It shouldn't have taken me this long to post this review. Raimondi's Florist in Owings Mills is absolutely AMAZING!!My nephew passed away unexpectedly in Washington, DC. He was a die hard Cowboys fan just like his mother. To honor both of them , I went to Raimondi's for his flowers. The creativity and compassion that went into to his flower arrangements will never be forgotten.There is nothing like going into a business with a vision and having your vision understood and your expectations exceeded ten times over. My sister was so touched and I was very pleased. I don't think I ever called back and said thank you. Better late than never, Thank You so much Raimondi's Owings Mills!!

I ordered a last minute funeral flower for my aunt (1 day before) and Raimondi's delivered excellent service. Unfortunately my aunt did not have any flowers at her viewing and that did not sit well with me. The representative recommended The Celebration of Life standing spray. It was really pretty. I am grateful. Thank you Raimondi's Florist for being of great help at a really trying time.

A hidden gem in Owings Mills. They offer pre-arranged and custom floral arrangements, real and silk. There is a cafe on site filled with mouthwatering desserts and pastry offerings. The coffee is delish. Lots of novelty gift items available from gold fish to bird feeders to candles to greeting cards. Highly recommend.

Ordered some anniversary flowers from the site. Looked good enough, when I got them it looked like my 2 year old could make a better arrangement. Called to complain, was told they would be sending someone to pickup and replace. The replacement look worse than the original. Not the first time i have had to have something replaced from them. Last time the replacement was OK, but this is unnaceptable. Just go to the grocery and pickup some flowers, they will look better and be a fraction of the cost you will pay at Raimondi's.

I ordered an arrangement through Blooms Today. Raimondi in Owings Mills filled the order and delivered an arrangement. The photo on the left is the "Make a Wish" flower arrangement that I ordered - note, I paid an additional $15 for the second to largest bouquet. What I received was the photo on the right. It's pretty, but NOTHING like what I ordered - not in terms of the composition of flowers nor size.

UPDATE: 2 Stars to a 5 Star rating!I was call by Managment about the flowers and offered an apology. There were a bunch of reasons thing went bad but I appreciated the effort for not only calling but sending a new beautiful bouquet of flowers to my mother! She loved them and I was happy that she was happy!I ordered some beautiful Hydrangea's for my mother as a walk-in at the Owings Mill location on a Saturday but by Sunday they were dying and weeping.Changed the water and hoped for the best on Monday to no avail. On Tuesday I took them back for an exchange. After two time changes from the Owings Mills location, I was able to pick up the new Hydrangea's on Wednesday but sadly they were half the size I originally paid for and ordered. I am, so upset as I feel I wasted my time and money trying to brighten my mom's day only to be let down.

Always great service I got my flowers here for all three proms I had attended and of course they did an excellent job like always. I come in here for Mother’s Day, Birthdays, or even just because and they never disappoint in here. The fresh bakery I’ve never had but it always smells so good whenever I come in. I will be back soon for some flowers for Family and Friends. Thank you ladies for always looking out.

The order I made for my mom was not the one she got. Really!!!!!? No email on the change or price compensation. I wouldn't mind the change because of the volume of orders on mother's day, but courtesy please!! The only good thing was that she did get the flowers and on the day I wanted it delivered.

We had a problem with flowers which were not delivered in a big order to a funeral home in Randallstown, MD. Spoke with 3 different employees of Raimondi's, all of whom promised to call us back, including a manager named Samantha who promised to send a gift card sd a refund for an issue Raimndi's was responsible for. The gift card never came, nor was our money refunded. Consumer Protection Agency said a claim and official complaint is appropriate.

The Raimondi's in Owings Mills has helpful Customer Service Agents. Raimondi's arrangements are delivered fully assembled unlike many online florists. Their website images are accurate in terms of vibrant colors. I have looked and can't find a better or more accommodating florist.

Ordered flowers for Mother's. One of the worse experiences I ever had. The date of delivery, I called to confirm delivery. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they outsourced the transaction. All she could do was give me the number of the other florist. After numerous calls to the other florist; they finally delivered the flowers after tell me they will just leave it at the office building! I later found out that they did not even deliver the flowers I ORDERED!! I will never use them again. Worse experience ever.

I am not sure which Raimondi's location served me, but they did a wonderful job. My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, but they were not what he originally ordered. When I called the number on the card, they mentioned that they change flowers if they are out of what was ordered (and through ordering through the online company he "approved" that). While I understood that, I was still frustrated that I did not receive a call to let me know. Instead of saying there was nothing they could do, Melody (the woman who answered my call) sent out what my husband had originally ordered. I am pleased with their customer service and their flowers are beautiful. I would recommend!

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s day. No delivery timeframe was provided. The flowers never got delivered the next afternoon comes around with no word from the florist to apologize, offer a reschedule etc. I had to call them and tell them their delivery never came. At that point, they offered to re-deliver and a partial refund. Their excuse was “they got overwhelmed.” Why allow so many people schedule a mother’s day delivery online when you can’t keep up? I was very disappointed at the customer service and total lack of proactive outreach on their part when they must’ve known the flowers didn’t go out. Would not order from them again.

Ordered flowers which were supposed to be delivered 8 May 2021 by 1600. After waiting on the phone for nearly 30 minutes, it was answered. Told her my order had not shown up (it was 1630). She took a few minutes to call the driver and when she got back on the phone, I was told she could not contact the driver but she would call me back as soon as he called her. Fast forward 30 minutes, I called again and got someone on the phone who could only take orders or complaints. Neat trick, say you will call back, close at 1700 and not respond to the customer. IF my order is delivered (big IF), it will be the last time I use this florist for any of my future needs.

Failed to deliver flower arrangements on Mother’s Day. Called earlier to get a status and got a call center. Was told it was out for delivery, only to follow up a few hours later and was told they never made one. Completely unacceptable! If they new the order wasn’t going to be fulfilled on the day of they should have notified costumers. Stay away from this business, and their poor customer service.

Horrible experience!!! Considering the fee for same day delivery you would expect to also see a difference in how fast a simple bouquet goes out on the truck. I called to check the status closer to the end of the business day because I noticed it had still not arrived only to have the call answered by rude customer service. First and last time using them.

Raimondi's Florist did my wedding about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVED how they looked!! My colors were light blue, white and silver and it is hard to find a pretty blue flower. The bouquets were all gorgeous with the right amount of blue hydrangeas and white lilies. They arrived on time and they were placed beautifully throughout the ceremony/reception. Payment was not stressful either. You pay 25% of your total to book the flowers and the remaining balance isn't due until two weeks before your wedding. Not sure if it works that way for other events since I have only done my wedding through them. There customer service is very nice and they always were able to answer any questions as well as make changes that I needed. I am a very pleased customer and would recommend them to everyone.

The flowers looked better than the picture. I was extremely happy with both the service and the flower arrangement. I spoke to Robin on the phone and she made sure that my last minute order was delivered even earlier than I'd hoped, as well as going the extra mile to make sure my entire message made it onto the card. Highly Recommend!!

I ordered the Birthday cake floral arrangement for my mother’s birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! My mother was so very happy plus it was unique! The floral arrangement was actually on a cake plate. Very creative!
