Disappointed when Giant closed the St Thomas shopping center and New Town locations, and created this huge grocery. This is convenient when shopping at mill run circle, don’t have to spend much for wholesale items at Costco nearby. Well stocked shelves, 8 self checkout counters which is convenient, and friendly associates in case you need assistance. A hot bar where you can have food to go. Nice deli, bakery and meat section, they even have a Cheese Shop which is great for cheese lovers. A Starbucks location is at the right section when you enter. One issue is the sanitizing wipes scattered at the entrance, and bathroom garbage can is overflowing. These things need to be addressed promptly. Other than that, this a nice, well stocked Giant location when you are shopping at Mill Station at Owings Mills.(Update) management took care of the issue, the staff did a great job replenishing stocks, arranging stocks at shelves, taking care of self checkouts for smooth costumer checkout during thanksgiving rush. Need flowers special occasions, this store got lots of those, at reasonable prices

I wouldn’t recommend this store ever. Things are always significantly more expensive. Today specifically though, I went to get two items. I checked beforehand on the app to make sure they were in stock. I wasted 30 mins going there apparently bc they didn’t have either item. I then get a bag of chips to make my trip somewhat worth while. I clipped a coupon in my app making it $1.99. The system was not showing the discount and the workers refused to apply it. They told me “it takes an hour to process”. What in the world? Just manually apply the dang coupon like any other grocery store would’ve done. I left at that point. Don’t waste your time.

I love this grocery store so much. I love how spacious it is and how they are always stocked. The patrons are also nice and respectful. I get anxiety going to the Giants near my home because of the environment and people that act as though they are in such a hurry. The store is also clean and the cashiers are very nice.

The self check out employee is terrible. I don’t mind waiting or having only a couple open. It happens and it’s a busy area.The only issue is the attitude of the self check out employee. She’s rude and whenever she has to help, she gives attitude like she’s doing us a favor. I had an issue with the machine, looked right at her and she laughed. Didn’t move or offer help but thankfully a much nicer lady did help.This is not the first time I’ve experienced this woman either. She’s rude every time.

I received a coupon book in the mail for $7.00 off $20.00 groceries and a free item every week for a month. The store was very clean. There is a Starbucks and bank inside for convenience. Two ladies were giving away samples and the store had quite a few customers. However, service was quick. All the check out lines were open. My only disappointment was my favorite deli item was completely sold out. All the trays were empty. I guess the grand opening is going well.

Update March 2022 love this Giant feli has improved 100%.....store always clean neat and well stocked Service is fast. Love the gourmet cheese area.Store is beautiful long way to go for customer service. Rotisserie chicken salad a favorite had bone in it and not properly made, chicken was shredded not chopped. People behind the deli counter doing every thing but acknowledging and serving customers, as long as you have this bad customer service Wegmans will win every time Shame on you giant

Years ago Giant Food was known for being a lot more expensive than the other supermarkets. Reason being, they always carry better quality merchandise name brands and always extremely friendly to the customers. Now things have gotten even better, not only does it still have the same quality cleanliness and service however there are now very competitive with their pricing. If there's a giant store in my area and I have to go food shopping that's the place for me. When spending my money I'm extremely critical so if I'm giving it a good review you can rest assure you will not be disappointed.🙈🙊🙉

Spacious and clean but parking can be a challenge. It's a popular center in this area. They now have entertainment during some weekday nights. It'd be nice if they made a larger green area to sit eat and listen.I look forward to new restaurants (NOT APPLEBEES). Carolina Kitchen is coming but it's just a store front... bummer.Sorry to see Olive Garden go, hope they come back. Would like to see restaurants that aren't in Owimgs mills yet. Nevertheless, I come here often to get things I need in one place : Costco, Lowes, homesense, burlington, sallys, pizza. GIANT... very nice so far.

This is a newly opened very large branch of Giant Foods. It's located in Owings Mills, MD near the Costco. The store is spacious and well stocked. There are lots of varieties of produce, and, as you can see from my pictures, there are lots of flowers. That's quite convenient for men who got lucky the previous night. There's a Starbucks and a pharmacy. There are ATMs.There's a hot food bar where you can select the items for a hot meal, check them out and eat them at nearby tables. They could probably use a few more tables.I enjoyed walking around and seeing all the items available for purchase. One thing they don't have here is a Giant gas station, but if you're a Costco member, that doesn't matter because there's a Costco gas station.The store is clean and well organized. There's ample free parking out front. I highly recommend this place

No bagged salads (there had been a recall) and several other products were in short supply. I suspect the prediction of an upcoming snowstorm is the reason. Otherwise not too crowded and everyone was friendly and pleasant.

Was in this store today and had a very good experience. Got some dungeness crab and tried the Ben's Chili bowl chili. Fantastic!!! Love the store and the proximity to other retail make it a great choice for grocery shopping in conjunction with other errands. Will be going back often.

I get all my groceries delivered. If I do go inside a market, it's Whole Foods... ONLY because I'm returning Amazon packages. So, to my surprise when I walked in Giants with my Sister, I saw these pricing guns. My Sister acknowledged me being surprised as confirmed that you can indeed shop and ring up your own items. I thought this was really cool. Almost as cool as the Amazon cart but not really. The Giants was spacious and had plenty employees ready to serve. I've been doing delivery and pickup about 7 years now so to walk into this market, was a delight.

My wife and I found this Giant by accident. We decided to go in and check it out and it was absolutely amazing! The interior is very nice, the selection is incredible and the prices are the same as the one closer to us. We'll definitely be coming back here to do our shopping.

I have shopped at your store for 25 years, going back to when you were located at Groffs Mill Road and I have never had the bad experience that I’ve had tonight. I had a cart full of groceries, my husband and I spent over $200.00. While we were shopping, a security woman started following us from isle to isle, when we stopped in the coffee isle she was so close to me that I could feel her breath on the back of my neck. She is an idiot!! She does not know how to do her job, you don’t follow an elderly couple who are obviously doing their groceries, meanwhile the real thief is getting away! If I could have given you zero stars I would have! Believe me, from now on I will be doing my shopping at Wegmans!! Goodbye Giant!!!!

The self check out here is the worst i've ever seen in a store. I understand the need to reduce theft but these are horrible. They can only hold one bag at a time and constantly complain about items being removed when you try to switch to a new bag.

Love this place very clean the employees were very friendly and helpful especially at the area where they serve hot meals daily and salad bar the cashier that served me I actually go to her every time I am in there she's fron Jamaica I got what I wanted and it's my first time in Giant supermarket I come to Baltimore every year for the past 19years and trust me I will recommend it to my friends and family and I WILL BE BACK. LOVE IT.

Let’s see. Have about 8-9 self checkout lanes but 3-4 is always in operation, the armed security guards, one side of the door locks at a certain time(one way in and out) and lack of items; never restocked. I’ve been to stores that operate in this fashion, in the ghetto. This is too nice of an area for these types of operations to be allowed.

Nice clean place been there before. I just love love loveeeee this placeIt's across from the Owings Mills movie's AMC. . Where's there rebuilding up the mall areas it's really really. Nice house there rebuilding,there during a marvelous job of it. Better than before it's so big I haven't explored the whole area yet. But the new Giant As I call It ... It's huge bigger than the other's than the one's I've been to and the one up the street from me on Rolling Rd. And Baltimore National Pike. I love loveeeee it , like I said it's clean and the ppls are nice they have a Restaurant and a Starbucks inside and there Hot bar is way better than the one on Rolling Rd. The food not only Fresh but!! More to offer. I'm not saying RR. Not Fresh BUT!!! There's some look dry the one in O.M. doesn't look dry it's fresh . The only complaint was the Chicken nuggets were hard I love loveeeee Chicken Nuggets but!! I left them but!! I did get Sesame Orange 🍊 Chicken and Mashed potatoes I think they were homemade if they weren't they looked and tasted and they were Delicious I enjoyed it very very much. I plan on making this my main store if I can. I asked the lady if they were spicy cuz I can't eat spicy food and she was very nice got the lady that made them and told me noo and she was right. I plan on calling the store between today and tomorrow to ask for her to let her know how I enjoyed it very very much and I'll will be back to get more. I also got some chicken salad Giant Chicken salad is excellent they are famous for it,. Let me just say not all of them can make it right The Wliken Ave store doesn't make it well. The R.R. store can but!! They don't make enough by certain times they stop making it and won't make enough which is crazy and they know it's popular. The OM. Giants they have enough way enough I ask the lady I said you need to have a talk with the, I said I know Iother stories she said I can't tell others what to do I know I wish you could cuz they don't make enough and they know it's popular and delicious. And it's crazy they don't make enough and won't make anymore. This store is worth the trip spacious and friendly and kind ppls try it out it's just not 24hrs.

The store is well stocked, clean and friendly staff. However, my complaint today is with the pharmacy department. Only one cashier at the pharmacy who was helping a customer with a large prescription order. I was the only other customer in line, waiting approximately two minutes. When the cashier called me up I noticed two other white customers came behind me and immediately one of the staff people came down to assist them. This is the third time this has happened to me. The manager of the pharmacy needs to be aware of this reoccurring problem.

Staff here are always kind and considerate. I’ve been using their pick up program for six months and have always received excellent service. Yvette helped me this morning with a substitution and worked with me to make sure my family gets what they need. I felt so taken care of and am hugely grateful for her proactivity and solution oriented attitude. I’ve shopped all over and giant always has the quality I’m looking for at a price I can be happy with. Thanks y’all!
