We LOVE Hereford Bed & Biscuit! Our pup Sandy loved it immediately. You can tell she loves the staff and the other dogs and is super comfortable. Dropping her off at doggy daycare feels like dropping a toddler off a preschool. She runs off without saying goodbye because she knows a day full of fun awaits her.

What a great place, we've been bringing our dogs there for a few years and always feel comfortable knowing they're in good hands. Recently, one of our dogs needed some unplanned care - and HB&B staff was very communicative around what was going on and went above and beyond caring for him. Being far away, we were comforted knowing he was cared for by true professionals who love dogs, and that makes all the difference.

HB&B is a wonderful doggie resort. My family and I have been taking our pups here for many years now and have never had any issues. You can tell Tom and his team really care about pur pets aka kids and provide excellent service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent staff-girls are kind, compassionate and true dog lovers. I always feel confident and have peace of mind when I take my Yorkiepoo, Snickers, here. Wish they would open one near Cockeysville but well worth the short drive for competent care❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolute best place in Hereford to take your dogs for grooming, boarding and daycare- or really anything at all. We’ve been coming for 2 years now and have never had ANY problems, and our boy comes home tuckered out and happy each time. He absolutely loves seeing the workers when I drop him off and he sprints to the door immediately, so I know he loves going to this place too!! I’m so glad to have HBB close by and available to us, and i’m glad they can deal with my talkative pupper! Thank you guys for everything :) and for the lovely pictures!

Outstanding! We're lucky to have such a well run sleep-away camp and spa for our pets. Daisy (our dog) gets excited as soon as we turn off I-83. She can't wait to get to The Biscuit.

I can’t say enough good things about HB&B! We boarded our dog Daisy for the first time last week. She’s a rescue and gets easily stressed out. Lindsay spent 1/2 an hour answering all of our questions and provided some helpful suggestions prior to our trip. The staff went above and beyond to keep Daisy comfortable during her stay and make it a positive experience. I even received text messages with updates and pictures. Based on our experience we are now starting daycare once a week.

I recently had to leave my dog Jarvis for 9 days while I went out of the country. Of course I was very nervous since I’ve never left him that long, especially to go out of the country. During drop off the woman at the front desk was very reassuring with my questions. I even asked if it was okay that I may call to check on him (I didn’t want to be too annoying). On the way back from my trip our plane was delayed until the following day so we would have to pick him up Saturday instead of Friday. We immediately called B&B and they were very accommodating with these unforeseen changes. They always take such great care of Jarvis and he seems to enjoy being there. I definitely want to continue bringing him when we go out of town :)

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at Hereford Bed & Biscuit! I was originally so hesitant about boarding our 2 dogs, but circumstances made it inevitable.Our dogs are a little on the special side and the staff was amazing with them!! The drop off and pick-up process was quick and efficient which helped both us and the dog’s transition to their new environment. Their services offered opportunities for the staff to take our dogs on walks throughout their stay which helped put us at ease. One of our dogs- who has a history of being very nervous and scared- even let them cuddle with him and give him a bath!I highly recommend their services to anyone that is going away and needs a safe and trustworthy place for their pups. The staff has multiple options for boarding care that we were able to tailor to the unique needs of our dogs. Copper & Penny were loved, cared for, and are now completely exhausted - I couldn’t ask for anything more.

My dog, Appa, LOVES coming here for daycare. He gets to play all day, and comes home content and tired. The staff know him, and are just as excited to have him as he is to be there. This is absolutely the best $30 we spend each week.

We dropped our dog off here for 2 weeks well we were on our honeymoon. They were amazing sending us videos and pictures during playtime with the other pups. The staff is awesome and actually care for your dog. We will only be using them in the future!

Hererford Bed & Biscuit is a great place with amazing staff. My dog absolutely loves it. 100% recommended!! Great for keeping dogs socialized with other dogs and people, as well as giving them exercise and fun during the day. Staff treats dogs like their own and is fantastic with them!! My dog has been going there over a year, and every dog that I have ever seen walk through their doors is excited and happy to be there. I have tried other dog daycare places in the past, none come close to Hereford Bed & Biscuit.

HB&B is the BEST! We were thrilled when we found them and have been boarding our dogs there for probably 8-10 years now! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kennel. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, the facility is always clean, and most important our "anxious" dogs have LOVED going there. They are always so excited when we arrive and the staff is always as equally excited to see our 4 legged friends. As far as grooming goes, Tommy is the BEST! I would not trust anyone else to groom our terrier. I highly recommend HB&B for boarding and grooming.

I love this place!!! Max is always so happy for daycare days and when I have to board him I know he is in safe hands! The staff loves max as much as I do and it shows with how tired he is when I pick him up!

My dog Franklin is very happy at Hereford Bed & Biscuit. He recently stayed there while we were on vacation and did very well, coming home happy and clean. We've also sent him to daycare since he is a young, active dog. He's enjoyed it every time and comes home happy and worn out from playing with other dogs. Every interaction with the staff has been super pleasant and friendly. You can tell they get to know your dog personally.

Our dog loves going to Hereford Bed & Biscuit! He's a regular there for playtime & short-term stays. He also had grooming there, which was fairly priced with great results.The staff & owner are all phenomenal people, really kind & compassionate folks. Everyone there truly loves animals & they will care for your furriest family member like their own.They offer a fairly priced tier system for overnight stays as well as a variety of activities and amenities for your pet's visit. I can't recommend them enough!

I have been taking my dog Rocky to HBB for over three years for boarding visits. He has become a "frequent flier". The staff of Tom, Megan, and Amanda affectionately call him "the old man" because of his white beard,, slow unsteady gait, and advanced years (age 15 1/2).What an incredible place HBB is...Always warm and welcoming, clean, efficient, and thoughtful! I have been to a number of kennels in the past, and I cannot imagine a better place for Rocky! His tail starts wagging as soon as we drive up, and he is just as happy and playful when I come to pick him up! I know he loves his going home bath!Tom, the owner, is a very impressive guy. His love for the animals is very apparent, and his dedication to making HBB the best place around shines through on every visit!

My two dogs recently stayed while we were on vacation. Tucker is a senior with several health conditions impacting breathing, eating, and walking. My dogs have stayed here for years and while I knew they would be in good hands I still worried for him and his declining health. However they treated my senior so well he even came out weighing a bit more than he did going in and was full of life and happy. From the start, the staff helped me understand their plans to care for him and spent time alleviating any of my concerns. I also called a couple times to check in and they gave me updates so I could enjoy my trip. We can’t say enough about Hereford Bed and Biscuit and the caring services they provide.

Hereford Bed & Biscuit is the best. My dog Bee is a little old and a little grumpy which means she needs/prefers to be by herself and the individual rooming is perfect for her when I have to go out of town. She gets private walk or play time whenever I schedule it. She gets a nice bath before pick up. Staff is great in catering to my girl and very nice. Boarding your dog can be nerve wracking but not at HBB. :)

Tommy and the team are awesome! We’ve been coming here for nearly 3 years now for boarding and doggy day care. We had a huge storm come through today and it took 3 hrs to get to her to pick her up due to all the roads blocked with down trees and electrical wires and the traffic. They stayed open for the owners to get their dogs from doggy daycare all the while they had storm damage to deal with. When I left at 7:45 pm there were still people coming to get their fur babies! Thanks for staying open late!

With a young baby at home and a very active lab, we needed an option for some for days when our plates were just too full to get him the playtime/exercise he needs. Bruce LOVES going to daycare (we tell him it's a 'camp day!' and he gets so excited) - he comes home happy and tired and ready to relax with the family :) They also take great care of our older, more introverted dog, Ollie, when the two need to stay for boarding while we're away for vacation. So lucky to have this safe, reliable place nearby! Thank you!!

Love the B&B location and staff. It’s the only place my crazy hound will go for a spa day, vacation, or just to play, and the only place that will put up with his curiosity! Even my picky cat loves to stay here while we’re away. Grateful to have found such a wonderful place I can trust to take the best care of my pets. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We’re from DC and left the country for 2 weeks. We didn’t want our 8 year old dog in a traditional kennel/cage, so chose Hereford Bed & Biscuit. The drive out there wasn’t bad (about an hour - nearly all highway once you get out of DC) and the grounds are gorgeous! Registration online made the drop off process easy...giving us time relax before our flights. Our dog has 2 wet/dry mix meals + meds daily - none of this was a challenge for the Hereford team!Loved the occasional pics and check-ins from our pup while we were abroad - we jokingly referred to it as summer camp!Our dog is smaller, only about 20lbs, so we were a bit nervous about a facility that handles so many bigger dogs. But the team at Hereford were great and kept him mostly around dogs his size!We picked up our pup and he was exhausted...which was kind of great! I think that means summer camp was fun!Good rates, loving team and completely worth the drive!

Very nice staff. Seem like real dog people. But I always wonder with dog boarding, you pay for upgraded accommodations, but how do you know what the dog really gets. Guess you just have to trust!

I can't say enough good things about the Hereford Bed & Biscuit! I send my 2 crazy goldens to daycare once or twice a week and it has been so helpful in burning that extra energy! They love going so much that they watch my movements every single morning to try to figure out if it is a B&B day! We have also boarded a couple times for a few nights and that has also been a great experience.
