Read the negative reviews this is the general experience. Your appointments don't matter they don't take walk ins because they have to leave early. The website says they close at 6 but they WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES stay after 4. They don't care about your dog they only care about going home. I've been calling for 3 weeks trying to get my dog in. But nobody was there to make the appointment after 3. Don't list your hours as open until 6, And remove the accepting walk ins statement off your website if your not open until 6 and don't accept walk ins. I work nights so I don't wake up until noon but it's already too late for an appointment or walk in because they want to go home early. The girl on the phone keeps saying they work full days and they don't want any more and they want to go home instead. I tried to explain that I'm calling when I can and she just says no. That's it. Not maybe I can set up an appointment for you. Maybe I can ask and see. Nope. Just get a try again tomorrow. And we begin the loop again. The employees are too worried about going home early and not working. The lady at customer service had the worst attitude with me also. Overall terrible experience wouldn't recommend. Actually I would advise against going here at all and choosing somewhere where they care about your pets.

I was happy Frank made my Shadow comfortable enough to trim his nails back. My pet is very anxious and this was not displayed when getting his nails trim that I could see. Now the grinding did not happen but I'm fine with that 😊Thank you Frank!

My original appointment was canceled at the very last minute because someone called out and was re-scheduled to an inconvenient date and time before my pup's training. My pups grooming was booked so she can get de-shedded and the groomer claimed she could get to the bath portion of the service but not the de-shedding because my pup was anxious and kept pooping. I personally feel she just wanted to leave by a certain time because she told someone who picked my dog up that next time come earlier in the day so she has more time. It was a waste of money because my pup didnt even get the service she was there for. I also was irritated because when I came in I heard dogs in the crate section barking. When I asked if they could just hold my pup somewhere for 30 minutes since she had to be there for her training immediately after anyway they told me no.

Shaved my dog's fur too short and cut his nails too short. When his nails were bleeding, I called to ask them if they could help and they took no responsibility. Told me to go buy cornstarch. The lack of accountability makes me question the work they do when no one is looking. Took my dog there once before for grooming and teeth cleaning and never once did they tell me about a mass that was growing in his mouth, I found it a few days after his visit. If they cleaned his teeth wouldn't they have saw it and then mentioned it to me?

The young lady that waited me was very helpful, knowledgable. I love the she cut my pet nails. I would definitely recommend this location. We have an appointment coming up in July for koko to get her 1st bath out of the home. Thanks again for all of help.

Horrible experience yesterday. I waited 3 weeks for visit to arrive and be denied service. Groomer was unprofessional and rude. According to groomer my dog was matted and could not be serviced; Veterinarian said otherwise. Completely shocked by the groomers attitude and behavior as Petco Parkville is my dogs regularly scheduled groomer.
