We love Tiffany at Pet Smart Oxon Hill , Stella is our new puppy and Tiffany has groomed her three times . We won’t go to anyone else , Tiffany is kind , caring and so lovable to our Stella ❤️🐾❤️. She wasn’t aware I was watching for a few minutes thru a window , she was kissing Stella , I said how sweet she said it keeps her calm when she’s trying to cut her hair . Pet Smart U are lucky to have someone like Tiffany on your team .

I am BEYOND disappointed in this Store and couldn't post without giving this store 1 star that is doesn't deserve. My girlfriend was asked for a photo of her desired doggy cut and provided the photo as requested. And after giving them another chance being disappointed before this one takes the cake. This is the worst cut I've ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Our Yorkie looks worst then when we dropped her off. Love your Dog? Stay Away from this store.

I've taken my dog there twice within 5 months to be fully groomed with nail trim. Come to find out one of her back paw nails have never been trimmed and now had embedded in her paw pad. Bad enough I pay to l them 90 to groom but now I have to add on a vet bill

Be sure that you select a good groomer here; otherwise, it's hit or miss. Not all groomers are great here, and there appears to be lots of turnover. I normally just take my dog here for baths, but I let them convince me to give him a trim on his last visit. Hands down the absolute worst haircut he's ever gotten. He looks crazy. Too embarrassed to post a pic, but never again.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly when I go. They give Chick-fil-A customer service. I haven't experienced any long waits to receive assistance or purchase my items. I have not experienced their grooming services because my doggie human is not allowed, so I can not speak on that other than to say, there is always a nice steady flow of customers in that section.

I bought 7 tiny fish there all of the fish died after few hours , ,one fish died the following day the last one died after three days, my old fish in my fish tank they are all well, healthy , , non aggressive friendly fish they are still alive they are the same species, i followed procedure before releasing the newly bought fish put the bag where the new tiny fish are inside the fish tank for few minutes let it remain inside the plastic bag before releasing to adopt the tank water temperature to avoid stress, i have been taking care of fish since 1980 this is the first time I experience this type of problem.

The 3 starts is because I think is unacceptable the you make an appointment at 11 and they call you at 4 pm. What is the point on making an Appointment. 🤦🏻‍♀️But I have to give⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️toChennedy she did a beautiful job on my baby Lali❣️

I DO NOT recommend taking your dog here.My dog has been going here to get groomed for the past 9months without any problems or injuries. However this time was different….I dropped my dog off to get groomed on 5/24/2023 and when I picked him up his right eye was bloody red and swollen.I spoke with lady who groomed him “Jennifer” and the store manager in which they stated they have no knowledge of what happened to my dog and that he was fine after he got groomed.However, I took my dog to the vet for further examination on 5/26/23 and the doctor stated that my dog has a hemorrhage in his right due to impact trauma. Meaning someone hit my dog in his eye or hit him with something in his eye.I am beyond disappointed and sad that this happened. If you love and care for your dog DO NOT take them here!

I feed a bunch of feral cats so I buy large bags of cheap cat food. I go to PetSmart when I'm in a pinch for time or need something other than dry cat food because 1) their prices are higher and 2) my cats usually turn their nose up at PetSmart food. Even though I buy the same brands I get at grocery and big box stores, my cats usually leave it for the raccoons, possums and foxes. Sometimes the night critters pass on the kibble too.This isn't a new thing or confined to one store. I've bought unpalatable cat food well over 25 years at different locations. Sometimes a bag is pungently rancid but usually it smells ok to the human nose. However, the cats take a whiff and look at me as if to say 'what else ya got?' I used to take bags back for a refund if the cats wouldn't eat but I don't have that kind of time anymore. I just have to remember that even though I save time getting in and out the store, it's a waste of time AND money when I have to go to another store and buy a big bag of food.I give 2 stars because the people working there are always pleasant and I like to visit the cats for adoption.

Living in Southeast D.C., this PetSmart isn't a bad drive on a Sunday. Reserving a spot for a full grooming for our Yorkie Poo, we dropped her off (after proving a rabies vaccination) and came back 3-4 hours later. They did a great job of grooming her!There's a massive parking lot out front and the store itself sells all types of pet food, toys, etc. They also sell fish, birds, hamsters, reptiles, etc.

The scared me, my pet always do friendly with everyone and other pet, doesn't even need a leash but the charge me "extra" saying my pet 🐶 is mad, I paid close to $135 for grooming, nails, shower and teeth wash instead of $100 or so so as I was told during my phone appointment. My pet didn't even get no shower. Never going back there

My dog Dexter was very ill at one point. I took him to Petsmart Veteran and he saw Dr. Naruto. This Dr. took great care of my dog and was able to make him feel so much better. Dr. Naruto is a wonderful veterinarian and has a genuine love for all of the animals he gives medical attention to. Thank you Dr. Naruto for making Dexterfeel better!!!

Clean store.. No staff help to be found. Pet adoption area no staff there to help. Was in that area for 5 minutes. No one showed up to help. Kittens looked neglected. Their water container was empty n yellowish. Could not believe it. It was 12 in the afternoon. They should have fresh food n water. They looked miserable.

Omg.. my puppy had her nails clipped for the first time. She's 10 months, 40lb rescue. Very scared of humans. I was so nervous and prepared to know that she wouldn't let them cut her nails. I stepped out to not be a distraction and she did wonderful. They handled her very well and got all her nails clipped better than expected. Thanks ladies!! 🐶 Tarina

Came to pick up my dog and was told he had hematomas on bilateral ears due to shaving the hair off. My dog has been going to the DC location for years without issues. I believe the staff thought I was incompetent. A hematoma is caused by trauma. Aside from the bleeding, the grooming was piss poor. My dog looks like he went to Kanye's barber. I contacted the vet who recommend I come in to evaluate if there is neurological damage based on the depth of the cut.Beyond disappointed that the staff felt this was okay. Will not be using this Petsmart Oxon Hill anymore to say the least.
