This company is completely bogus. I do not think the owners even reside in the US. They sent a groomer to me to groom 2 dogs. The groomer took the first dog and brought her back within 5 minutes and said she was too skittish and could not groom her. He then took my other dog, and only had him for less than 15 minutes. He told me he was unable to give him a complete groom because they had not told him the size of the dog and sent him in a smaller van. He could not trim the nails in the van either because he claimed he did not have enough room. He stated they should have given him the larger van. I brushed my dog as soon as he left and there was a mountain of hair that came off of him. Basically he spritzed the dog with some lemony smelling water and tried to pass that off for a groom. He said I would not be charged the full amount as he couldn't do the job completely. He ran my card and I asked for a receipt, he told me he was unable to give one but that the company would email me one. I looked on my CC account after he left and saw that I had been charged my $110 for this "groom" I called the company immediately after he left to ask for a refund. I was told by the "manager" Rose, that she would reach out to the owner and someone would get back to me. I was also told that the groomer was not truthful as they only had one vehicle and he knew the size of the dog beforehand. She stated that several complaints had been made against this particular groomer and has since been let go.I have made over 12 phone calls to this "company" since 12/5/23 asking for my refund. The manager has told me she had made the owner aware each time that I called and assured me someone would get back to me and that although she is the manager, she is unable to process refunds. The last 3 times I have called, I was told the owners are out of the country and unable to be reached. Today when I called, I was told that they are out of state. I have repeatedly asked why she can not have them just process the refund and there is no answer or explanation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DECIEITFUL, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

My experience was excellent!! Terrance was my groomer and from the beige asked questions to get to know Levi better and what his temperament is. Levi is a very inquisitive dog so move around a lot and Terrance was able to make him comfortable and keep him calm. Terrance really good at what he does and I am loving my fur baby’s haircut!!

First time customer: I scheduled an appointment @ 12:30- 1:30 for my doggy on the website they called me otp to tell me they could come @ 2:30 instead, I was cool with that. So, no one ever showed up or contacted me to say that no one is coming or anything…. Today a new day and still nothing!! No good communication, they’re not reliable & certainly Not professional!

First time scheduling with the mobile pet grooming and will be my last time scheduling. I schedule an appointment April 6 and got a text confirming my appointment Thursday. So I missed work today to get my dog groomed.was scheduled 12-1pm. Come 1:22pm no call, text or no source of communication from no one. I called the office and spoke with the receptionist. Which she was really nice and tried to contact the groomer but never got a response back. I will find another site but I just wanted to share with you that the lack of communication is so unprofessional. I hope you will learn from this and be a better communicator to your next customer.ThanksYovnda

They are completely unreliable and don’t honor their appointment times. We have given them multiple opportunities and they continue to make excuses and even lie about why they can’t arrive for the scheduled appointment time. Today when we happened to be available 3 hours early, the previously mentioned vehicle trouble that was reported to us magically went away. And after all of that, our dog was not even bathed during his appointment.

I read all the comments some positive alot negative so I decided to use them to see what it would be like I have 2 shih tzus So the young lady Nikki Or Kayla, not sure. called me said she will be on the way upon arriving to my home. She called again to tell me that she was outside She came to The door greeted me. picked up my dogs. Took them to the mobile van outside. Cut them both. Return them to my door. Everything went well. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give no stars I would. My cat looks absolutely insane. It so bad it’s almost funny. Maybe they do better for dogs but don’t take your cat here. I had no idea they were going to shave all my cats hair off. He looks like a bald eagle. Before and after of my cat below

We have a long haired Persian cat that gets matted very easily. Past grooming sessions at our vet and elsewhere have been traumatic for our cat, especially because he is a rescue who had been very abused. This grooming session was wonderful! Melissa did a great job and our kitty has been happily playing and showing off his new lion cut! We are so happy with the results! Best groomer ever!

My family hired Mobile Pet Groomers to groom our dog (a 15 year old Pekingese) and when they left, she COULD NOT WALK! When they drove up to our home, the dog was being walked down the street to use the bathroom before her appointment! When the employee went to leave, she stated that everything went well. Upon further investigation, we were able to see that she was only able to drag her back legs! This business is not accepting responsibility for the mistake that they made and couldn’t even give us the customer service and decency to call us back! Terrible company. She’s not only a dog...she’s family. Had we known that this company would do this to our pet, we would NOt have taken her! Photos and proof are available!

She didn't Even Greet Our Puppy So Sad the way he was Treated😔Message from your Groomer Yolanda:I didn't want to groom your dog from the start, hence the reason I pulled off. Learn how to brush your dog properly and get on a routine schedule if funds is what you lack. Take care.

Initially the communication was pleasant. The groomer arrived on time my dog was matted and was told it would need additional 30 minutes. The groomer was finished within 45 minutes. The charge was still $40 additional. I received a call from my daughter letting me know both of of my dogs ears were bleeding and swollen. I called the office expressing my concerns and was told to call groomer directly so I did with no response after a week and a half. This was no way of conducting a business. $140.00 is a lot of money not to even have the curtesy to return a phone call.

WORST GROOMER EVER, STAY AWAY!! PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. This was my first grooming appointment for my Siberian kitty. I was potentially a new customer. My kitty was just turning one years old and I was excited about her getting her first groom. First, I made the appointment online but didn't get a confirmation so I decided to call instead. I spoke to a women and she took my information and made the appointment for me. I made it for the day after Thanksgiving (Friday) between 11-12. I specifically asked her to confirm directly with the groomer as she had mentioned that they only have one groomer that grooms cats. I stated that I know that the day after Thanksgiving is hard and with Black Friday shopping and family visiting, the groomer (Kayla) might not be available. I requested that Kayla confirms 100% that she is coming. The women (I guess one of the owners) said she texted her directly to mention my concerns and also stated that her calendar was free. I called two weeks later just to make sure that Kayla was coming 100% as I was having guests coming for the weekend and had shopping to do on Friday. I reiterated that I wanted 100% confirmation that Kayla was coming. The women said she would text Kayla and send me another confirmation. I received a text back saying that she spoke with her and she is definitely coming. Okay great! Two days before the scheduled/confirmed appointment, I get an automated text saying "Hi this is Mobile Pet grooming confirming your appointment, please reply Y to confirm". I reply Y and then I get a response "Your appointment is confirmed". The day before the appointment (Thanksgiving) I get another automated appointment confirmation. Okay the big day arrives. 11am rolls around, 11:30am rolls, no groomer. 12pm rolls around no groomer. 12:30 I send a text, no response. Then at 1pm I call and leave a voice mail message. Then at 2pm I leave another text, No response. I finally get call back at 3:40pm!! The man (the other owner) says " I see you left a vm message" and then he was silent. I said my groomer never showed up, and your business didn't call nor did the groomer. I said that it was very unprofessional to not keep tabs of your groomers and that someone should have reached out to me. I said I never got a text. He then HUNG UP ON ME!! I'm like what??? No apology, no explanation, just a hang up. He calls back 30 minutes later and says I can reschedule you for Tuesday. I'm like "you hung up on me, why did you hang up on my". And he says "why do you think?". I was astounded, shocked. I said that he had so much nerve to actually call back to reschedule an appointment after admitting to hanging up on a new customer. I couldn't believe the audacity! Well in the end I hung up on him. Please stay away from this shady business. I personally am going to use Petco or my vet moving forward.

The first groom was incomplete , the groomer had a hard time with my dog so she recommended someone else. I called the groomer I was referred to and he did not answer. I actually scheduled an appointment and no one showed up for it.The second groomer was awesome. Seamless experience, I was happy and my dog smelled so so good!This time the groomer did not show up.My groomer was supposed to arrive Friday 10/28/22 by 3:30-4:30, they said they cut themself and needed to reschedule for today 10/30/22 at 9:30-10:30.THey texted at 10:21 saying they would be here by 11:00. It is now 12:47 and I have not heard from the groomer. I texted the groomer at 10:28 to ask about preferred payment methods and no response yet.

I kept receiving messages to reschedule after the appointed time. Each time was a different reason. Most recent reason "Please call office to reschedule, you are way to far for my schedule today". All messages come after due time. I understand that things happen and sometimes the groomers can fall behind, but something needs to be done about scheduling.

I was given a window between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm, which I adjusted my work schedule to make accommodations. When I reached out for an update, at 4 pm, I was told whomever scheduled appointments had the groomer going back and forth to both sides of town. How is this my problem again? I called back and sent a text at 6 pm for an update, and the groomer replied 2 hours later saying they were on their way. Are you kidding me? I wish I had read the reviews first! What a total waste of my time and it took me a month to get an appointment. So glad I didn’t pay in advance! This place is super unprofessional, unlike what’s posted on their website. I would not recommend!!!

So, we've used Mobile Pet Grooming for a while now. They were referred by our Godson. We've never had a problem -- until today. Jenna, who was fabulous, is no longer with the company. Nikki showed up today. Nice enough, but had to ask what she was supposed to do. A $100 cut and you have to ask? Seriously? And worse, she cut Angel's talons too low and left her bleeding. The manager wants to rattle off home remedies to correct a problem they caused. Sorry. No! We're taking her to the vet because she's still bleeding. I want a full refund. And, yes, we will find another groomer. Sorry folks but this is not over!

Great experience! My pup’s hair was pretty tangled due to not being to the groomer for a while.When I saw their prices and found out they come right to you - I found them on Google and made an appointment right away! Friendly, cost efficient, and overall good experience. Will definitely be calling to make another appointment in the future.

We had horrible experience with the groomer. We have two dogs who got groomed by her. Both of my Shih Tzu mixes were completely shaved, not what we asked. Both dogs had multiple little wounds on them. One of my dogs now has a big cut right next to his eye which keep bleeding. The groomer was done grooming both dogs in an hour and half. We will never use this company again. Very disappointed.wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I never thought I would have to write this type of review. I wouldn’t recommend this company after they completed service on my puppy I had to take home to the ER. Later the night he was put to sleep. I don’t know what happened during the time he was being seen for his appointment. My family is devastated and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET HERE!!!!Let me 1st start off by saying I have used this company multiple times prior to this last encounter without any major issues (except maybe the cut not being exactly as I asked, but nothing big). To make a long story short, my dog was "injured" in their care requiring medical attention. I contacted the company letting them know what had happened. I was told to submit my vet invoice and pictures and the owners would follow up with me. I submitted this info to them on Monday, Aug 31st and I have yet to hear one word from anyone now 3 weeks later. I have called, texted, and left countless messages to no avail. While I recognize and understand accidents happen, ignoring and avoiding your customers who have paid for services, is thee most UNPROFESSIONAL action a business can take. Because of this I will NEVER use or recommend this establishment again. I'm a pretty reasonable and patient person but this is ridiculous!!! So buyer beware!UPDATE: Guess me writing this review struck a nerve. Got a call from owner this evening. However, the call lasted less than 60 secs as I was told "we are not responsible, you are responsible for your own dog" I asked, "i'm responsible for what happened to my dog on your van when I wasn't present?" He said, "yes, we are not responsible" and hung up the phone on me. Didn't ask what happened? What the vet said? Was my dog ok? No apology for taking 3 weeks to return my call. No apology for the mishap NOTHING! Just we ain't responsible and hung up. Then he blocked me so I couldn't call back. But I called a from another phone and kindly (not so kindly) left a msg that they could see me in court. Because honestly I would have been satisfied with a refund or a courtesy groom or something but to be treated like that. NEVER AGAIN. If they can treat a repeat customer who has recommended multiple ppl to them this way, is this really a place you want to support? NOT I! Never again and my friends whom I recommended won't be returning either. So you just lost about 10 repeat customers over $90. Wow!

I was not at all happy At first I was. I asked why didnt the tech shave more hair he said that was a good length for the winter. All he really did was shave around Roscos eyes and but and paws 3 days after he was groomed i took my dog to the vet and someone there said he is cute he would be even cuteier once he gets groomed. I spent $85 and 2 weeks later took him to Pet Smart to get a full groom again they said his nails needed to be done also. When I also paid to have that done with Pet Mobile. I called and text message the groomer and the office with no response. I put this out there because no one reached out to me. I am very disappointed..

Since we have one dog that gets car sick their service is great. We see Ms Yolanda and our dogs and we love her. Are they a bit expensive? Yes. We used to be able to work out prices with our groomer and the receptionist before they got the new website which doesn’t allow for that. Petco is 65 as well as many of the others around us but these guys drive to you so you have to add on some more money for that.

Do not use!! My appointment was made 3 weeks in advance. It was cancelled on short notice. 15 minutes before expectant arrival. The appt was rescheduled and the groomer did a horrific job. I was promised a refund. I’ve called several times with no response. I would not refer my worst enemy.

Today I was new to this mobile pet grooming, the groomer Nicky was amazing she did a wonderful job. I was nervous since bad reviews but I had amazing results and experience. She took her time, and was on time on the apt.

Beware!!! Bait and switch! I called and requested quote and was advised price was 70 dollars. I then inquired on the new customer discount of 10 percent that was advertised and was advised that I was eligible and that the grooming would be 63 dollars! Sounds great right! I was offered the ability to pay over the phone but due to the first time using, chose to wait for them to actually show up. Well needless to say they did arrive 1 and half hours late and we proceeded with the grooming. I didn’t even complain even though my appoint was pushed from 11 am to 4 pm and then didn’t get here until 5:30. Not a peep from me about that because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Although it did mess up a couple things but oh well on that. No complaints on actual grooming and the groomer was good. Next came the bill....70 dollars?? Groomer said to call the office and when I did... I was advised that the 70 included the discount. Weird, how can I quoted 70 and then inquire for discount and it is same price... when I advised what was I quoted and advised. The owner told me oh well the woman I spoke to was wrong! And that I must pay 70.... well I paid it and he just lost a customer over 7 dollars that was going towards the tip anyway!!! Shoddy business practice and warning to any new clients, get ur quote first, then ask for the advertised new client discount and then ask for it in writing! Amazing someone would lose business over 7 dollars that was quoted to me!!!! I don’t care if she was wrong! I have never in life seen a business ran like that! When u tell someone a price, you do not wait until it’s done then charge more! That is straight up bait and switch and theft in my opinion! I Will also let everyone in my neighborhood know just in case they were considering using them.

Horrible customer service! After no one showed or called I finally got in contact with someone only because I had used a different number and was then immediately hung up on when I said my dogs name. Yolanda & Terrance are amazing but I will never used this place again & highly do NOT recommend!!!
