good with certain cashiers, however the young lady working returns today seem very irritable, as I approached the register her body language read "you better not come to my register and bother me" I mean like, no one was in line, I started to walk away go to another person because I can't stand nasty customer service! I will avoid this person my next visit at all cost I will never forget the anger she had on her face

By far my worst shopping experience ever. I was in there this afternoon wanting to purchase lumber, drills, landscaping, and accessories. I did all of my shopping with the exception of the drills, which are in a locked case, and the accessories. I went up to the front counter, and after being stared in my face by several employees, I asked a gentleman if I could purchase a few cordless drills. He didn't answer me, looked at me as if I was speaking French, and proceeded to walk over to an other young man. At no time did either of the young men even acknowledge my presence or request, and finally an elderly woman with a wig and old football jersey asked me if I'm ready to check out. I explained to her that I wanted to purchase some cordless drills, and she proceeded to call someone over the intercom. After a few minutes the three staff members proceeded to tell me "there she is," referring to the manager, and said I need to go down the aisle to get her, because they cannot leave the front, although none of them were doing anything. I had carts full of product and was instructed to go get someone? Absolutely not! I'm not even going to comment on the guy in the garden center. Let's just say he was passing the time by pressing on women that are way out of his league. I just wanted to make my purchases and leave. To sum this up, I called and spoke to some guy who said he was a manager, and that everyone in the front of the store was new. I asked were there Managers available for times like this, and he replied he was. I didn't see a single Manager the entire time. This by far is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I hope the Boosters don't find out what I did, which is that there is no security and the employee's do not care. I'm a business owner so I can only imagine the shrink this store has. Corporate needs to go to this location and clean up shop. This trip was for a quick project, several thousands of dollars, but I will never patronize a big box, non-customer service establishment again. Home Depot is a no go for me. i will just continue to shop online, and keep back stock for small personal projects.

I purchased a refrigerator from them my sales person was Amazing fast efficient professional she should get a raise. The unacceptable behavior came from the delivery guys who showed up to ignore my request not respect my environment. They told me that they were not taking the old fridge that I paid 40.00 to have them pick up the tried to unpack my fridge in the street in front of a neighbors house and got angry when I said to bring it in my yard or my house they moved my porch furniture didn't put it back then took my paid in full refrigerator back to the truck and left when I wouldn't sign to leave the new one it my livingroom. I yelled out the door bring my fridge back they took off when I called they lied and said I yelled at them so they left with my merchandise it was 3 of them 1 of me and I will never purchase again because of this Hello Lowes here I come no drama please beware of the delivery service no accountability to the customer

David has the best customer service!! He went out of his way twice to make sure we were taken care of. He also made conversation and built relationship with us as customers. He needs a raise and maybe a vacation! I wish I had his last name so he gets the recognition he deserves. He was wearing a denim jacket and has glasses. Thank you so so much David! I went to home depot to order some blinds for my 17 windows. Although, with most stores there's not anyone to help you with service, however, in 15 minutes someone came to help us. We picked out the blinds, the colors, and lengths. All done within 120 minutes, they gave us a very good price, with 24 months to pay without interest. Plus, we took our time picking out our investment. If I need anything for my home, or outdoors home depot is my number-one place to shop! You can also shop on line, (app) there's good sales going on, and sometimes have more selections to choose from. If you need to find/buy anything for your home including outdoors, like I just brought a lawn mower, and porch furniture on line, home depot is the place to go. You won't be disappointed; they have always made me very happy, thus, am a "forever customer" Your satisfactory is in the service and in the products 😀

This home depot needs to get it together, I'll just start going to the Towson location. Three self checkout registers open and completely empty, I carry a 55lb bag of mortar up and an employee says "the line is over there" No sign, no ropes, completely open. I said "...can we not use the self checkouts?" to which she said you can, but there's a line. The line she was referencing was 3 aisles down passed the actual checkout lines, and the sign was only one sided facing the opposite direction. One woman was standing there. I walk over and they have to yell down the front end "are you using cash or card" to be able to direct people. There are three people working self checkout and one woman on registers. Two of the three self checkout lanes are still empty mind you. At this point lines are forming everywhere and they just start letting people who show up at checkout use it, but tell certain people that they have to go stand in line. As probably 5 or 6 people build up behind me, there are now two self checkout attendants just letting random people use the self checkout area, including a man with an entirely full cart asking if he can pay in separate transactions. One of the two attendants just wanders away and doesn't come back, as the line grows even longer. Finally the woman working an actual register finishes with the same customer she was working with when I got there, looks AWAY from the line they're funneling people to and asks to help who is next. I walked up because by this time 6 people had cut in front of everyone waiting in line and I'm still holding a 55lb bag. This was absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to designate lines, have some form of organization. You'd think between 3 people doing absolutely nothing, they'd be able to figure out how to direct customers.

It was fine. Nothing stood out about today's experience. We asked for the location of an item and we were told which isle to find said item. It would've been nice if staff was in that area so we could have been certain it was the right part. But, it's not like I'll swear off home depot for that. I've been to this and other locations and did receive outstanding support. I think the consensus is sometimes you'll get all the help you need and more, sometimes there will be 15 customers trying to get help from one of 2 staff in a department and sometimes you'll just run in for a couple beams, some paint and finishing nails and be on your way.
