On a recent visit to my local Target store, not finding the Soy Milk that my family uses, I asked the restocking staff member if he could fetch a couple from storage. He returned & asked if I could return the following day as this was early evening. He explained that they had the milk, but it was on a bottom pallet not readily accessible at the time. I appreciated his honest answer & was happy to return the following day & purchase it. Honesty is very important to me. He earned my respect & by extension the store has on his account.

I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come unlock a cabinet so I can grab what I need, even after talking to two associates. The lines for the registers at this place are consistently the longest I’ve ever seen; they have the self checkouts and only one register open every time I come. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare and no matter how far away from people I park I ALWAYS leave with a door ding.

After spending all night in Emergency room with my one year old his medicine was sent to the wrong Target I knew they closed at 1 for lunch so I practically ran thru the store to reach the gate being pulled down at 1:26 after explaining the Severness of the need for the medicine I was rudely told “ I’m sorry you have to wait until after lunch and then I was even told if it’s that serious take ya baby to the hospital… keep in mind we was there all night . This type of rudeness is unexceptionable especially when it wasn’t 1:30 yet he was a short Asian possibly Philippian … I reported him to the target manager on duty as well .. Target you dropped the ball big time with this one …

Painfully obvious the store is underemployed, barely anyone in departments other than checkout and delivery. Just order online and do drive up from the Pikesville target, it’s clear they care very little about the presentation and customer satisfaction of this store. Aisles are a mess and products never get restocked for months

Most of the items are usually out of stock. I went to get some pancake mix and couldn’t find anything. This used to be my go to target but it’s just getting worse

Lots of clutter around like carts full of random stuff in the aisles. Not the cleanest but also far from the sloppiest store in the area.

I absolutely love the assistance provided by the cashiers! They are very knowledgeable, know the Target app, how and where to get discounts, any money or gift cards available. Makes it an easier shopping experience and give you that warm tingle of knowing it’s not just about a sale. Customer service is paramount!

Thieves. I left one of my bags behind and then went right back in, and they'd already put the merchandise back on the shelves. When I showed them my receipt and asked if I could get it back or have another, they laughed at me and said no, I'd have to buy another one altogether.I understand I left it but there was no need to be so rude, and they must have RUSHED to re-shelve that item.

Same as always. The checkout area is like walmart. Which is sad, because they only have 4 self checkout areas. Throw in the ignorant or arrogant people that go super slow in line. The last time I was in there a couple had a cart full. They were scanning each bar code with their phone first. Do that junk when you grab it off the self. This taget needs to make self checkout 10 items or less.

I don’t know what’s going on with this store but it’s a hot mess! Clothes thrown on the floor, empty shelves, not enough cashiers and no type of organization. This Owings Mills location needs help!

Went to the store looking for t-shirts.The entire area was a complete mess with clothes all over the floor. Staff doesn’t seem to care. They walk pass the mess like they don’t see it.

My GoTo store. My ease and returning items was seamless because I had my receipt. I don't care for the long lines for checkout with only one cashier open and multiple check out lanes. I feel like I'm being forced to be an employee.

This Target store is “okay”. The toddler/infant section always looks like a tornado just blew through, with racks and shelves a complete mess. Similarly, the “seasonal” section (outdoor stuff right now) only is neat for the first week or two of the season, then they just give up and wait for the next season/holiday. Finally, recently they’ve recently taken to parking overstocked items in the back aisle of the games/tech/etc department, making it impossible to navigate with a cart or even by foot.Add in a increasingly slow check out process, and it’s worth shopping elsewhere.

I am not a fan of this Yarget in Reisterstown, MD at all. The employees look like they just got out of bed, especially this on guy who wears a large bush and has his large gut hanging out from under his work shirt. It almost made me sick. And everyone knows that Target is way too high priced on EVERY item they sell!

The target in Owings Mill provides great customer service in a timely manner and emails are updated continuously I recommend that you use the pick up service at target

Very small off the radar, Target, in my eyes. I used the "shop in store" function on-line, if I couldn't find anyone to ask where something was. Some staff are more friendly than others, but where is that not an issue outside of Chick-fil-A?

I generally enjoy going to this Target, because it's so close to me and the parking lot is easy to deal with in general. They're usually well-stocked, and I always find good deals. However, I notice many of the items on Target Circle, the website, etc. are just not sold here. It's pretty small, so I understand, but still kind of a crapshoot if you're looking for something specific.

The target in Owings Mills is emaculant at the least always very clean. I love the drive up, so it is convenient. Don't take any time to get your products, but that Akhtar check out be wooohooooo, but all in all, I like this one.

Had an item on sale for in store pickup. Asked if they would match in store and they said there was no way to do that. While standing in front of the online pickuo station I ordered it and asked if they could grab it for me. They said no, and it would be ready whenever they got around to it. No one waiting for pick up in store or in the spots in the parking lot. Employees stood behind the counter doing nothing. So frustrating, I'm done with this target.

Friendly staff and very clean store. However since the implementation of the self checkouts, the lines have been unnecessarily long. More cashiers are needed. If customers are scanning and bagging their own items, there are less cashiers available and prices are increasing how is this in our benefit?

I’m going to give this Target 1 star, because I know they can do better. They have the corporate leadership to do it. It needs to trickle down to the stores. This store is always a mess. Clothing all over the place. It is always under stocked. Can’t find the simplest items in here. Like, why have a Target near your home and still have to drive 30-45 minutes because they have nothing. The online stock info is always incorrect. This target is geographically depressed. Help!

I honestly don’t recommend going to this target location. They never have items in stock, their selection of inventory is very limited compared to other Target locations, and there is only one cashier working. The lines for self checkout are very long due to this.I would rather drive the extra 7 minutes to the Pikesville location.

This place has become absolutely useless...never any useful inventory anymore. I quit Target! Stood right in their store and ordered what I needed from Amazon. Left my cart with items I only wanted in the middle of the aisle and left with purchasing nothing from Target.
