I've shopped at various Homegoods stores around the country and like this one the best. When I moved to B'more, I visited the Pikesville location which relocated to the newly built (at that time) Foundry Row Shopping Center. The displays are inviting and beautifully arranged. The quality of items with the "just right" markdown prices make it hard to leave empty handed. I never do.

Great variety of decorative items for your home. Unique and different merchandise every time you go. Friendly and professional staff. I enjoy shopping at this HomeGoods, but what really makes this location great is Lane. She is hands down one the best managers that I have ever interacted with at a store. She is one of the managers at the Owings Mills location and her pleasant personality, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills exceed expectations. She is truly a gem and I hope the HomeGoods corporate office recognizes how valuable she is to the company. Thank you for your amazing customer service Lane! It’s always a pleasure.

If you are looking for a job STEER CLEAR of this place.The store manager by the name Cynthia is a bully .Half the store quit within 2 months after she took charge.She was unbearable and impossible to work with...a real life villain who of course targeted all the pretty,younger women at the beginning and then moved to to all the others,to keep herself occupied. She introduces herself bragging how she has been married and divorced THREE times and that shod tell you everything you need to know about this villain from hell.I pray to NEVER come across a manager like that again.

First off let me say this... I am amazed at how clean and organized this store is. As soon as you walk in it was just neat and clean. Everyone had on mask and it was not over crowded. I must admit they had everything that I was looking for and then some. I would highly recommend this store and location to all my friends. I was also told by a sales person that they update weekly so you will always have an opportunity to see new items when you return. I was greeted with a polite smile by a salesperson and the person behind the counter was very professional and helpful in making sure I found everything that I was looking for and again I would highly recommend this store and the location is perfect. I will definitely be back soon. I only wish that they offered delivery especially for some of the more heavier items that may not fit in my car or too heavy to simply place in a cart and just leave. Maybe that is something someone can mention to the corporate office and they can start emplimenting this. But the store overall deserves a 10.

I thought all home good stores were made alike but apparently not. This store is much bigger than the one I normally go to, and much better organized. They even seem to have more interesting items. I definitely found cool glasses I didn't see at another store. Really worth the visit

I always leave with more than I came for. The cashiers are always friendly. The store is always clean and easy to get around. They normally keep the bathroom clean as well.

Home Goods is my go to place for beautiful decorative pieces for my home and gifts g or friends. I love the art furniture kitchen needs and they have a huge selection of pet bed, furniture and toys which is wonderful. Great steals in clearance isles. Prices are very reasonable. I always find something. The gourmet food section snacks and sweets are an added bonus

I love Home Goods. You never know what you're going to find here. From my sister, that has two Bostons but has 4 total dogs. To the other one, that's an accountantTo the brother and boyfriend fire fighters, you never know who you're going to find something for. Maybe even yourself. Their unique kitchen finds accommodate everyone. I also love their very soft over sized throws. Their pillow collection and the colors and shapes are spectacular and would fit anyones household. This is one store I save for a special day, mainly because I just can't run in and run out of. This is one of my 2 hour trips. Which I can't do often. Lastly, the prices are really amazing at Home Goods. I could do most of my holiday shopping here.

While the selection was good, the service was terrible. There were 3 cashiers working on an order for one customer. They never once acknowledged the other people in line. Nor did they offer to have someone come up to help. Made this experience very bad.

I was looking for a specific item (drink shaker); however, I could not find one. The staff person I asked for help just stood there and pointed down an isle stating, "if we have them, they would be down there". Not helpful.

Shelves fully stocked with a wide selection of items/products. We not only find what we want but frequently more than what we want 🤣🤣‼️ Great place to shop. Returning a defective item was quick and simple. Great customer service 👍

Visited Home Goods for the first time after hearing so many positive comments and recommendations. From entering the store to checkout, a pleasant experience start to finish. The floor personnel were courteous and helpful. Home decor items were in full effect. Customer service was as though training had been received without appearing rehearsed or insincere. Quality is the order of the day, not the exception. Excellent experience!!!

3.5 stars.As a male I dislike home goods. I was dragged in there by my mother. I was 1 of 4 men. The other 3 we're a husband and 2 employees. This location does a great job having tidy shelves. Some of these stores look like a bull ran through the shop, this one not so much.

Exceptional range of products. Was able to get a coffee pour over dripper with a mug at a reasonable price (exceptional value). I had visited a wide cross-section of stores without success over the last few weeks.
