This home depot loves to bait and switch. I can't count how many times I've shopped here, picked up am item listed for a certain price, example $4.97 and when you get to the counter it rings up for 7 or 8 bucks. Then I am forced(not the employee who stands around doing nothing) to go back to the items location, take a pic, just for them to argue with me that it was in the wrong spot. That's not my problem, I saw the item for what was a reasonable but still expensive price, I get to the counter and it rings up different. Maybe hire competent workers who put stuff where it belongs. Not my problem to figure that out..To add there were easily 20 of the same item under the same price that I picked it up at. After spending 1000s of dollars here, I will not be giving them another dime. I will now go out of my way to Lowes where I'm not treated that way.This home depot blows and the employees do as well.

I’ve placed a to go order 3 times at this Home Depot. Being a person that appreciates being ready and prepping for something ahead of time, getting an order for pickup at the closest Home Depot is an important part of how I operate. Every time I place an order at this specific store, it’s never ready and it takes at least half an hour to get what I ordered but says it’s ready for me at the store. This is a lie and not good service and what I’d expect from such a large company that should have their stuff in order.

I like this store I have good experience on plumbing there it’s an American guy who’s good and helpful and also a Africa American guy in tools rentan he’s good too , but in electric I side never find a personal for helping today 12/26/2021 12:30 pm I see I guy seat in the floor organized wire when I asking for things I was Need, but he’s angry answer I don’t know said to me.Today 2/2624 7:30 pmtrying purchase a washer machine I ask a guy to call for help never help me so I have to go to Lowe’s store.

Ordered a washer and dryer here. Salesperson was great. A wealth of knowledge. Things went downhill after that. Delivery was scheduled. The install team was supposed to hook up the dryer. They just left it sitting there. I did it myself. They need to hire more competent folks for installs.

Im GC, doing business for many years with Home Depot. Today, I tried to buy by phone pro sales like I usually do, but the manager from customer services didn't accept. My question is, "The contractors can't make business the Sundays with Home Depot? ".Ridiculous with this store, I remember I did before.

I have been shopping at this store for years. It used to be constantly stocked with knowledgeable associate's to help. Now most of the items that they claim to have in stock are NOT and when you try to find help most have no clue what they are doing. The management has gone so downhill they obviously could careless about the customers or the business. Sad to see this neighborhood store go so far downhill.

I went to Home Depot looking for a lantern battery. Having not found them, asked customer service. The customer service lady looked them up and told me they are only available online. I saw it on her monitor screen. I came home, started ordering it online, only to find out that there are 5 of them in stock AT THE SAME STORE where the customer service told me they don't have any, and that if I order, I could pick them up AT THE SAME STORE within 2 hours.So I ordered from Amazon. After this fiasco, I doubt Home Depot will be the first place I look for anything.

The plumbing section has a man who really knows his specialty. Additionally, the pipe prices are a bit lower than other home stores I've visited. This doer got more done. Ha

Very bad attention. There are several workers who speak Spanish, and when you ask them for help in Spanish because you don't know English, they don't want to help you. They told me why I went to live in a country if I don't know the language.

Worth it every time for your every need for maintaining your home. I will never stop returning because there will never be a time that I won’t have an excuse to come by. There’s almost always something I need and my local Home Depot is the easiest place to get it. On rare occasion they may be out of stock or not have the exact item I’m looking for, but when that happens, I just find out which Home Depot location carries it.I had to sand and buff the tile floors in my home a couple months ago. I was able to get everything I needed here and got the job done within a few days. It was a lot of work, but that’s what this place is for.

I've been in Owings Mills since 2015 and nothing has changed with this store. Thankfully we now have Lowes in the area. Save yourself some time and frustration and don't visit this Home Depot, Randallstown is even worse, unless you know EXACTLY what you want. If you need assistance, good luck because you'll be waiting for awhile. Today, 8/31/2023, I was talking with a supervisor about the lack of professionalism in the location while I was waiting for someone to come to the plumbing aisle. The associate was paged 3 times and while talking with the supervisor for at least 10 minutes, nobody showed. It appears that Home Depot no longer hires associates who really know about the section they work in or they no longer train employees. This location is filled with young associates who could care less about customers and have the worst attitude. This location is terrible and unprofessional. Go to Lowes in Owings Mills, trust me

A simple "We don't install stoves/ovens on tile floors." would have helped us a lot in making our buying decision. Feels like a scam when you don't let your customers know this when buying appliances.

Came to buy some plumbing stuff. I think there’s a lot of theft going on in these kind of stores. Found many ripped open plastic bags with plumbing parts missing. Couldn’t find what I came for, even though the app was showing 12 available in stock.

Very very unprofessional; I had been waiting for my online order and it was an horrible experience. I need it one chair because I was working. Lines out of the door what I need it was on top of the shelf. The customer service representative said it would be another 5 hours. I’m not sure what’s going on but it makes it extremely frustrating.So I got the chair after going to the store. The rep was helpful and asked but still that’s a long time.

Here every day. Good days and bad days. I'm definitely tired of all the Harry home owners taking all the PRO spots up with there smarts cars and such when I need to load 39 sheets of plywood I shouldn't have to walk across the parking lot when I could of had the spot out front but someone was buying a plant for there house so I guess they needed the spot more than I did. Gotta love it!!!!

I had a much better experience at this home depot than any I have been to previously. 2 different employees actually asked me if I needed help finding anything when I looked lost(I don't like asking for help because I'm stubborn like that...). Checkout was fast and easy.

Went to get a ring doorbell and had a terrible experience. First, you have to scan a barcode to get a barcode to take to the “front desk” there isn’t a front desk.I went to customer service and got scolded for not getting in line. There wasn’t a line, the lady wanted me to enter the big open area between two dividers labeled “enter”. They explained the self checkout was the front desk after arguing with me about getting into line.I got to self checkout and scan the barcode, make the purchase. Now what? I ask the self checkout for help and get scolded for not asking her first. She expected me to ask her first because the items “aren’t in stock” and I will have to refund if they don’t have it. (The website said there was five in stock btw) The woman very leisurely checks half of the stock shelf, didn’t bother to open the other side and tells me “we don’t have it, you’ll have to get a refund from customer service.” Wow, ok…I go for the refund and leave very dissatisfied and sour about the whole experience. Where’s the customer appreciation? I guess that’s a foreign concept these days.Do yourself a favor and skip this store.

Would strongly caution anyone considering a flooring install. Many calls, many instructions that were incorrect, we were ready to book and pay. Told we had to go to in store in person for the materials, and then the flooring representative told us she was helping someone else and didn't know when/if she could help. They did take and charge us for the measure. Nobody ended up able to help, many hours wasted.

Recently went to garden section for fence to keep irises from falling to ground. Found perfect item on rack not labeled, associate scanned barcode with no success. Cashier was unable to scan item again,had to enter code by hand. Price was 30$ ,said too much and asked for military discount. Received 10 % off for satisfied customer. Semper fi

Good luck getting anyone to help you in this place.. everytime I've went I'm looking around forever to try and find someone that can tell me where the item I need is or if its locked up and I need someone with a key to get it out for me.. I'd go to the one at Reisterstown rd plaza if you want good service.

Terrible experience. I went to purchase a drill. I asked the associate for help. The guy looked me in the face and walked pass. I asked a young lady at self checkout. She asked the same guy and he looked pass her. At this point I'm getting very frustrated. So I decided to go to Lowes. I'll never spend another dollar here.

Came in to sign up for their credit card but the options not to run social security card and instead run the tax ID # was major problems. Left empty-handed and disappointed
